What will you do? As the Product Manager for Growth, you'll own how Rebtel acquires and activates users. That means our web presence, onboarding flows, and growth initiatives across channels. But this isn't a "tweak the funnel" role. We need someone who can think bigger: new distribution models, creative go-to-market approaches, and ideas we haven't thought of yet. You'll look at what others are doing, understand why it works, and come up with something better. Responsibilities and Tasks: Own the product roadmap for web (our primary marketing surface), onboarding, and conversion Build funnels that enables acquisition and activation strategies across digital and non-digital channels Identify high-potential corridors and user segments, and figure out how to reach them Run experiments and build a culture of learning from data Work closely with marketing, data, and engineering to turn ideas into measurable results Understand our users deeply: who they are, where they are, how they discover us, and what makes them stay Monitor the competitive landscape and bring outside thinking into the team Requirements: 5+ years in a growth, product, or commercial role where you had real ownership of outcomes 5+ years of experience of owning a product or product area end-to-end. From problem discovery and prioritization to shipping and iteration Strong commercial instinct. You care about revenue and unit economics, not just engagement metrics Creative and resourceful. You've come up with ideas that others wouldn't have and make them work 5+ years of experience with designing product experiments and interpret the results Experience in consumer apps, marketplace, fintech, or telecom 5+ years of experience with SEO, paid acquisition, or CRM as part of a broader growth strategy is a plus Why Rebtel? As the Marketing Manager Nordics, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Natural Cycles in the Nordic region. What you will be doing Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand market dynamics, user needs, and opportunities for growth. Develop localized marketing strategies that align with the overall global brand vision. Collaborate with channel owners across the integrated marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and communication across all channels Collaborate with the user research team to identify key personas and insights for targeted marketing efforts in the Nordic markets. Manage organic social media channels tailored to the Nordic markets. Coordinate with the Nordic PR and partnerships manager to help develop and implement campaigns that elevate the brand’s presence and assist in influencer marketing efforts, leveraging Nordic-specific insights to help scale the program and drive engagement. Drive the creation and execution of marketing activities designed to grow the brand’s footprint in the Nordics. What skills and experience we think you have 7-10 years of experience in marketing and PR, with a strong background in brand management and marketing strategy. Extensive knowledge of the Nordic markets, including consumer behavior, trends, and media landscape. Experience working with a medical device or in women’s health preferred. Proven experience in both PR and broader marketing strategies. Strong experience in social media and digital marketing, with a focus on organic growth. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners (e.g., agencies). Fluent in English and Swedish (additional languages, especially Nordic languages, are a plus but not a requirement). Based in Sweden, preferably in the Stockholm area. Experience with ISO 13485 and regulatory compliance is a plus. In this role, you will: Build, operate, and continuously optimise automated, data‑triggered CRM journeys across email, push and other owned channels. Together, you will ensure that our always‑on journeys and CRM communications work together to deliver impactful, customer‑centred experiences that support both engagement and commercial growth across our owned channels. As Product Manager (PM) at BioLamina, you will drive development of products to market and manage as well as key in-market products. Qualifications & Requirements • Master's degree and/or PhD in Life Sciences, Cell Biology, or a related scientific field. • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or product management within biotech, life science, or another technical/scientific industry. • Proven track record of translating technical or scientific content into effective marketing materials and campaigns. • Experience supporting or driving product launches and go-to-market plans. • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a strong plus. • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Sales, BD and R&D.
