Senior Integration Architect

Stockholm·IT-arkitekt/Lösningsarkitekt

Nordic Investin has been engaged by a partner company to find a Senior Integration Architect. You see integration architecture as the design of dependable business relationships between systems, teams and data owners. The partner is modernising a fragmented integration estate spanning cloud services, SaaS platforms and established enterprise systems. You will define target patterns and guide migrations toward clearer APIs and event flows. The work spans organisational boundaries and requires both technical understanding and disciplined communication. Decisions must remain useful when they reach delivery teams, suppliers and operational owners. How you will work You will work across teams with different incentives, technical histories and decision rights. The partner expects concise preparation, visible dependencies and follow through after meetings. Strong performance means that people understand what was decided, why it matters and what they now own. As a senior colleague, you will own substantial outcomes and help others make stronger decisions. You are expected to recognise risk early, communicate it without drama and move work forward with practical alternatives. The role still includes hands on delivery; seniority here means broader judgement, not distance from the work. What you will do Define API, event and batch integration architecture. Establish contract, versioning and ownership principles. Guide platform choices and reusable integration services. Review critical designs for security and failure handling. Plan migration from legacy middleware and point to point connections. Support delivery teams with patterns and technical decisions. What you will bring Senior integration engineering or architecture experience. Strong API, messaging and distributed systems knowledge. Experience with cloud integration platforms. Understanding of identity, data governance and observability. Ability to create incremental migration paths. Clear communication across business and technical domains. Experience that would add value Kafka or enterprise event streaming. Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft or Boomi. SAP, Salesforce or supply chain integration. A background that can succeed here You may have built integrations in code, led middleware platforms or designed service architectures. The partner values architects who can discuss a failed message at implementation level and the organisational ownership behind it. What makes the opportunity interesting You will shape standards that simplify change across many systems. The role combines strategic influence with close delivery contact and a modernisation agenda that has visible operational benefits. The exact partner, employment model, compensation, start date and working arrangement will be explained openly during the process. Nordic Investin will make sure you understand the context, expectations and decision path before you are asked to commit significant time. The recruitment conversation During the process, Nordic Investin will focus on concrete decisions you have made: the context you received, the alternatives you considered, the result you observed and what you would change today. You do not need every optional technology if your core experience transfers and you can explain how you would close the gap. How to apply Apply with your CV or LinkedIn profile and a short note describing the most relevant system, product or transformation you have helped deliver. Nordic Investin welcomes candidates with different routes into technology and assesses applicants on relevant capability, judgement and potential.

Delivery Lead GenAI Business Solutions

Stockholm·IT-arkitekt

Generative AI is creating entirely new possibilities for how we work — and we are still only at the beginning. At Husqvarna Group, we are looking for a Delivery Lead – GenAI Business Solutions who wants to help turn those possibilities into real impact. You will be at the center of how we explore, prioritize and scale GenAI across a global organization — connecting emerging technology with business needs, people and measurable value. A key part of this journey will be working with our software development community to unlock the potential of AI-powered development tools and new ways of working. About The Team You will join Enterprise AI & Automation, part of GIS – Digital Business Transformation, where we work to enable and scale the use of AI and automation across Husqvarna Group. Our work spans both internally developed AI solutions and third-party Generative AI technologies. Our GenAI ecosystem includes solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, Claude Code and Synthesia. As the use of Generative AI grows across Husqvarna Group, our focus is on ensuring that these technologies are adopted responsibly, managed effectively and create real business value across the organization. You will work closely with the other GenAI Delivery Lead, as well as stakeholders across business, technology, security and transformation. About The Role As Delivery Lead – GenAI Business Solutions, you will take the business-facing lead for Husqvarna Group’s portfolio of third-party Generative AI tools. You will engage with teams and leaders across Husqvarna Group to understand their needs and identify where GenAI can improve productivity, collaboration, content creation and software development. Software development will be an important part of your scope, and you will work closely with developer teams to understand their needs and help enable the effective use of GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code. A central part of the role is adoption and enablement. Together with Learning & Development and other stakeholders, you will drive workshops, training, communication and other initiatives that help employees understand and make effective use of GenAI. You will also own strategic relationships with GenAI technology partners such as Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic and Synthesia. Together with Procurement and Finance, you will work with licensing, commercial discussions, renewals and optimization to ensure our technology investments deliver the expected value. As the GenAI landscape continues to evolve, you will evaluate new capabilities and market offerings and help determine which opportunities are relevant for Husqvarna Group. Together with the Delivery Lead – GenAI Platforms & Governance, you will align business demand with licensing strategy, service design, governance and the future platform roadmap. About You You are a curious and business-oriented leader who understands how technology can create value for people and organizations. You combine a solid understanding of the GenAI landscape with strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills. You are comfortable discussing technology and use cases without needing to be an AI engineer yourself. You are comfortable working with software development organizations and understand the language, needs and ways of working of developer teams. You don't need to be a hands-on developer today. You know how to create engagement around new technology, influence without formal authority and turn ideas into practical action. You are equally comfortable engaging senior leaders, facilitating workshops and working with vendors. Your Skills And Background 8+ years of professional experience within IT, digital transformation, technology delivery or related environments. Strong understanding of the Generative AI ecosystem and hands-on familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar solutions. Experience from software development environments or working closely with developer teams, with the ability to understand their requirements, language and ways of working. Experience driving technology adoption, digital transformation, software rollouts or technology-enabled change. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders across functions and levels. Experience identifying business needs and translating them into technology opportunities, priorities and initiatives. Experience driving adoption and enablement through workshops, training and communication. Experience working with technology vendors and external partners, ideally including licensing, commercial discussions, procurement or contract-related activities. Ability to evaluate technology investments from a business value and value-realization perspective. Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to make complex technology understandable and relevant to different audiences. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Experience working directly with enterprise GenAI tools or large-scale AI adoption is highly valued, but experience leading the adoption of other emerging technologies combined with strong GenAI knowledge is also relevant. Location This position will be based at one of our sites in Sweden: Huskvarna, Stockholm, or Jonsered. How We Work We believe the best ideas happen when we're connected. We spend most of our time together in the office, creating space for collaboration, creativity, and fast decision-making. This is consistent across all our global offices and helps us maintain a strong culture, support learning and development, and ensure everyone has access to the people and resources they need to thrive. Your application We look forward to receiving your application! Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the final application date 20 September. For questions specifically related to the recruitment process, please contact Recruitment Partner Victoria Kjellgren at victoria.kjellgren@husqvarnagroup.com. Tech Lead - Credit & Fraud

Stockholm·IT-arkitekt/Lösningsarkitekt

What we do at Qliro At Qliro we deliver safe and simple payments. We are a dedicated partner to our merchants who serve their customers every day. We believe that if our merchants grow, we grow. We are a company of dedicated, friendly and highly competent people that together have redefined what Qliro and payments can be. We are now on a journey of scaling our business both here in Sweden and the Nordics. What your team does We’re looking for a Senior Tech Lead to own the technical direction of our Credit & Fraud team, the team at the center of Qliro’s Pay Later platform. What we do here shapes whether customers can pay in a way that actually works for them, and whether we protect them from taking on debt they can’t handle. It’s a dual responsibility, and we take both sides seriously. We’re rebuilding the next generation of this system from the ground up, designed to handle a significant increase in transaction volumes as we scale. Part of what you’ll lead is making this platform ready to operate beyond the Nordics, so the architectural decisions you make now will need to hold up across multiple markets. We’re in the early stages of exploring how AI can help us make better credit and fraud decisions, and we’re honest that this is genuinely complex territory. Credit is one of the most regulated areas when it comes to AI: explainability, fairness, and auditability aren’t optional. We want someone who finds that complexity interesting, not someone who pretends it isn’t there. What you will do You’ll own the technical direction of the team and write production-grade .NET yourself, not occasionally, but regularly. You’ll make architectural decisions you can defend, drive performance and scale from the start, and treat observability and decision traceability as first-class concerns, not afterthoughts. Credit and fraud touch nearly everything at Qliro, which means you’ll work across a wide range of stakeholders: product, risk, compliance, other engineering teams. You’ll be the person who can hold a technical position in a room full of people with competing priorities, make a call under ambiguity, and bring clarity when there’s none. You’ll understand the regulatory and compliance landscape well enough to know what constraints you’re building within. You’ll set others up to succeed. Not in a formal, structured way, but in the way that actually matters: sharing hard-won knowledge, asking the right questions, and making the engineers around you better at their craft. What you'll bring to the team You’ve led technical work on systems where getting it wrong had real consequences, ideally in credit, fraud, risk, or payments, or in a high-transaction financial environment where you’ve developed that instinct. You’re comfortable operating in a heavily regulated environment and understand that compliance constraints aren’t obstacles to good engineering, they’re part of it. You understand that in this domain, correctness matters as much as speed, and you build accordingly. You’ve driven platform transformations before, not just worked on greenfield projects. You know what it means to move away from one system while keeping it running, and you bring the mindset to finish that job rather than work around it. You have opinions about what good looks like, production-grade code, observable systems, sensible tradeoffs and you’re not precious about being challenged on them. You’re comfortable being the one who decides when there’s no perfect answer, and you’re open to being wrong. You don’t wait for a perfect spec to start thinking. How we work Engineering ownership here is real. Engineers make calls that matter and are trusted to defend them. How your team works day to day — how often you’re in the office, how you structure your time — is something teams decide for themselves. We’re based in Stockholm, but we’ve found that trusting teams to figure out their own rhythm works better than a company-wide policy. Does this sound like your next role? What are you waiting for - apply now!  Qliro is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to gender, gender identity or expression, national origin, religion or other beliefs, disability, sexual orientation or age.
