Vi söker nu en Data Scientist till vårt Savings Performance-team inom Investment Center. Här får du en central roll i att analysera och utveckla Sparaaffären genom att kombinera datamodellering, analys och tydlig kommunikation av insikter. Hos oss på Swedbank har du en möjlighet att: Arbeta end-to-end med data – från behovsidentifiering och datainsamling till modellering, analys och visualisering. Analysera och följa upp Sparaaffären ur ett produkt-, kund- och organisationsperspektiv. Identifiera mönster i data och omsätta dessa till konkreta, affärsnära rekommendationer. Ta fram beslutsunderlag och presentera insikter till management och andra seniora stakeholders. Bidra till och vidareutveckla datamodeller som möjliggör bättre uppföljning och styrning av affären. Utveckla och vidareutveckla dashboards och applikationer i Power BI och Qlik som stödjer analys och beslutsfattande. Samarbeta tvärfunktionellt med olika team för att driva datadrivna initiativ. I denna roll behöver du: Grundläggande krav: 2–4 års erfarenhet av att arbeta som Data Scientist, analytiker eller liknande, med fokus på att ta fram insikter från data. Stark erfarenhet av SQL och att arbeta med större datamängder. Erfarenhet av Python eller motsvarande verktyg för dataanalys, gärna med inslag av modellering. Erfarenhet av datamodellering och visualisering i BI-verktyg (t.ex. Power BI eller Qlik). Erfarenhet av att arbeta med hela analysprocessen – från data till insikt och presentation. God förmåga att kommunicera komplexa samband på ett tydligt och pedagogiskt sätt. Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. Bosatt i Sverige, med placering i Stockholm med omnejd. Relevant akademisk utbildning (t.ex. statistik, ekonomi, datavetenskap eller matematik. Meriterande kvalifikationer: Erfarenhet från arbete inom bank eller finansiella tjänster. Kunskap om sparande, pension eller försäkring. Förmåga att dela kunskap och bidra till teamets kompetensutveckling. The Anti-cheat team at Embark is responsible for upholding the integrity of our games, identifying instances of unfair play, and protecting the experience of our players.
