Det här är en roll för dig som har praktisk erfarenhet av teknisk montering och som trivs med att lösa problem, ta ansvar och hitta bättre sätt att arbeta. Om rollen Som montör blir du en viktig del av uppbyggnaden av en ny produktionslina. Du kommer att arbeta med montering av avancerade produkter och komponenter, följa tekniska instruktioner och ritningar samt säkerställa att arbetet håller hög kvalitet. Vi söker dig som har tidigare erfarenhet av teknisk montering inom mekanik, el eller elektronik. Du kan exempelvis ha arbetat som mekanikmontör, elektronikmontör, elmontör, industrimontör, servicetekniker eller i en liknande teknisk roll. Du kommer in i en verksamhet där arbetssätt och processer fortfarande utvecklas. Det innebär att du får möjlighet att komma med idéer, lösa problem och vara med och skapa en stabil och effektiv produktion. Under introduktionen arbetar du nära erfarna montörer för att lära dig produkten och processen. Därefter förväntas du relativt snabbt kunna arbeta självständigt och ta ansvar för ditt arbetsområde. Vi söker dig med erfarenhet inom: • Elschemaläsning och förståelse för elektrisk dokumentation • Kablagetillverkning enligt ritning • Crimpning och kontaktdonsmontering • Lödning av elektriska komponenter och kablage • ESD-hantering • Mekanisk montering av rack och delsystem • Användning av mätinstrument (multimeter, kontinuitetsmätning etc.) • Kvalitetsmedvetenhet och egenkontroll Kan läsa el-schema eller cad ritningar Det är en fördel om utbildningen följer IPC-standarder, framför allt: IPC/WHMA-A-620 (krav för kablage och kabelstammar) IPC-A-610 (acceptanskriterier för elektronikmontage) Du behöver inte ha erfarenhet inom alla områden. Det viktiga är att du har en gedigen praktisk erfarenhet inom minst ett av områdena och ett genuint tekniskt intresse. Role Summary As an Electrical Engineer, you will develop and integrate cable harness routing and installation solutions for Scania buses using CATIA. You will work closely with the physical product throughout the development process, translating electrical and functional requirements into robust, serviceable and production-ready solutions. Working closely with electrical architects, installation engineers and other cross-functional stakeholders, your work will directly contribute to the complete bus and its customer value. Job Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Designing and developing electrical routing and cable harness installation solutions for Scania bus chassis using CATIA, including the mechanical design of brackets and component installations related to electrical systems. Contributing to robust, cost-efficient, serviceable and production-ready solutions for Scania bus chassis. Who You Are You are a structured and quality-oriented engineer with an interest in vehicle development, mechanical installation and electrical systems. You enjoy working close to the product, take ownership of your deliveries and understand how your work contributes to the complete vehicle.
