Dina arbetsuppgifter Du kommer att arbeta nära produktdesigners genom hela design- och produktutvecklingsprocessen. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar: Använda kund-, mode-, konkurrent- och försäljningsinsikter för att utveckla det bästa kunderbjudandet Stötta produktdesigners i utvecklingen av relevanta komponenter samt i den övergripande designprocessen Skapa korrekta produktspecifikationer (artworks) i relevanta visualiseringsverktyg (2D eller 3D) för att möjliggöra en effektiv provtagningsprocess Granska prototyper och prover tillsammans med produktdesigners samt revidera produktspecifikationer vid behov Ansvara för att uppdatera sortimentsöversikter samt hålla dig uppdaterad om mål och strategier för avdelningen och kategorin Dina egenskaper Vi ser att du är en motiverad lagspelare med ett starkt kundfokus och en god förståelse för målgruppen. Du har en känsla för färg och kommersiella färgkombinationer samt en god designförmåga som balanserar modemässig nivå med pris, kvalitet och hållbarhet. Vi söker dig som har: Examen inom modedesign (kandidat- eller masterexamen) eller motsvarande erfarenhet Grundläggande kunskaper gällande material, tillbehör, komponenter och konstruktion för relevanta produkttyper, samt adekvata designkunskaper för att skapa kommersiella produkter Kunskap i applikationer och programvaror som är relevanta för design-, produkt- och utvecklingsprocessen (inklusive 2D-/3D-verktyg) Mycket god samarbets- och kommunikationsförmåga Plus i kanten: Erfarenhet av visualisering och design i 2D/3D-programvaror. About the role We are looking for a Senior Digital Designer to help build and evolve the visual identity of Nordic Air Defence across digital, physical, and commercial touchpoints. This is a hands-on senior design role for someone with extensive professional experience, exceptional visual judgment, strong systems thinking, and the ability to quickly translate creative direction into distinctive, highly polished work. You will work closely with our Creative Director and Head of Brand across brand identity, brand system, web experiences, product communications, presentations, and other key brand applications. The role requires both conceptual strength and executional excellence. You should be comfortable moving between high-level visual ideas and detailed production work in a fast-moving environment while helping to build a coherent design system that can scale with the company as we continue to grow. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Digital Designer, you will: Develop Nordic Air Defence's visual identity across digital, physical, and commercial applications together with the Creative Director. Design and maintain scalable brand systems, templates, and visual guidelines. Create high-quality design assets for web, presentations, marketing materials, product communication, and internal initiatives. Translate creative direction into polished and impactful visual solutions and complete visual systems. Develop and refine typography, layouts, grids, and visual frameworks. Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Head of Brand to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Contribute to the development of digital experiences, including websites, user interfaces, and responsive design solutions. Help establish design processes and systems that support long-term growth and scalability. Requirements Brand & Visual Identity Experience designing logos and identity systems. Strong concept development and ideation skills. Expertise in typography, layout, and grid systems. Experience creating and implementing brand applications. Ability to build and maintain templates and brand libraries. Digital & Web Strong experience in web and responsive design. UX/UI design expertise. Familiarity with CMS platforms and low-code web implementation. Understanding of front-end development principles. Communication & Content Design Experience creating presentations and information design materials. Ability to communicate technical, informational, and commercial content visually. Experience designing across multiple channels and platforms. Strong systems thinking around the work.
