Rensa sökfilterSenior AI Enablement Engineer
ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a hands-on, technically fluent engineer to drive the adoption of AI across our entire development organization - someone who finds the friction in how teams work and turns it into automated, AI-powered solutions. As our AI Enablement Engineer, you will embed with engineering and product teams to identify where AI can remove repetitive, manual work, then build and ship the solutions that make it happen. You will work closely with our AI Efficiency Architects and AI Evangelist to turn high-level AI strategy into concrete, measurable wins on the ground. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, moves fast, and gets real satisfaction from seeing their work adopted and relied upon by teams across the company. Your Mission Accelerate how the entire development organization works by finding high-impact use cases for AI, building the solutions that automate them, and spreading those wins so they scale across teams. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Use Case Discovery: work directly with engineering and product teams to map their workflows, spot repetitive or slow processes, and identify the highest-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation across the development organization. Rapid Prototyping & Delivery: act as a builder - lead the technical design and implementation of working solutions such as prompt workflows, lightweight agents, scripts, and integrations that prove value fast, then partnering with the AI Efficiency Architects to harden anything that needs to run in production. Reusable Enablement Assets: create templates, playbooks, and repeatable patterns so a proven AI win can spread from one team to many without bespoke work each time. Adoption & Measurement: drive genuine adoption of AI tooling across teams and tie every solution back to concrete outcomes - time saved, throughput, and delivery speed - so impact is visible and quantifiable to leadership. Feedback to the Platform: surface recurring needs and friction back to the AI Efficiency Architects, so the internal AI gateway and tooling evolve toward what teams actually need. Technical Mentorship & Influence: mentor senior engineers on AI best practices and influence engineering roadmaps. OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING: ESSENTIAL SKILLS Staff-Level Engineering Foundations: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience (Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript) with a proven track record of delivering complex, distributed systems in a production environment. Production-Ready AI Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience moving AI from a cool prototype to a real-world tool. You don’t just write basic prompts - you know how to build reliable agents and RAG workflows, and you understand the practical side of LLMs, like managing costs, speed, and context limits to make tools actually work for production. Strategic Problem-Solving: You have a strong bias for action and can take a vague problem and turn it into a working solution fast. While you focus on delivering value quickly rather than chasing perfection, you always think big - building smart, reusable tools that fix root problems for hundreds of developers, not just one team. Collaboration & Communication: excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work alongside many different teams, understand their needs, and bring them along on the adoption journey. SDLC/DevOps Familiarity: working knowledge of the tools that underpin the software delivery lifecycle (e.g., GitLab/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, source control) so that solutions fit naturally into how teams already work. Self-Direction: capacity to manage a varied portfolio of work across multiple teams, prioritize for impact, and deliver with minimal supervision. NICE TO HAVES Excellent presentation and training skills Previous experience running enablement, developer experience, or internal tooling initiatives WHO WE ARE At the core of LeoVegas Group is Team Leo. Simulation Platform & ML Engineer
Turn cutting-edge simulation and ML research into software that engineers can actually use. At GREEN14, we are building simulation technology for complex industrial processes. Our team combines multiphysics models, machine learning and experimental data to understand systems such as plasma reactors and high-temperature metallurgical processes. We can build sophisticated models and fast surrogates. Now we want to turn that capability into robust software that can be used beyond our own research environment. WHAT WE ARE BUILDING GREEN14 started five years ago with a mission to develop emission-free production of critical raw materials using hydrogen plasma. Today, we operate a full-scale plasma reactor in Stockholm. Alongside it, we have built capabilities in multiphysics simulation, AI and surrogate modelling. Our ambition is to connect experiments, physics, simulation, surrogate models and optimization into a continuous learning process. But a great model sitting in a research notebook is not a product. Models need data and pipelines. Experiments need to be reproducible. Software needs APIs. Models need to be tested and versioned. Computation needs to be fast and reliable. That is where you come in. YOUR ROLE You will build the software and computational infrastructure connecting our physics, AI and experimental data. You will work directly with scientists and engineers developing our models and turn research code into software other engineers can reliably use. A typical problem might start with JAX code developed by a researcher. Your job is to ask: How do we make this reliable, testable, reproducible, fast and usable by someone who did not write it? You will have substantial ownership over the technical foundations of our simulation platform. WHAT YOU WILL DO Build backend architectures connecting sensor data, physics models, ML models and simulation workflows. Turn JAX-based research code into maintainable, production-ready software. Build pipelines connecting experimental data, simulation, surrogates and optimization. Develop infrastructure for model training, evaluation and reproducibility. Build APIs, packages and repositories for long-term production use. Establish testing, CI/CD, versioning and monitoring for scientific software. Identify computational bottlenecks and improve performance. Contribute to deployment and cloud infrastructure as our products mature. WHO YOU ARE You have experience taking technically complex software from prototype to something other people can reliably use. You might come from software engineering, ML engineering, scientific computing or data engineering. We are particularly interested in experience with: Python and modern software engineering. JAX or other numerical and ML frameworks. Backend architectures and APIs. Data pipelines and databases. ML infrastructure and MLOps. Testing, CI/CD and reproducible workflows. Computationally intensive workloads. Experience with Docker, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, GPU computing, FastAPI or ML tooling is useful. Experience with JAX, scientific computing or simulation software is particularly relevant. We do not expect you to tick every box. THE KIND OF PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR You do not need to be a plasma physicist. What matters is that you enjoy working at the boundary between scientific computing, machine learning and real-world software engineering. You like understanding what researchers are trying to achieve, but your instinct is to turn clever prototypes into systems other people can depend on. You care about architecture, performance and maintainability, but you also write code. You should also be curious about the physical world behind the software. Our code represents real plasma, particles, materials and experiments. WHY GREEN14 Many software engineers working in simulation never see the physical system their code represents. Here, the reactor is downstairs. Our engineers run experiments. Sensors generate data. Our simulation team compares results with models. The models improve. You build the infrastructure that makes that loop faster and more reliable. Our ambition is broader than one reactor. We want to help engineers understand, optimize and scale complex high-temperature processes across industries. HOW WE WORK You will join a team of serious engineers and scientists who care about getting things right. We are international, curious and direct. We challenge each other's thinking and change our minds when the data tells us to. There is very little hierarchy. Good ideas matter more than titles. We are ambitious, but low on ego. We work hard, flexibly, and value having a life outside work. THE PRACTICAL STUFF Compensation consists of salary and pension together with qualified employee stock options. We are based at Sweden's leading technical university, close to central Stockholm and our plasma reactor. If you want to turn physics, AI and experimental data into software that could change how industrial processes are developed and optimized, we would like to hear from you. The position will remain open until we find the right person.
Simulation Product Engineer
Turn complex physics and AI into products engineers actually use. Bridge simulation, software and industrial processes to change how engineers understand and optimize production. At GREEN14, we are building a new generation of simulation technology for complex industrial processes. Our team combines multiphysics models, machine learning and experimental process data to understand systems such as plasma reactors and high-temperature metallurgical processes. We can build sophisticated models and fast surrogates. But for that technology to matter outside a research environment, a process engineer needs to be able to use it. That is where you come in. WHAT WE ARE BUILDING GREEN14 started five years ago with a mission to help Europe develop emission-free production of critical raw materials using hydrogen plasma. Today, we operate a full-scale plasma reactor in Stockholm. Alongside it, we have built capabilities in multiphysics simulation, AI and surrogate modelling. Our ambition is to connect experiments, physics, simulation, surrogate models and optimization into a continuous learning process, and make that capability accessible to the engineer actually running the process. Imagine an engineer trying to understand why yield has changed, how temperature is distributed inside a reactor, what happens if gas flow increases, or which operating parameters could produce a desired output. They should not need to understand our solver architecture or write Python. They should be able to explore the process. That is the product we want you to help us build. YOUR ROLE You will sit between simulation, software, product and industrial process engineering. You will own much of how engineers interact with our technology: how they change process parameters, run scenarios, inspect simulation results, compare operating conditions and use models to make better decisions. That requires more than frontend engineering. You need to understand what the simulation represents, what matters to the engineer using it and how complex physical behaviour can be presented in an intuitive way. You will work directly with our simulation and AI researchers, process engineers and industrial partners. Your job is to connect those worlds. WHAT YOU WILL DO Build interactive software for simulation, visualization and industrial process analysis. Turn complex simulation outputs into intuitive visualizations. Build interfaces for manipulating parameters, running scenarios and comparing results. Define workflows from process problem and inputs to simulation, exploration and decision-making. Connect applications to simulation and ML backends through APIs. Build reusable components and application architecture for different simulation products. Work with our simulation team to understand the underlying physics and how it should be exposed to users. Help turn internal research tools into software industrial engineers want to use. WHO YOU ARE You are a strong software engineer who cares about both technical quality and whether the software actually solves a problem. We are particularly interested in experience with: React, TypeScript or a comparable modern stack. Interactive and data-heavy applications. Scientific, engineering or time-series visualization. APIs and computational backends. Application architecture and production software development. Experience with Python, FastAPI, WebGL, Three.js, scientific visualization, Docker or cloud infrastructure is useful. Experience building software for engineering, scientific or industrial users is particularly valuable. But technology is only part of the role. THE KIND OF PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR You do not need to be a plasma physicist, but you do need to want to understand the process. If an engineer tells you that pressure drop suddenly increases after twenty minutes, your first instinct should not only be to ask how we visualize the data. You should want to understand why. What changed? What does the model say? Which variables matter? What can the operator control? You enjoy talking to scientists and process engineers and asking questions until you understand the real problem. Then you ask: How do we turn everything we know into something this engineer can actually use? That is the mindset we are looking for. WHY GREEN14 Many software engineers building scientific products are several steps removed from the physical system their software represents. Here, the reactor is downstairs. You can talk to the person operating it, look at the experimental data, speak to the scientist modelling it and then build the software connecting those pieces. Our current work is focused on plasma and high-temperature metallurgy, but our ambition is broader. We want to help engineers understand, optimize and scale complex industrial processes. HOW WE WORK You will join a team of serious engineers and scientists who care deeply about getting things right. We are international, curious and direct. We challenge each other's thinking, share what we know and change our minds when the data tells us to. There is very little hierarchy and no room for corporate politics. Good ideas matter more than titles. We are ambitious, but low on ego. We help each other get better because the problems we are solving are genuinely hard. We work hard, but flexibly, and value having a life outside work. THE PRACTICAL STUFF Compensation consists of salary and pension together with qualified employee stock options. We are based at Sweden's leading technical university, close to central Stockholm. We want the people building our products close to the reactor, experiments and engineers using them. If you want to turn sophisticated physics and AI into software that helps engineers make better decisions about real industrial processes, we would like to hear from you. The position will remain open until we find the right person.

Senior Embedded Software Engineer C and C Plus Plus
One of Nordic Investin’s partner companies is looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer C and C Plus Plus, with Nordic Investin leading the recruitment process. Your code lives close enough to the hardware that timing, memory and failure modes are never abstract concerns. The partner develops connected physical products where embedded software controls critical behaviour. You will work across the full lifecycle, from requirements and design to implementation, hardware integration and verification. The environment will suit someone who enjoys building systems, testing assumptions in code and taking responsibility for production behaviour. Technical choices are expected to be explained in terms of maintainability, reliability and the people who use the product. How you will work You will work in short delivery cycles with direct access to product, domain and operational colleagues. The partner expects engineers to review designs, test assumptions early and follow important changes into production. Decisions should be recorded clearly enough that another engineer can understand the tradeoff months later. As a senior colleague, you will own substantial outcomes and help others make stronger decisions. You are expected to recognise risk early, communicate it without drama and move work forward with practical alternatives. The role still includes hands on delivery; seniority here means broader judgement, not distance from the work. What you will do Develop embedded software in C and modern C plus plus. Design deterministic components for constrained targets and RTOS environments. Bring up new boards and diagnose hardware software interactions. Implement communication protocols, diagnostics and safety mechanisms. Build unit, integration and hardware in the loop tests. Collaborate with electronics, systems and verification engineers. What you will bring Substantial embedded development experience in C or C plus plus. Good understanding of microcontrollers, interrupts and memory constraints. Experience with RTOS concepts and low level debugging tools. Ability to interpret schematics, datasheets and interface specifications. Disciplined configuration management and testing habits. Cybersecurity for connected devices. A background that can succeed here Your background could be automotive, industrial automation, robotics, medtech, defence or consumer hardware. We are interested in engineers who can explain the behaviour of the complete system, not only the function they implemented. What makes the opportunity interesting The work offers direct contact with real products, real constraints and experienced multidisciplinary teams. Your decisions will affect how the device behaves in the field, which makes careful engineering both visible and valuable. The exact partner, employment model, compensation, start date and working arrangement will be explained openly during the process. Nordic Investin will make sure you understand the context, expectations and decision path before you are asked to commit significant time. The recruitment conversation During the process, Nordic Investin will focus on concrete decisions you have made: the context you received, the alternatives you considered, the result you observed and what you would change today. Full Stack Product Engineer
Nordic Investin is recruiting a Full Stack Product Engineer on behalf of one of our partner companies. You like owning a problem from the first user conversation to the production metric that proves the solution works. The partner is building a digital product in a small cross functional team. You will move between frontend, backend and data concerns, choosing the simplest approach that delivers a strong experience without creating tomorrow’s bottleneck. You will receive meaningful ownership while working with senior colleagues on the most consequential decisions. The partner expects you to deliver independently within a clear area, ask for context early and contribute ideas grounded in what you observe. There is room to deepen your specialism or broaden toward adjacent responsibilities. What you will do Build customer facing features across TypeScript frontend and backend services. Work with product and design to clarify user problems before coding. Create APIs, data models and integrations that support rapid iteration. Instrument features and use real behaviour to guide improvement. Strengthen tests, deployment automation and production diagnostics. Take part in discovery, planning, delivery and support. What you will bring Three to six years of full stack product development. Solid TypeScript and experience with React or a similar framework. Backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java or NET. Working knowledge of SQL, APIs and cloud deployment. Practical testing habits and ownership of production outcomes. Clear English and a collaborative working style. Experience that would add value Experience in an early stage or fast moving product team. Feature experimentation and product analytics. Interest in AI enabled product capabilities. A background that can succeed here You may have started in frontend, backend or product design and deliberately broadened your range. We are looking for good judgement, curiosity and the ability to finish valuable work, not shallow familiarity with every tool. What makes the opportunity interesting You will see the direct connection between your code and the user experience. The partner offers a compact decision path, meaningful product influence and experienced colleagues who value thoughtful speed. The exact partner, employment model, compensation, start date and working arrangement will be explained openly during the process. Nordic Investin will make sure you understand the context, expectations and decision path before you are asked to commit significant time. Senior Azure NET Engineer
Nordic Investin has been engaged by a partner company to find a Senior Azure NET Engineer. You see Azure as an engineering environment, not a collection of boxes to tick. The partner is building integration heavy services that connect internal workflows, customer channels and external platforms. You will design reliable .NET solutions using managed Azure services while keeping security, operability and cost in the conversation from the start. A background that can succeed here Your experience may come from a product company, consultancy or internal enterprise platform team. You are comfortable crossing the boundary between application code and cloud architecture, and you know where managed services help and where they introduce new constraints. What makes the opportunity interesting You will have room to influence integration patterns and engineering practices while delivering features that people use. The work suits someone who likes tangible outcomes, clean interfaces and cloud solutions that remain understandable after launch. The exact partner, employment model, compensation, start date and working arrangement will be explained openly during the process. Principal Backend Engineer Python
Nordic Investin is recruiting a Principal Backend Engineer Python on behalf of one of our partner companies. You want the difficult backend problems: high throughput, unpredictable load, sensitive data and architectural choices that will still matter in five years. The partner is developing a business critical product where Python services sit at the centre of transaction flows and operational decision making. You will set technical direction while remaining close to the code, helping several teams improve reliability, delivery speed and engineering judgement. As a principal specialist, you will be asked to make a small number of high consequence technical decisions and improve the judgement around you. You are expected to challenge respectfully, make uncertainty explicit and remain available when the chosen direction meets production reality. Influence will come through useful work, not title alone. What you will do Shape service boundaries, APIs and event driven workflows. Build and review production Python services with measurable reliability targets. Guide database, caching and messaging choices under real load. Improve observability, incident learning and performance testing. Mentor senior engineers and raise the standard of technical decision records. Work with product and security leaders on risk, scope and sequencing. What you will bring Extensive production experience with Python and modern service frameworks. Strong knowledge of distributed systems, concurrency and failure handling. Experience with PostgreSQL or another relational database at scale. Hands on ability with cloud infrastructure, containers and CI CD. Evidence of architectural leadership without losing delivery focus. Clear professional communication in English. Experience that would add value Experience in fintech, marketplaces or other transaction intensive environments. Kafka or another event streaming platform. Security sensitive or regulated systems. A background that can succeed here Your background may be in financial technology, telecom, logistics, public platforms or a scale up where downtime has a visible cost. We care more about the depth of your production decisions than a perfect match with one framework. What makes the opportunity interesting This is a chance to influence the technical shape of a product rather than inherit a fixed blueprint. The partner needs someone whose authority comes from sound engineering, useful questions and code that works under pressure. You do not need every optional technology if your core experience transfers and you can explain how you would close the gap.
