Founding UI/UX & Brand Designer

STOCKHOLM·UX-designer

TL;DR We're looking for a Founding Designer to own how Spiich looks, feels, and behaves — across product and brand. You'll define the UI/UX for every surface (web, mobile, browser extension) and shape the visual identity of the company itself. Production React/vibe coding skills are a plus, not a requirement — taste, craft, and judgment are the job. Why join We're a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value speed, rigour, and extreme ownership. If you're obsessed with craft, thrive in ambiguity, and want to define how sales professionals experience AI, you'll feel at home. Design at Spiich is an open field: agentic software has no established patterns yet. How should a rep review what an autonomous agent did overnight? What does trust look like in an interface? You'll answer questions most designers never get to ask. We're backed by founders and operators behind Lovable, OpenAI, Tandem Health, and Neo4j. Our customers across 10 countries report 90% less prospecting time, 3x market coverage, and 2x customer meetings. What you'll do (responsibilities) In one sentence: Own design end-to-end — product UX and company brand. Design the product across web, mobile, and browser extension: flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI Invent interaction patterns for agentic software — reviewing agent work, voice-first flows, and trust and transparency in AI actions Build and own the design system our engineers ship from Prototype at the speed of thought: use AI tools to go from idea to working demo in hours, not sprints Own the brand: visual identity, website, decks, and everything the world sees — and shape the next chapter of our brand as we grow Do user research with real customers, iterate daily, and let findings kill your darlings Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers so designs ship fast and ship true Who you are Designer with exceptional taste and a portfolio that proves it — both product work and brand/visual work Strong in UX thinking and UI craft: typography, spacing, motion, and the details most people miss Proficient in Figma; comfortable prototyping at high fidelity Comfortable with ambiguity, early-stage chaos, and fast iteration Care more about solving problems than polishing abstractions Fully committed to the mission: not "just a job" Bonus: You prototype and ship with AI tools — Lovable, Claude Design, Claude Code, Codex, or similar. Production React is welcome too, but we have engineers for that. What we offer A team of obsessed builders, full of speed, rigour, and grit Full design ownership: no design-by-committee, no layers between you and shipped product Mission-driven, no-BS culture: experiment, ship, learn Meaningful equity through qualified employee stock options (QESO) from day one Fully on-site in Stockholm - we believe in working together Top-tier compensation package Our tools Design: Figma AI: Lovable, Claude Design, Claude Code, Codex — use whatever makes you fastest Product: React, React Native, TypeScript — built by our engineers, with you if you code Platforms: Web app, mobile (iOS & Android), browser extension About Spiich Labs Spiich is the agentic platform for sales teams. Reps focus on the human work — building relationships, building trust, and closing deals — while Spiich agents handle everything else: prospecting, lead generation, CRM updates, meeting prep, follow-ups, and everything in between. We're backed by founders and operators behind Lovable, OpenAI, Tandem Health, and Neo4j. How we hire Submit your application Intro call with the team Portfolio deep-dive: walk us through work you're proud of and the decisions behind it Design exercise Join us for trial work lasting 2 days on-site. We'll see how you tick and you get to meet the team and explore whether joining Spiich feels right for you. We move fast — the full process typically takes under two weeks. How to Apply Drop us a line at filip@spiich.ai with your portfolio, a note on why this excites you, and your proudest work. No CV needed.

Klarna Bank ABAnsök senast 22 okt.

Senior Designer

STOCKHOLM·UX-designer

About the role Every screen a consumer taps through, and every surface a merchant sees Klarna's name on, is a decision someone made — the layout, the wording, the visual identity holding it together. That someone is a designer, and at this level, the work spans both: shaping product flows people use every day, and shaping how Klarna looks and feels wherever it shows up. This is a general Senior Designer opening, not tied to one fixed team. Depending on need at the time of hiring, you could be placed on a product team working on a specific consumer or merchant flow, or on a brand-facing team shaping visual identity and campaigns — and your focus may shift as the business changes. Either way, you'll be expected to move between the two: designing a screen one week, and making sure a brand guideline holds up across a dozen touchpoints the next. What you'll do ● You'll design end-to-end product flows, from early concept through polished, shippable interfaces. ● You'll shape and apply Klarna's visual identity across the surfaces you own, keeping brand and product design consistent with each other. ● You'll prototype ideas quickly to test direction before committing engineering time to them. ● You'll work directly with product managers, engineers, and other designers to turn a rough problem into a specific, buildable solution. ● You'll use AI tools as part of your everyday design process, not as a separate experiment. ● You'll give and act on design critique, and hold your own work to the same bar you'd apply to someone else's. Who you are ● You've worked as a designer across both product and brand work, not just one of the two. ● You can take a flow from a rough idea to a finished, usable interface on your own. ● You understand how typography, layout, and visual identity carry through consistently across different formats and touchpoints. ● You use AI tools yourself as part of how you design, not just to talk about using them. ● You can explain a design decision — including the ones you rejected — to both designers and non-designers. ● You're comfortable moving between different kinds of design work as priorities shift. Bonus points for ● A degree in design, visual communication, or a related field. ● Experience designing for a regulated industry such as fintech or banking. ● Motion design or animation experience. ● Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.

Customer Experience Designer

Stockholm·UX-designer

On behalf of a partner company, Nordic Investin is looking for a Customer Experience Designer. You can connect customer emotion, operational evidence and commercial outcomes without reducing experience to a single score. The partner is improving customer journeys that cross sales, onboarding, service and retention. You will identify the moments that shape trust, design better cross channel experiences and help business owners turn insight into coordinated action. Design is embedded in product and service decisions rather than added after scope is fixed. The team expects evidence, accessibility and implementation constraints to be considered from the beginning and revisited after release. How you will work You will join a multidisciplinary team and move between discovery, design, delivery and learning after launch. The partner expects assumptions to be made visible, prototypes to answer real questions and design decisions to remain understandable when they reach engineering and operations. As a senior colleague, you will own substantial outcomes and help others make stronger decisions. You are expected to recognise risk early, communicate it without drama and move work forward with practical alternatives. Seniority here means broader judgement and follow through, not distance from delivery. What you will do Analyse customer journeys using research, feedback and operational data. Identify priority moments and root causes of friction. Facilitate improvement work across commercial and service teams. Prototype new journey concepts and service communications. Define experience measures linked to business outcomes. Support owners through implementation and continuous improvement. What you will bring Experience in customer experience, service design or journey management. Strong research synthesis and facilitation skills. Professional English and clear storytelling. Experience that would add value Voice of customer platforms and feedback analytics. Subscription, financial or complex service businesses. Change management and process design. A background that can succeed here Your background may span design, customer insight, marketing, operations or consulting. The partner values someone who can move beyond presenting pain points and help the organisation agree on ownership, sequencing and evidence of improvement. What makes the opportunity interesting You will work on journeys that matter to customers and to commercial performance. The role offers access across functions and the mandate to turn fragmented improvement activity into a more coherent experience. The exact partner, employment model, compensation, start date and working arrangement will be explained openly during the process. Nordic Investin will make sure you understand the context, expectations and decision path before you are asked to commit significant time. The recruitment conversation During the process, Nordic Investin will focus on concrete decisions you have made: the context you received, the alternatives you considered, the result you observed and what you would change today. You do not need every optional credential if your core experience transfers and you can explain how you would close the gap. How to apply Apply with your CV or LinkedIn profile and a short note describing the most relevant organisation, service, project or financial process you have helped improve. Design System Lead

Stockholm·UX-designer

One of Nordic Investin’s partner companies is looking for a Design System Lead, with Nordic Investin leading the recruitment process. You want a design system to accelerate good decisions, not become a library everyone admires and nobody can adopt. The partner is consolidating fragmented interface patterns across several products. You will lead the design system as a shared product, aligning design and engineering on components, accessibility, contribution and a roadmap grounded in real team needs. This is a leadership role with responsibility for direction, governance and the capability of others. You will create enough structure for teams to move independently while stepping into detail when risk or ambiguity demands it. The partner wants visible ownership without unnecessary hierarchy. What you will do Set the design system vision, principles and roadmap. Prioritise components using product demand and reuse potential. Align design tokens, interaction patterns and coded components. Establish contribution, review and release practices. Build accessibility and content standards into the system. Measure adoption, consistency and developer experience. What you will bring Extensive product design or design system experience. Strong component, interaction and visual design knowledge. Ability to collaborate deeply with frontend engineers. Experience establishing governance across several teams. Practical accessibility expertise. Professional English and persuasive facilitation skills. Experience that would add value Design tokens and multi brand systems. Storybook or comparable component documentation. People or programme leadership. A background that can succeed here You may be a senior product designer, UX engineer or design systems specialist who has already led cross product standardisation. The partner needs someone who can balance coherence with local needs and treat adoption as a product problem. What makes the opportunity interesting This is a chance to improve the work of many teams at once. You will shape a foundation that makes products more consistent, delivery more efficient and accessibility easier to achieve by default. The exact partner, employment model, compensation, start date and working arrangement will be explained openly during the process. Nordic Investin will make sure you understand the context, expectations and decision path before you are asked to commit significant time. UX Researcher

Stockholm·UX-designer

One of Nordic Investin’s partner companies is looking for an UX Researcher, with Nordic Investin leading the recruitment process. You know how to ask a question without quietly designing the answer into the research. The partner wants stronger user evidence across product discovery and continuous improvement. You will plan research that clarifies behaviour, needs and decision context, then help teams use the findings without flattening nuance or overstating certainty. As a specialist, you will own a defined professional area and be trusted to move work forward independently. You are expected to recognise when a question requires wider expertise, explain recommendations clearly and improve the methods or tools used by colleagues around you. What you will do Develop research plans tied to product and business decisions. Recruit appropriate participants and choose suitable methods. Conduct interviews, observation, concept tests and usability studies. Synthesise evidence into clear themes and implications. Build reusable research knowledge and ethical consent practices. Coach product teams in lightweight research activities. What you will bring Professional qualitative user research experience. Strong interviewing, synthesis and facilitation capability. Ability to distinguish observation from interpretation. Experience working with product and design teams. Sound research ethics and data handling judgement. Professional English and excellent written communication. Experience that would add value Quantitative research or survey design. Research operations and participant panels. Experience with vulnerable or specialised user groups. A background that can succeed here Your route may include psychology, anthropology, design research, market research or product development. The partner values methodological care, but also expects you to make research timely and useful enough to influence decisions before delivery begins. What makes the opportunity interesting You will have access to important product questions and colleagues willing to act on evidence. The role provides room to improve individual studies and the wider research culture around them. The exact partner, employment model, compensation, start date and working arrangement will be explained openly during the process. Nordic Investin will make sure you understand the context, expectations and decision path before you are asked to commit significant time.
