Full-Stack Developer
About us Glimra is building drought insurance for farmers — starting in Sweden, with the aim of going global. The models decide whether a farmer gets paid after a drought, and the platform takes a farmer from quote to signed policy to payout. We are looking for one of our first engineers. What you’d work on You’d start on the web application — TypeScript all the way: Next.js on the front end, NestJS on the back end, running on Kubernetes with Helm and Terraform underneath. You’d own features from design to production: the purchase flow, identity and payment integrations, and the services behind them. It doesn’t stop at the application. Behind the product there are data pipelines, a modelling platform and satellite imagery, and the work widens as the product grows — the role evolves with it. It’s greenfield. We’re building the platform right now, so whoever joins gets to shape it. What we’re looking for Strong across the stack — you’ve built and run real applications. Our stack is TypeScript, but that’s not a hard requirement: we care about engineering judgment more than ecosystem depth, and the modelling side already runs on Python. Comfortable owning something end to end in an early-stage company: design, build, test, deploy, operate. You write tests first and treat infrastructure as part of the job, not someone else’s problem. You can explain a technical decision to someone who doesn’t code. Payments, identity (BankID) or regulated-industry experience is an advantage, not a requirement. How we work We write tests first, we agree the architecture up front, and we record decisions so they don’t get re-argued in the next review. Those decisions feed the skills our AI agents follow; reviews run the same way — agents analyze first, a human decides. And how we work is itself up for revision: we adapt the process as we learn. We want team players, not rock stars. Direct feedback both ways, a lot of ownership handed over, and people sharing what they’re doing as they go instead of going quiet and coming back when it’s done. Terms Location: Remote / Stockholm 6-12 project employment to start, and we want it to continue Starting: asap How to apply Send your CV to isak@glimra.iuo by September 14th, along with a few lines about something you’ve built end-to-end and what you would do differently today. In your application, please also indicate: Your work permit status in Sweden When you would be available to start
React Native Developer
At Qred, we’re building the world's best bank for small businesses. Since launching 11 years ago, we’ve grown from startup to profitable fintech scale-up, now generating over 1 billion SEK in annual revenue and supporting 50,000+ entrepreneurs across Northern Europe. We combine smart technology, real data, and human judgment to make financing simple, fast, and fair. With bold growth plans and strong momentum across multiple markets, we’re now looking for a React Native Developer for the next phase of growth. About the Role You will own the mobile product experience end-to-end, making real decisions about how a shared codebase should be structured, not just building features inside one. You’ll be working cross-functionally across mobile, web, and design, and your mission is to build robust features that power our rapid global expansion. Key responsibilities Build and maintain high-performance, cross-platform (iOS, Android, web) features in our unified codebase for cross-market deployment. Ensure code quality through continuous testing, code reviews, and robust software architecture practices. Drive the implementation of AI frameworks and automated agents to shift our platform toward an agentic-first operating model. Optimize app performance and maintain strict security standards across high-volume financial systems. Use tools to monitor stability and product usage, and act on what they surface. Translate customer needs and UX designs into seamless, scalable frontend components. What we’re looking for You bring a structured, quality-driven approach to mobile architecture and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You take full accountability for your code, enjoy collaborating within cross-functional teams, and actively look for ways to optimize delivery through modern technology. Qualifications Several years of experience building, deploying, and maintaining production-level React Native applications, ideally including Expo. Proven background taking architectural ownership of mobile application frameworks. Strong TypeScript fluency; comfort with Redux Toolkit/RTK Query or an equivalent state-management approach. Hands-on experience with automated testing (unit/integration + E2E) and a disciplined code review practice. Professional fluency in English with strong cross-functional communication skills. Why Qred? This is the place to be if you’re looking for a place to grow. Qred is growing fast, and our Qredsters along with it. With a non-bureaucratic organization and delegated responsibilities, we make sure there’s a short path from idea to action. In addition to our great culture, you get to work with the latest cutting-edge techniques, full ownership, and last but not least a bunch of great competent colleagues to learn from! One Last Thing This is a full-time, permanent position based in our headquarters in Stockholm. We believe our culture thrives when we work together, which is why we have an office-first approach. To balance this with some flexibility, we have the option of working remotely one day per week. We review applications on a rolling basis and while the start date is flexible, the right candidate can join us immediately. Qred celebrates diversity and does not discriminate based on ethnicity, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability status, or any other applicable characteristics protected by law. #LI-JL1

Comfort working with AI copilots and AI-assisted analytics tools (e.g. Copilot-style code/doc generation, AI BI assistants) while maintaining human oversight on data quality and design. Nice to have: Experience with, or strong interest in, semantic layers and metric governance — ensuring a single, trusted definition of key business metrics that both humans and AI tools can rely on. Ensure data quality and consistency across teams and tools, and build robust, well-documented data models using Snowflake and dbt. Governance & Enablement: Provide compliant, user-friendly access to data across various tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel, or AI-powered BI assistants). Empower users of all technical levels — including AI agents — to find, understand, and securely query the data they need. Own the data access lifecycle end-to-end, balancing self-service efficiency with security, privacy, and compliance requirements. Maintain clear documentation and metadata (data catalog, definitions, lineage, ownership). Optimization & Agile Delivery: Continuously evaluate and improve data models for performance and scalability. Contribute to agile ways of working, participating in planning, refinement, and delivery cycles. Stay current with emerging tools and practices in the data stack (e.g. orchestration, observability, AI-assisted development) and help the team adopt what is genuinely useful. Zynca is building an ecosystem of recruiting and matching products, aiming to become the world's #1 choice for candidates and recruiters who are hungry for an 🔥 extraordinary product experience. While 🦕 other companies are releasing convoluted systems with broken features and frustrating interfaces, we are investing our hearts and souls into making sure that Zynca is taking care of everything for you, through smart automations and a world-class user experience that 🌟 simplifies every aspect of your work. In Q3 2026 Zynca will significantly scale up customer acquisition. To prepare for this, we're looking for the next person to take ownership of a core part of the company. 🚀 Senior Front-end Developer As our dedicated Senior Front-end Developer, you will own the frontend side of product flows, interface quality, component architecture, performance, accessibility and the details that make the product feel effortless to use. Rather than being a ticket-taking role, it's a strategic product-building role for someone who wants to shape how Zynca looks, feels and works as we scale. 🎯 The right fit We believe that the right fit for this role has owned frontend work in product-heavy environments before, probably in SaaS, marketplaces, platforms, HR tech, recruitment tech or another digital product where user flows, interface quality and performance matter. You understand how to turn product ideas and design decisions into fast, polished and maintainable user interfaces. You are strong in React, Next.js and TypeScript, comfortable working with APIs, design systems, accessibility, responsive layouts and the small frontend details that make a product feel clear and easy to use. You are senior enough to take responsibility for frontend architecture and technical decisions, but hands-on enough to build components, fix edge cases, improve flows, review details, ship features and make sure the experience holds together in production. You like working close to product and design, and you care about whether the product actually makes the user’s work easier. 💡 About the role What you'll be doing: Own the frontend area across Zynca’s product ecosystem Build and improve user flows, interfaces and reusable components Work closely with product, business and backend to ship features from concept to production Integrate frontend applications with APIs and GraphQL Improve performance, accessibility, responsiveness and overall interface quality Maintain and evolve our design system and component architecture Identify weak spots in the product experience and improve them before users have to complain Tech stack: React 19 - Latest React with server components, hooks, concurrent features Next.js 15 - App Router, server/client components, middleware, Turbopack TypeScript 5 - Strong typing, generics, utility types GraphQL - Apollo Client, queries/mutations, caching strategies, codegen Tailwind CSS 4 - Utility-first styling, tailwind-merge, tailwind-variants React Hook Form + Zod - Form handling with schema validation Design System - Mix of shadcn/radix and custom UI library 🥳 Company culture You will join a senior, hands-on company where people are expected to think, challenge, take responsibility and move things forward without waiting for permission. We work closely across product, sales and customer work. Feedback is direct, decisions are made quickly, and everyone is expected to care about the full customer experience, not just their own area. 🎉 Interested? Does this sound like the right role for you? If so, don't hesitate to apply! We'd love to hear from you! Öppen för alla Vi fokuserar på din kompetens, inte dina övriga förutsättningar. Vi är öppna för att anpassa rollen eller arbetsplatsen efter dina behov.
Backend Developer
Do you thrive in collaborative teams and want your work to shape what players experience every day? As a Backend Developer at Snowprint, you’ll build the backend systems, infrastructure, and tools that power our games. You’ll work closely with your fellow developers, designers, and other disciplines to create stable, scalable solutions, always with the player experience in mind. At Snowprint Studios, we believe that kindness, collaboration, curiosity, and self-leadership are what make great games possible. We work in small, cross-disciplinary teams where people are trusted to take ownership, share ideas openly, and continuously improve how we build games together. What you’ll be doing You'll bring new game features to life while also supporting the systems, tooling, and infrastructure behind them. The role combines feature development with live operations, giving you the opportunity to work on both player-facing functionality and the technical foundations that keep the game running. You'll take ownership of the technical areas you work on, from planning and implementation to testing and live operations. A normal week might include feature development, playtests, troubleshooting production issues, discussing technical approaches with the team, and improving systems to support future needs as the game evolves. You’ll collaborate closely with your colleagues to shape technical solutions that work well for both the game and the people building it. Is this you? You’re an experienced backend developer who is fluent in Kotlin and/or Java. You’ve worked with live backend services before (ideally gaming), and you’re comfortable operating cloud infrastructure (We use AWS). You know how to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments and enjoy the mix of bug-fixing, fine-tuning, and forward-planning that comes with live operations. You communicate clearly, ask questions, and enjoy working through problems with your colleagues. You’re self-directed but collaborative, happy to own your part of a feature while staying connected to the bigger picture. You care about the player experience, and you bring that mindset into technical discussions. Where you’ll work Our Stockholm studio is located in Södermalm, and we work in a hybrid setup. We work from the office on Tuesdays and Fridays to support collaboration and social interaction, while other days offer flexibility depending on where you work best. We provide the setup and tools you need to work comfortably both at home and in the studio.
