Om rollen Som trafikledare planerar och koordinerar du transporter inom ditt geografiska område. Du ser till att resurserna används effektivt, att transporterna håller en bra fyllnadsgrad och att leveranserna fungerar som planerat. När förutsättningarna förändras behöver du kunna prioritera om, fatta snabba beslut och hitta lösningar som fungerar för både chaufförer, kunder och verksamheten. Du är lite av en pusselläggare – du ser helheten, väger olika alternativ mot varandra och driver själv arbetet framåt i stället för att vänta på att lösningen ska komma till dig. Du har daglig kontakt med chaufförer och behöver kunna ta tydliga dialoger när något inte gått enligt plan, samtidigt som du behåller ett respektfullt och lösningsorienterat sätt. Rollen kräver också ett ekonomiskt tänk. Du behöver förstå hur dina beslut påverkar effektivitet, kostnader och resursutnyttjande. Du använder trafiksystemet iLOG som ett viktigt verktyg i det dagliga arbetet. Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet eller utbildning inom transport, logistik eller liknande Har mycket goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift. Engelska förekommer i arbetet Har erfarenhet av att arbeta i affärssystem Har mycket goda kunskaper i Excel och god vana av övriga Microsoft 365-program Har B-körkort Erfarenhet av Lean eller förbättringsarbete är meriterande. Vem är du? Som person är du strukturerad, kommunikativ och lösningsorienterad, med ett ödmjukt sätt och lätt för att samarbeta. Samtidigt är du trygg i att fatta egna och snabba beslut när situationen kräver det. Du ser möjligheter, ställer frågor och nöjer dig inte med att bara lösa problemen för stunden. Du vill förstå vad som kan göras bättre och bidra till att arbetet utvecklas över tid. Varför ÖGS? Together.   Join our team   The Regional Transportation function is responsible for sourcing, managing, and optimizing transportation solutions across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region.
