Om rollen Du kommer att arbeta i gränslandet mellan teknik och affär, där ditt uppdrag är att hjälpa kunder att omvandla komplex data till beslutsunderlag som skapar verkligt affärsvärde. Rollen handlar inte enbart om att bygga dataplattformar och pipelines. Du kommer även att analysera verksamheters behov, ta fram relevanta KPI och utveckla datamodeller som ger ledningsgrupper bättre beslutsunderlag. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att innebära att: Utforma datamodeller och moderna datalager i Azure. Bygga lösningar för analys, rapportering och visualisering i Power BI. Arbeta med Python, SQL och moderna molnplattformar. Delta i workshops och kundmöten för att förstå verksamhetens behov. Ta fram KPI, styrmodeller och lönsamhetsanalyser tillsammans med kunden. Bidra till utvecklingen av AI-baserade lösningar och hur AI kan skapa affärsvärde. Samarbeta nära managementkonsulter och tekniska specialister i tvärfunktionella projektteam. Vi tror att du har:Minst 3–5 års erfarenhet som Data Engineer, BI-konsult eller inom Data & Analytics. Akademisk examen inom exempelvis Industriell ekonomi, Datavetenskap, Matematik, Teknisk fysik eller motsvarande. Mycket goda kunskaper i Python och SQL. Erfarenhet av Azure och moderna dataplattformar. Erfarenhet av datamodellering, ETL/ELT och Data Warehouse. Erfarenhet av Power BI eller liknande analysverktyg. Ett genuint intresse för AI och hur tekniken kan användas för att utveckla verksamheter. Meriterande är erfarenhet av Microsoft Fabric, Azure DevOps eller Databricks. Vem är du? Du trivs i skärningspunkten mellan teknik och verksamhet och motiveras av att förstå affären bakom datan. Du är van att samarbeta med kunder och känner dig trygg i att diskutera lösningar med både verksamhet och ledning. Samtidigt har du ett stort tekniskt intresse och uppskattar att omsätta komplex data till tydliga beslutsunderlag. Som person är du: Affärsmässig och konsultmässig.
