This is an exciting opportunity to join and strengthen our team. RLB's Data Centre team works on wide range of projects including new build, fit out, refurbishment and capacity upgrades. This role presents an excellent opportunity to take responsibility for providing all services relating to project management on Data Centre project. Role Responsibilities To lead and oversee the successful delivery of Data Centre projects with a view to securing repeat business. Lead on Electrical project management projects Proactive management of multi-disciplinary internal and external teams. Implementation and management of a change control process. Coordination of the testing and commissioning process prior to handover. To assist in the management of the Data Centre Project management team including line management duties where applicable. To support development of targeted marketing material, bid documents, capability statements and attend networking events relating to Data Centres. Candidate Profile Qualifications Construction related degree or a similar construction related qualification Experience Construction Industry Experience required.  Data Centre experience Ability to manage a project from inception to post completion with senior management support, obtaining positive written client feedback. Understandinging technical aspects of project delivery from inception to post-completion and is able to identify and promote solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in driving successful digital initiatives across the organization, enhancing operational efficiency, and aligning digital strategies with regional business objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including central teams, GSI leaders, and regional stakeholders), lead a high-performing team of Regional Business Process Experts (rBPEs), and foster a culture of continuous improvement and tool adoption. You’ll specifically take care of overseeing new information systems implementation and ensuring the usability of Global System Integrator (GSI) tools across all deployed entities, but also facilitating the creation and development of key user networks. We’ll look to you for: Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team of RBPEs. Coordinating closely with GSI leaders in each country to ensure project implementation aligns with local business needs. Overseeing the submission of gap analyses before new information system implementations. Supporting site teams in training, coaching key users, and executing rollouts. Monitoring incidents and defects, validating solutions, and coordinating issue resolutions. Driving process upgrades and ensuring adherence to established process models. Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and convey them effectively to internal IS&T teams. Knowledge of performance measurement and process adoption strategies. Familiarity with methodologies and tools to support application adoption and monitoring. Management of CFCI and OFCI vendors Commissioning Scope Lead Daily/ Weekly commissioning meetings, Internally, vendor and Client Manage, deliver and obtain approval on relevant project commissioning documents such as Test Scripts, Compliance statements etc. Manage the receipt, review and compliance of project commissioning documentation to achieve the necessary sign off Single POC for commissioning management and reporting of the planning and execution of scopes and deliverables Equipment Installation Oversight Supervise the installation of new equipment, systems, and facilities. Inspect and verify the correct functioning of electrical, mechanical, and environmental control systems Testing and Verification: Conduct tests to ensure operational efficacy Verify the integrity and performance of critical systems. Approve the finalization of the project based on successful testing Safety and Compliance Participate in safety reviews such as Hazops and SIL (Safety Integrity Level) Qualifications University degree, preferably with a technical background Proficiency in mechanical and electrical equipment and systems, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook), control systems, and SharePoint Familiarity with control systems for critical infrastructures Strong analytical, structural, and organizational abilities Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client Availability for on-site work Öppen för alla Vi fokuserar på din kompetens, inte dina övriga förutsättningar.
