Om rollen Som trafikledare har du en viktig central och koordinerande roll i den dagliga verksamheten. Du ansvarar för att ta emot, prioritera och fördela bärgningsuppdrag samt säkerställa att rätt resurs skickas till rätt plats vid rätt tid. Du har löpande kontakt med kunder, försäkringsbolag, samarbetspartners, underleverantörer och våra bärgare. En viktig del av rollen är att snabbt kunna bedöma situationer, prioritera mellan pågående uppdrag och hitta effektiva lösningar när förutsättningarna förändras. Du arbetar bland annat med: Mottagning och registrering av bärgnings- och transportuppdrag Planering och disponering av bärgare och fordon Löpande uppföljning av pågående uppdrag Kommunikation med kunder, försäkringsbolag och samarbetspartners Hantering av akuta och förändrade situationer Dokumentation och administrativ uppföljning Säkerställande av att uppdrag utförs enligt avtal, rutiner och kundkrav Samverkan med verkstad, fakturering och övriga interna funktioner Du blir även en viktig del i vårt kontinuerliga förbättringsarbete och förväntas bidra med idéer och initiativ som utvecklar våra rutiner, arbetssätt och kundservice. Din profil Vi söker dig som är strukturerad och lösningsorienterad och som trivs med att ha många saker på gång samtidigt. Du har förmågan att behålla lugnet när tempot ökar och kan snabbt prioritera vad som behöver göras. Du är vidare kommunikativ och tydlig i kontakten med både kunder och kollegor. Du tar även ansvar för dina uppgifter, följer upp det du påbörjar och ser till att uppdragen drivs framåt. Vi ser gärna att du har: Erfarenhet från trafikledning, transport, bärgning eller annan operativ verksamhet God datorvana och lätt för att sätta dig in i nya system Förmåga att fatta beslut och prioritera under tidspress God kommunikativ förmåga i svenska, både i tal och skrift Ett naturligt kund- och servicefokus Förmåga att samarbeta med olika typer av människor Erfarenhet från bärgningsbranschen är meriterande, men det viktigaste är att du har rätt inställning, driv och förmåga att hantera en händelserik vardag. WHAT YOU’LL DO​ Our Transport Teams are centralized into three local hubs across Europe, known as Cluster Transport Operations Centers (CTOCs), located in the Poznań area (Poland), Madrid area (Spain), and Stockholm (Sweden). These centers enable collaborative resource pooling, centralized expertise, and a unified approach to managing all markets from a cluster-wide perspective — maximizing synergies across the network and strengthening stakeholder alignment. As Transport Center Planner, you’ll support daily and weekly transport operations through planning, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Your role ensures accuracy, service quality, and continuous process improvement. Your main responsibilities will include: Act as first-line support for daily transport activities, resolving issues with internal and external stakeholders. Assist with scheduling, planning, and cross-dock operations, ensuring smooth workflows and timely updates. Handle transport documentation and claims, resolving discrepancies with external partners. Contribute to process improvements and support project implementation. Monitor KPIs, analyse trends, and support service quality enhancements. Prepare daily and weekly reports (e.g., on-time performance, VAT, inventory balances). Administer transport systems, ensure data accuracy, and resolve technical issues. Maintain system data through regular updates and clean-ups. A relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration – acquired through vocational training, or industry- recognized certifications; a university degree is considered an advantage but not a requirement 2+ years experience in transport or logistics operations, with active involvement in planning, reporting, or stakeholder communication across European markets.
