About the Role As Froda continues to scale across Europe, we're looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. The team's mission is to give leadership and the board a clear, data driven understanding of the business, so that Froda's growth is built on strong financial insight. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with high ambition and an analytical mindset who wants to work close to the underlying data behind the business, driving forward-looking financial insights and models. You will play a key role in understanding how our lending performs, how financial metrics develop, and turning that into actionable insights that help leadership and the board make better strategic decisions. This role puts you close to how Froda's lending business actually performs. The analysis you produce feeds directly into management and board reporting, so your work has a real and visible influence on how the company understands its own performance and plans for what's next. Key Responsibilities Support financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting, including driver-based forecasting models, scenario planning, and stress testing (e.g. ICAAP) Take ownership of budget follow-ups, financial tracking, and contribute to board, external, investor, and regulatory reporting Extract and analyze data from our data warehouse (Snowflake) to connect financial outcomes with business drivers Build analyses and models that support business decisions and follow-up Help validate and reconcile financial and operational metrics to ensure high data integrity across reporting Contribute to improving reporting structures, FP&A frameworks, and financial processes Who You Are We're looking for someone who is highly ambitious, curious, and energized by solving complex problems in a fast-growing fintech environment. You bring structure to how you work with data, and you're just as comfortable digging into the details on your own as you are presenting your findings clearly to others. We're looking for someone who: Is curious, analytical, and structured in how they approach problems Enjoys turning complex data into insights that are easy for others to understand and act on Takes ownership of their work and follows things through independently Is motivated by learning quickly and growing within an ambitious, high-energy environment Key Qualifications Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or another quantitative field 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, ideally from banking, fintech, or another financial services environment Skills and Knowledge Strong financial modeling skills, with an ability to translate complex data into clear strategic insights Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL or similar tools, and the ability to work with data warehouses such as Snowflake, or a strong drive to learn Experience using AI tools to support data analysis and reporting Comfortable working with large datasets Fluent in English and Swedish About your application Along with your application, you'll have the opportunity to answer a few short questions about your background and what interests you about Froda. ARBETSUPPGIFTER Vi söker nu en erfaren, driven och analytisk controller som vill vara med och göra skillnad inom socialförvaltningen i Sigtuna kommun. Som ansvarig controller för kommunens socialförvaltning arbetar du nära förvaltningschef och ingår i förvaltningens ledningsgrupp. Du ger cheferna inom förvaltningen ett kvalificerat, pedagogiskt och verksamhetsnära stöd i budget-, uppföljnings-, och prognosarbetet. Uppdraget innebär stöd till chefer med olika ekonomisk erfarenhet och du behöver kunna anpassa ditt stöd utifrån deras olika förutsättningar. I rollen ingår också att ta fram och presentera underlag för politiker i kommunens socialnämnd. Som controller vid Sigtuna kommun tillhör du enheten för ekonomisk planering och uppföljning på ekonomi- och styrningskontoret. Du ingår i ett team med totalt 12 controllers och rapporterar till budgetchefen. I rollen ingår också att vara delaktig i och driva utveckling av ekonomiska processer, rutiner och arbetssätt på kommunövergripande nivå. I rollen som controller hos oss kommer dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter att innefatta: • kvalificerat stöd i budget-, uppföljnings-, och prognosarbete samt del- och årsbokslut • utveckla och samordna ekonomiska rapporter, analys och beslutsunderlag • arbete med utrednings- och utvecklingsarbete • uppföljning av statsbidrag inom nämndens ansvarsområde • bidra till utvecklingen av kommunens gemensamma planerings- och uppföljningsprocesser, arbetssätt och beslutsstöd Dina arbetsuppgifter kan tangera redovisningsområdet och innebär samarbete med redovisningsenheten. KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har: • akademisk examen inom ekonomi, eller annan relevant utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer som likvärdig • minst tre års erfarenhet som controller, gärna med erfarenhet från kommun, region eller annan politiskt styrd organisation • mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska, i tal och skrift • är trygg och van att hålla ekonomiska presentationer på ett pedagogiskt sätt, anpassat efter mottagare. Erfarenhet av arbete i större beslutsstödsystem är meriterande. Liksom arbete med verksamhetsplanering, uppföljning och analys samt intern kontroll.
