Om rollen Som Säkerhetstekniker arbetar du med service, underhåll, felsökning, driftsättning och programmering av olika säkerhetssystem. Du ansvarar för att säkerställa att kundernas anläggningar fungerar optimalt och hjälper till att lösa både enklare och mer avancerade tekniska utmaningar. Rollen innebär en varierad vardag där du arbetar med allt från mindre serviceärenden till komplexa säkerhetslösningar i större kommersiella fastigheter, offentliga verksamheter och andra tekniskt avancerade miljöer. En stor del av arbetet sker i mjukvarubaserade system där programmering, konfigurering och felsökning är en naturlig del av vardagen. Samtidigt förekommer arbete ute på plats hos kund där du analyserar, åtgärdar och optimerar anläggningarnas funktion. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter: • Service, underhåll och felsökning av säkerhetsanläggningar • Programmering och konfigurering av säkerhetssystem • Driftsättning och optimering av tekniska säkerhetslösningar • Arbete med passagesystem, lås, inbrottslarm, brandlarm och CCTV • Teknisk support och problemlösning ute hos kund • Dokumentation och uppföljning av genomförda insatser Din profil: Vi söker dig som är självgående, strukturerad och har lätt för att skapa förtroendefulla relationer med kunder och kollegor. Du trivs i en roll där ingen dag är den andra lik och där du får ta ansvar för att driva arbetet framåt från identifierat problem till färdig lösning. Skallkrav: • Minst 2 års erfarenhet från likvärdig yrkesroll • B-körkort • Svenska och engelska i tal och skrift Meriterande • Bakgrund inom El-branschen. • Nätverkskunskaper och förståelse för IT-relaterade miljöer Om oss: Som anställd på Framtiden AB kan du känna dig trygg. About the Role As a Security & Compliance Specialist, you will play an important role in developing and strengthening Bjorn Lunden Group's work within information security, compliance, governance, and risk management. Working closely with our Security & Compliance Officer and colleagues across IT, Development, Operations, Product, and Management, you will help ensure that our processes, controls, and regulatory requirements are translated into practical and effective ways of working. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of business, technology, and regulation, supporting initiatives within ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, GDPR, ISAE 3000, and AI governance while helping strengthen security and compliance across the Group. You will: Support control monitoring, audit readiness, and ongoing compliance activities Maintain and improve policies, documentation, and governance processes Support process owners and stakeholders in strengthening governance, controls, and risk-based ways of working Contribute to compliance initiatives related to ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, GDPR, and the EU AI Ac Monitor regulatory developments and help assess their impact on the business Perform gap analyses and follow up on improvement initiatives Advise stakeholders across the business on security, risk, and compliance matters Support customer audits, security questionnaires, and compliance inquiries Create awareness and training materials that strengthen security culture across the Group This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build broad expertise within information security and compliance while working close to both technology and business. About You We're looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with strong collaboration and communication skills. You enjoy bringing structure to complexity and can translate security and compliance requirements into practical actions that support the business. We believe you have: 1-3 years of experience within information security, compliance, audit, risk management, privacy, or IT governance Knowledge of frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, ISAE 3000/3402, GDPR, or similar A structured and detail-oriented way of working Strong communication skills and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders The confidence to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement Fluent Swedish and strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Dutch or Danish is considered an advantage. A degree within information security, IT, business administration, law, risk management, audit, or a related field is preferred, but we also value equivalent work experience and practical knowledge. Certifications such as ISO 27001 Foundation, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM, CIPP/E, CIPT, or similar are considered an advantage. About the Role As an Information Security Engineer at Consilium, you will combine hands-on security operations with strategic governance and compliance work. In practice, the role is split into two central pillars: Operational Excellence: Working hands-on to implement security controls, managing daily security activities, and acting as an internal subject matter expert. Strategic and Compliance-Oriented Leadership: Developing and driving our security strategy, ensuring we meet regulatory requirements, and continuously strengthening our security posture. You will help protect Consilium’s information assets, lead compliance efforts related to NIS2, and support alignment with frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, the EU CRA, and the AI Act. The role works closely with teams across IT, HR, R&D, Sales, and Marketing. Your Main Responsibilities In this role, you will manage day-to-day security operations activities as well as strengthening the ISMS, implement controls aligned with ISO 27001, NIS2, and NIST CSF, coordinate audits, develop policies, and provide risk reporting and advisory support across the business. Qualifications and Experience To succeed in this role, you bring strong technical security knowledge, incident-handling capability, and an interest in governance and compliance. Requirements Technical Environment: Solid understanding of Microsoft Defender suite, Azure/O365, Windows, and Linux. Networking & Security Tools: Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, segmentation, firewalls, SIEM, EDR/EPP, and patch management. Automation: Basic to intermediate scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash, KQL, or Graph API). Incident & Frameworks: Experience with log analysis, incident lifecycles, and frameworks like ISO 27001 or NIST CSF. Communication: Ability to explain technical security concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Meriting Hands-on experience with Microsoft's advanced security stack (Sentinel, XDR, Entra, Intune, Purview/Priva). Cloud security controls (Azure), DevSecOps (GitHub Advanced Security), or direct audit-evidence collection experience.
