Do you have hands-on experience in production planning and enjoy turning data into better decisions? Join our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) team within Industrial Technique Business Area as a Supply Chain Developer. You will help connect central planning with operational reality, strengthen our S&OP process and improve how we use data, processes and digital tools to make decisions. Your role You will work at the intersection of production, supply chain and commercial operations. A key part of your contribution will be bringing practical production-planning insight into central planning discussions and helping turn decisions into workable improvements. Your time will be divided between the recurring S&OP cycle and development initiatives. You will analyse demand, forecasts, capacity, inventory and service levels, identify root causes and recommend practical actions. You will also contribute to improvements in processes, systems, analytics and digital ways of working. You will collaborate with colleagues across functions and geographies. Some initiatives will be led by you, while others will be delivered together with specialists and stakeholders across the organization. In this role, you will: Support key parts of the recurring Sales & Operations Planning cycle and prepare clear analysis and recommendation for decisions. Analyze demand, forecasts, capacity, inventory and service levels to identify root causes and improvement opportunities. Develop or improve relevant key performance indicators, reports and dashboards. Lead or contribute to assigned process, system and digital development initiatives. Work with production, supply chain, commercial teams and Customer Centers to clarify requirements and follow through on agreed actions. Help colleagues adopt improved tools and data-driven ways of working. The role reports to Sales & Operations Planning Manager. To succeed, you will need Hands-on production-planning experience from an industrial or manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning, including demand, forecasting, supply, capacity and inventory planning. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data and operational trade-offs into recommendations. Experience improving supply chain processes or operational ways of working. The ability to collaborate and influence across functions, organisations or geographies. A structured, curious and accountable approach Professional fluency in English. A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience. Experience with Power BI, SAP or another enterprise resource planning system, Integrated Business Planning, statistical forecasting, digital planning tools or AI-enabled solutions is an advantage, but not a requirement. Drawing upon our strong heritage of scientific innovation, we aim to help reshape care in transplantation, nephrology, immunology, infectious diseases and other underserved conditions.  About the position as Strategic Supply Chain Manager This is a parental leave replacement for 9-12 months, offering you the opportunity to step into a key role and contribute to an exciting growth journey. As the Strategic Supply Chain Manager at AKTX, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the supply chains of the launched and upcoming products. Your primary objective will be to ensure the availability of products, engaging in tasks such as supply and demand planning, forecasting to suppliers, capacity management and planning. You will be collaborating with internal and external cross-functional teams to create alignment on priorities and support e.g. capacity expansion projects and development projects. You will also, together with colleagues in the Operational Supply Chain group, coordinate the execution of product supply to meet customer demand and agreed stock levels, as well as act as the primary point of contact with suppliers/customers regarding demand, ensuring seamless day-to-day delivery plans. Your main responsibilities: Conduct tactical and operational product supply/demand planning, considering launch, commercial supply, clinical studies, and projects. Lead meetings with suppliers on ongoing supply and supply performance. Lead internal monthly S&OP-style meetings to create cross-functional alignment and drive progress and decision making. Ensure accurate maintenance of systems master data and report key performance indicators. Responsible for setting up, developing and maintaining key planning tools and production tracker. Support Operational Supply Chain Managers in the day-to-day execution of the supply chain (e.g. shipments, order management, ERP system maintenance). Identify areas of improvement/continuous improvement proposals and execution.
