DRAMATEN SÖKER PUBLIKUTVECKLARE Vill du vara med och utveckla hur publiken möter Dramaten? Sektionen Kundservice och publikmöte är en del av kommunikationsavdelningen och arbetar för att skapa ett välkomnande, tillgängligt och välfungerande besök på Dramaten. Sektionen ansvarar för olika delar av publikens möte med verksamheten och samarbetar nära andra funktioner inom teatern. Nu söker vi en publikutvecklare som vill utveckla den konkreta upplevelsen av att besöka Dramaten, från hur vi välkomnar och möter olika besökare till hur vi skapar förutsättningar för att fler ska kunna ta del av vår verksamhet. Om rollen Som publikutvecklare arbetar du för att stärka och utveckla mötet mellan Dramaten och publiken. Tillgänglighet är ett särskilt fokusområde och du får en viktig roll i arbetet med att göra Dramatens verksamhet tillgänglig för fler. I rollen kombinerar du utvecklingsarbete med samordning och praktiskt genomförande. Du ser helheten i publikens möte med Dramaten, identifierar behov och förbättringsmöjligheter och omsätter dem i konkreta insatser och fungerande arbetssätt. Du arbetar nära den dagliga verksamheten och samarbetar med olika funktioner inom Dramaten samt med externa aktörer. Arbetet innebär att du följer insatser från idé och planering till genomförande och uppföljning. Du kommer bland annat att: utveckla publikmötet med särskilt fokus på tillgänglighet och bemötande planera, samordna och följa upp tillgänglighetsinsatser exempelvis textning, syntolkning och andra lösningar som gör det möjligt för fler att ta del av Dramatens föreställningar utveckla och samordna visningar och andra publiknära aktiviteter bidra till utvecklingen av Dramatens värdskap och arbetssätt i mötet med olika besökare planera, leda och genomföra utvalda aktiviteter och arrangemang internt och externt ex öppet hus, Järva veckan, tillgänglighet identifiera behov och utveckla rutiner och arbetssätt utifrån ett tydligt publikperspektiv samordna samarbeten och ha kontakt med såväl interna funktioner som externa aktörer ansvara för administration, planering och uppföljning inom arbetsområdet vid behov arbeta nära den operativa verksamheten i Dramatens publika miljöer Vad vi söker Vi söker dig som har ett starkt intresse för värdskap, bemötande och tillgänglighet samt för hur organisationer kan skapa välkomnande och tillgängliga möten med sina besökare. Du är bra på att se en verksamhet ur besökarens perspektiv. Du uppmärksammar sådant som skapar hinder eller försvårar besöket och tycker om att hitta lösningar som fungerar för både publiken och verksamheten. Du är van att självständigt driva frågor framåt och trivs i en roll där utveckling, samordning och genomförande går hand i hand. Du arbetar strukturerat, får med dig andra och samarbetar väl med olika yrkesgrupper och funktioner. Vi söker dig som har: relevant eftergymnasial utbildning eller annan likvärdig erfarenhet minst tre års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet erfarenhet av arbete där besökaren, kunden eller publiken står i centrum erfarenhet av att utveckla service, publikmöte, besöksupplevelse eller tillgänglighet erfarenhet av att utveckla arbetssätt med användarens eller besökarens behov som utgångspunkt erfarenhet av att självständigt planera, samordna, genomföra och följa upp aktiviteter eller utvecklingsinsatser erfarenhet av att samarbeta med olika yrkesgrupper och funktioner erfarenhet eller dokumenterad kunskap inom tillgänglighetsområdet god administrativ och digital förmåga mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska i tal och skrift För att lyckas i rollen behöver du kunna växla mellan ett långsiktigt utvecklingsperspektiv och praktiska frågor här och nu. Du är lyhörd, lösningsorienterad och prestigelös samt trygg i att självständigt ta ansvar och driva ditt arbetsområde framåt. Du har också förmåga att omsätta behov och idéer i arbetssätt som fungerar i den dagliga verksamheten. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av: publik verksamhet inom kultur, scenkonst, museum eller annan besöksintensiv verksamhet olika former av tillgänglighetsarbete att omsätta olika besökares behov i konkreta lösningar och arbetssätt. Vår uppgift är att gemensamt med tillgängliga resurser förverkliga konstnärliga visioner. Tjänsten är en heltidsanställning tills vidare med en inledande provanställning på sex månader. Tillträde enligt överenskommelse. Arbetstiden varierar och omfattar dag-, kvälls- och helgarbete. What you'll do As a Content Coordinator, you will get a chance to keep content work moving reliably across Kognity's Content Operations team, its freelance contributors and the Product and Tech teams it depends on. Deliver small content update projects, acting as the single point of contact from brief through authoring, QA and upload to live deployment, ensuring every asset quality. Run the end-to-end contractor lifecycle, from sourcing and briefing freelance subject specialists to onboarding, tracking assignments and closing out engagements cleanly. Triage and route incoming content feedback from users and internal teams, tracking it through to resolution and surfacing patterns that shape content priorities. Work on third-party content rights, permissions and licensing, keeping records audit-ready and escalating copyright questions to the right stakeholders. Build and maintain the trackers, dashboards and documentation that give the content team visibility over its work, and help bring AI tools into everyday content operations. What we're looking for Background in content coordination, project coordination or operations, ideally within tech, product, digital publishing or EdTech. Proven ability to keep multiple workstreams organised and moving, ideally with a tracker or system you've built to manage competing priorities. Strong communication skills, able to adjust tone and detail for audiences from freelance contributors to legal and finance stakeholders. Fast learner who picks up new tools, platforms and content systems quickly, with minimal repeated guidance. Skilled at turning scattered information, such as feedback threads or contractor performance notes, into clear improvements patterns and concrete recommendations. The Role In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and support game projects from concept through to release. You will act as a central point of coordination between departments, helping teams stay aligned and ensuring that projects meet their timelines, quality standards, and creative goals. Your key responsibilities include: Taking ownership of assigned game projects, from initial planning through execution and delivery. Creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones, and priorities in our project management system. Coordinating across functions to ensure an efficient workflow and alignment on project scope, goals, responsibilities, and deadlines. Monitoring progress, quality, risks, and potential blockers, and supporting the teams in resolving issues proactively. Facilitating project kick-offs, milestone check-ins, reviews, and other relevant meetings. Keeping the Team Lead and relevant stakeholders informed about project progress, changes, risks, and key decisions. Participating in review and feedback cycles to ensure consistency and high-quality deliverables. Identifying improvements to workflows and tools that strengthen quality, efficiency, and collaboration. Staying up to date with industry trends, game development practices, and player preferences. What We’re Looking For Experience in project management or production, ideally involving several projects or workstreams simultaneously. A structured, organized, and proactive approach to your work.
