Senior Technical Project Manager
One of Nordic Investin’s partner companies is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager, with Nordic Investin leading the recruitment process. You can lead a complex technology programme without hiding uncertainty behind a colourful status report. The partner is delivering a cross functional transformation involving infrastructure, applications, security and external suppliers. You will create a credible plan, surface dependencies early and maintain momentum across technical and business teams. The work spans organisational boundaries and requires both technical understanding and disciplined communication. Decisions must remain useful when they reach delivery teams, suppliers and operational owners. How you will work You will work across teams with different incentives, technical histories and decision rights. The partner expects concise preparation, visible dependencies and follow through after meetings. Strong performance means that people understand what was decided, why it matters and what they now own. As a senior colleague, you will own substantial outcomes and help others make stronger decisions. You are expected to recognise risk early, communicate it without drama and move work forward with practical alternatives. The role still includes hands on delivery; seniority here means broader judgement, not distance from the work. What you will do Build and maintain an integrated delivery plan. Coordinate technical, business and supplier workstreams. Manage scope, budget, risks, decisions and dependencies. Prepare steering decisions with clear evidence and options. Lead delivery forums and remove cross team blockers. Protect operational readiness, migration and handover activities. What you will bring Extensive leadership of complex IT projects or programmes. Strong understanding of infrastructure, applications and security delivery. Supplier and contract management experience. Evidence of calm risk and dependency management. Ability to communicate with engineers and executives. Professional English; Swedish is useful in local partner organisations. Experience that would add value Cloud or data centre migration. ERP or Microsoft 365 transformation. Delivery across several countries or regulated entities. A background that can succeed here You may come from technical delivery, consulting, engineering management or programme leadership. The partner needs someone who can understand the substance of a technical disagreement and move it toward a decision. What makes the opportunity interesting The role offers a significant mandate and direct visibility with senior leadership. You will guide a programme whose success depends on disciplined coordination as much as individual technical solutions. The exact partner, employment model, compensation, start date and working arrangement will be explained openly during the process. Nordic Investin will make sure you understand the context, expectations and decision path before you are asked to commit significant time. The recruitment conversation During the process, Nordic Investin will focus on concrete decisions you have made: the context you received, the alternatives you considered, the result you observed and what you would change today. You do not need every optional technology if your core experience transfers and you can explain how you would close the gap. How to apply Apply with your CV or LinkedIn profile and a short note describing the most relevant system, product or transformation you have helped deliver. Nordic Investin welcomes candidates with different routes into technology and assesses applicants on relevant capability, judgement and potential.

Senior Product Manager – AI-First to Objektvision
Objektvision is rebuilding its platform and is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape it. If you like turning ideas into working prototypes with tools like Claude Code, rather than writing long specification documents, this could be your next step. The role You own product outcomes for the new customer platform we're building for the property owners, managers, and brokers who use Objektvision every day: the tool they log into to list, manage, and rent out their space, faster and with better matches. You turn customer insight and strategy into a prioritized roadmap, manage stakeholders across markets (Sweden and Finland today, more on the way), and suggest what gets built and launched, always balancing local needs against one shared platform. Rather than writing long specification documents, you prototype directly in Claude Code (or similar) to communicate ideas and validate them with real users before anything gets built for real. You work in a small, autonomous squad alongside a product designer and a full-stack engineer, with a Data & AI Lead backing you up on data and models. About you · 6+ years in product management, with senior ownership of outcomes, not just delivery · AI-first mindset · Strong on prioritization and stakeholder management; comfortable being the one making the call · Data-literate; you make decisions from evidence · Thrive in a small, high-ownership team with minimal process, and like change more than order · Fluent in English; working/conversational Swedish required (team language is English, but daily life at the office is in Swedish) · Nice to have: multi-market/marketplace experience, real estate/proptech background, or having shipped AI-powered features (chat, agents, recommendations) About Objektvision Objektvision is Sweden's leading marketplace for commercial real estate, part of Finland's Alma Media. They're rebuilding their entire platform from the ground up, going AI-first and shared across markets. You'll be based centrally in Stockholm, in the office Tuesday to Thursday, with flexibility to work from home the rest of the week. The culture is close-knit and generous - shared lunches, regular offsites, and a wellness allowance, with occasional trips to the team in Finland. Application Applications are reviewed continuously, so apply as soon as possible. Objektvision is collaborating with Ants for this recruitment. Questions about the role? You are safety-conscious, structured and calm under pressure. You communicate clearly across technical disciplines and cultures and are comfortable moving between planning, documentation and hands-on execution. Location and travel We are open to discussing the location for the right candidate, although proximity to either Flemingsberg or Landskrona is preferred. Regular international travel and periods of work at shipyards and onboard vessels are an integral part of the role. What we offer At Oceanbird, you will help turn a bold vision into working technology at sea. You will see the direct result of your work as our wing sail technology moves from development and testing to installation onboard commercial vessels—and ultimately into operation at sea. This is an opportunity to shape not only how our first commercial installations are delivered, but how Oceanbird will install wing sails around the world in the future. The problems are real, the work is challenging, and the results show up in classrooms every day. We're a 125-person EdTech scale-up powering learning in 120+ countries, helping students and teachers thrive through an intelligent platform that combines rich, interactive pedagogy with smart AI and data. Why join Kognity? Work on problems that matter - Your work directly influences the lives of teachers and students in over 100 countries. The scale is global, and the outcomes are tangible. Continuous growth is the baseline - Everyone is expected and supported to learn quickly, improve constantly and raise their own bar. If you enjoy responsibility, momentum and meaningful challenge, you will thrive here. What you'll do: Take full ownership of the engineering operating system within your first three months: tools, vendor contracts, on-call staffing, and platform support, so no escalations land on the CTO by default and engineers never lose time to broken tooling or unclear process. Audit and overhaul the hiring process end to end, improving interviewer calibration, role consistency, and onboarding so that time-to-hire and time-to-first-meaningful-contribution both come down measurably. Own TLT facilitation and drive EM layer consistency, with sessions that end in decisions, shared practices aligned across teams, and cross-EM escalations resolving below CTO level within six months. Build and maintain the engineering progression framework and performance data infrastructure, from a sharp draft in the first three months to a live, Tech 2.0-aligned framework with salary bands agreed with HR and EMs actively using it in performance conversations. Drive cultural and strategic change from decision to operating reality, particularly the Tech 2.0 rollout, owning the rollout plan, adoption tracking, and the rituals that make change stick across the org over an 18-month horizon. What we're looking for: A background as a senior, principal, or staff engineer, with subsequent experience in engineering leadership or management, ideally including people management in a scaling product organisation. Proven ability to operate without formal authority, driving change through credibility and relationships rather than positional power, and comfortable influencing senior engineers and EMs alike. Strong systems thinking with a bias for simplification: able to look at a complex set of processes and find the version that removes friction without losing what matters. High signal-to-noise communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate between strategic direction and operational reality and surface the right information at the right level. A passion for AI and a drive to experiment with new tools to enhance creativity, decisions, and execution.
