Bring the Future of Wind Propulsion Onboard About Us Wind helped us discover our planet, and now it can help us preserve it. Our vision is to provide wings for a shipping revolution, and we have two strong mother companies to back us up: Alfa Laval and Wallenius. Would you like to contribute to this change, then join our fast-growing, highly competent and passionate team. AlfaWall Oceanbird AB is a 50/50 joint venture, owned by Alfa Laval and Wallenius but operated as an independent company. We are developing wing sail technology for the global shipping market and are now looking for an Installation Lead to join our team. Help us bring wind propulsion from shore to ship! The role As Oceanbird moves from a prototype stage into commercial customer delivery, successful installation is becoming one of our most important capabilities. As Installation Lead, you will turn plans and technical solutions into safe, efficient and wellcoordinated installations at shipyards and onboard vessels. You will also be responsible for our demonstrator wing in Landskrona, coordinating its operation, maintenance and test readiness so that it provides the data needed for our continued development. You will be part of the Project Management Office and work closely with our project managers. During installations, you will lead a cross-functional team of approximately 3–8 people, including electricians, service engineers, technical specialists and external contractors. The Project Manager retains overall responsibility for the customer project, while you lead the dayto-day installation activities and safe execution at the shipyard, in harbor or at sea. Your main responsibilities: • Plan, prepare and lead installation and commissioning activities at shipyards/harbour and onboard vessels. • Translate project and engineering requirements into practical installation plans, work sequences, resource needs and schedules. • Coordinate the on-site installation team and act as Oceanbird’s operational interface with shipyards, vessel crews, customers and subcontractors. • Lead the safe execution of installation work, ensuring that risk assessments, work permits, toolbox talks and agreed safety procedures are in place and followed. • Monitor progress, quality and safety, resolve practical issues and escalate risks or decisions when required. • Develop and maintain installation procedures, method statements, SOPs, checklists and installation manuals. • Capture lessons learned and use them to improve future installations, documentation and ways of working. • Coordinate the operation, maintenance, inspection and test readiness of the demonstrator wing and its supporting equipment in Landskrona. • Plan activities together with the Landskrona team and work closely with our teams in Flemingsberg to incorporate experience from installations and testing into our continued development. Who are you? You are a practical and confident installation leader who can bring people from different disciplines together, create structure and maintain focus on safety and delivery—even when conditions change. You are likely to have: • Experience leading installations, commissioning, service or major maintenance involving complex mechanical or electromechanical equipment. Classified by Alfa Laval as: Business • Experience from commercial vessels and shipyards, ideally involving bulk carriers, tankers or similar vessel types. • Experience from newbuild projects and working closely with shipyards in Asia is highly valuable. • A relevant engineering qualification within mechanical, marine, electrical or a related technical field. This could be a vocational, college or bachelor-level qualification, or equivalent experience. • A strong understanding of safe working practices in shipyard, industrial or onboard environments. • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors and external stakeholders. • The ability to produce clear and practical technical documentation, including SOPs and installation manuals. • Professional proficiency in English and the willingness to travel internationally and work onboard vessels. You are safety-conscious, structured and calm under pressure. You communicate clearly across technical disciplines and cultures and are comfortable moving between planning, documentation and hands-on execution. Location and travel We are open to discussing the location for the right candidate, although proximity to either Flemingsberg or Landskrona is preferred. Regular international travel and periods of work at shipyards and onboard vessels are an integral part of the role. What we offer At Oceanbird, you will help turn a bold vision into working technology at sea. You will see the direct result of your work as our wing sail technology moves from development and testing to installation onboard commercial vessels—and ultimately into operation at sea. This is an opportunity to shape not only how our first commercial installations are delivered, but how Oceanbird will install wing sails around the world in the future. Working alongside highly skilled and passionate colleagues, you will influence our installation methods, safety standards and ways of working—and contribute directly to making wind a powerful part of cleaner shipping. Join us in redefining the future of clean shipping. Apply today and be part of a journey that truly makes a difference! Cybersecurity Program Manager
One of Nordic Investin’s partner companies is looking for a Cybersecurity Program Manager, with Nordic Investin leading the recruitment process. You can turn a security strategy into funded, sequenced work without losing the risk logic that justified it. The partner is coordinating a multi year cybersecurity improvement programme across identity, infrastructure, applications and governance. You will align specialist workstreams, maintain executive visibility and ensure that delivered controls are adopted and operated effectively. Technology delivery is treated as organisational change with technical consequences. The partner expects one coherent view across architecture, security, data, suppliers, users and operations from initial scope through stable ownership. How you will work You will work across business owners, technical specialists, security, operations and external suppliers. The partner expects you to understand enough detail to test the plan, while keeping technical accountability with the appropriate experts. Ownership continues through cutover, stabilisation and handover. This is a leadership role with responsibility for direction, governance and the capability of others. You will create enough structure for teams to move independently while stepping into detail when risk or ambiguity demands it. The partner wants visible ownership without unnecessary hierarchy. What you will do Build the security programme roadmap and governance model. Coordinate technical, policy and organisational workstreams. Translate risk findings into prioritised investments. Manage dependencies, suppliers, budgets and steering decisions. Track control implementation and operational acceptance. Communicate residual risk and delivery choices to executives. What you will bring Senior programme management experience in cybersecurity or technology risk. Strong understanding of security domains and control implementation. Evidence of managing complex cross functional portfolios. Ability to communicate risk without exaggeration or dilution. Supplier, budget and executive governance experience. Professional English and clear decision writing. Experience that would add value NIS2, ISO 27001 or regulated security programmes. Identity or cloud security transformation. Security operations and incident readiness. A background that can succeed here You may be a technology programme manager with deep security exposure or a security leader who developed strong delivery discipline. The partner needs enough technical fluency to challenge dependencies while preserving clear accountability with the specialists. What makes the opportunity interesting You will shape an investment portfolio with direct consequences for resilience and trust. The role offers executive access, meaningful complexity and the chance to leave security capabilities that operate after the programme closes. The exact partner, employment model, compensation, start date and working arrangement will be explained openly during the process. Nordic Investin will make sure you understand the context, expectations and decision path before you are asked to commit significant time. The recruitment conversation During the process, Nordic Investin will focus on concrete decisions you have made: the context you received, the alternatives you considered, the result you observed and what you would change today. You do not need every optional credential if your core experience transfers and you can explain how you would close the gap. How to apply Apply with your CV or LinkedIn profile and a short note describing the most relevant organisation, service, project or financial process you have helped improve. Nordic Investin welcomes candidates with different routes into the profession and assesses applicants on relevant capability, judgement and potential.
ERP Implementation Project Manager

Coordinate process design, configuration and integration work. Drive data migration, testing and business readiness. Manage the implementation partner and contractual milestones. Lead cutover planning and hypercare preparation. Control scope, risk, budget and steering decisions. What you will bring Senior ERP project management experience. Senior Product Manager – AI-First to Objektvision
Objektvision is rebuilding its platform and is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape it. If you like turning ideas into working prototypes with tools like Claude Code, rather than writing long specification documents, this could be your next step. The role You own product outcomes for the new customer platform we're building for the property owners, managers, and brokers who use Objektvision every day: the tool they log into to list, manage, and rent out their space, faster and with better matches. You turn customer insight and strategy into a prioritized roadmap, manage stakeholders across markets (Sweden and Finland today, more on the way), and suggest what gets built and launched, always balancing local needs against one shared platform. Rather than writing long specification documents, you prototype directly in Claude Code (or similar) to communicate ideas and validate them with real users before anything gets built for real. You work in a small, autonomous squad alongside a product designer and a full-stack engineer, with a Data & AI Lead backing you up on data and models. About you · 6+ years in product management, with senior ownership of outcomes, not just delivery · AI-first mindset · Strong on prioritization and stakeholder management; comfortable being the one making the call · Data-literate; you make decisions from evidence · Thrive in a small, high-ownership team with minimal process, and like change more than order · Fluent in English; working/conversational Swedish required (team language is English, but daily life at the office is in Swedish) · Nice to have: multi-market/marketplace experience, real estate/proptech background, or having shipped AI-powered features (chat, agents, recommendations) About Objektvision Objektvision is Sweden's leading marketplace for commercial real estate, part of Finland's Alma Media. They're rebuilding their entire platform from the ground up, going AI-first and shared across markets. You'll be based centrally in Stockholm, in the office Tuesday to Thursday, with flexibility to work from home the rest of the week. The culture is close-knit and generous - shared lunches, regular offsites, and a wellness allowance, with occasional trips to the team in Finland. Application Applications are reviewed continuously, so apply as soon as possible. Objektvision is collaborating with Ants for this recruitment. Questions about the role? Reach out to Julia Lagerblad at Ants: julia.lagerblad@ants.se

Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager
Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager – Business-Led SAP S/4HANA ImplementationAbout the role We are looking for a senior project/programme manager to lead the next phase of a SAP S/4HANA implementation within a complex industrial operation. The core platform for finance and procurement is already in place – this phase is about designing and implementing the business processes and procedures that will support future industrial operations. This is a business-led implementation programme. You will design the business processes from the ground up and make sure they are effectively implemented in SAP and connected digital systems. The role is leadership-oriented and business-facing rather than purely technical – the emphasis is on driving process design, coordination and alignment, not on deep SAP specialist expertise. Scope The initial focus is the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process: Sales and order management Product costing Logistics and delivery Commercial processes Invoicing and settlement The role also covers related processes: Procurement Material handling and inventory transactions Production-related processes Quality and material movements Master data, integrations and interfaces with production-adjacent systems Responsibilities Lead the programme from planning and process design through implementation, testing, deployment and stabilisation. Coordinate business functions, process owners, subject matter experts, digital teams, architects, vendors and implementation partners. Lead workshops and drive alignment on new business processes and procedures. Ensure processes work seamlessly across operations, sales, logistics, procurement, finance and commercial functions. Manage scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, decisions, resources and milestones. Present progress, risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders and steering committees. Ensure data, integrations, testing, training, change management and operational readiness are addressed. Build alignment and adoption among business stakeholders and end users. Requirements (must-haves) More than 10 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership with the ability to make decisions and, above all, orchestrate experts, functions and stakeholders toward common goals. Experience leading complex ERP implementation programmes or large-scale business process transformation initiatives. Experience designing and implementing processes across multiple business functions. Experience with Order-to-Cash, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics or similar operational processes. A background in manufacturing, process industry, heavy industry, energy, chemicals, mining or another operationally complex environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders, business experts and end users. Proven change management capabilities that drive alignment and adoption. Experience managing implementation partners, risks, dependencies, testing activities and delivery governance. A solid understanding of enterprise IT: architecture, integration platforms, software development and testing. The ability to navigate ambiguity and establish structure in greenfield environments where processes and responsibilities are created for the first time. Willingness to spend significant time on-site in Northern Sweden as well as in Stockholm. Meritorious Experience with SAP S/4HANA (an advantage, but not essential). Experience from metals or steel production. Experience with end-to-end flows from supply chain and production through to customer fulfilment in complex industrial operations. This role is likely not a fit if you Have experience limited to PMO coordination or administrative project management. Have only managed a technical SAP workstream without owning business process design and implementation. Lack experience working across multiple business functions. Have no background in manufacturing, process industry or another operationally complex environment. Are not comfortable leading workshops and facilitating decisions with senior stakeholders. Are unwilling to spend significant time on-site in Northern Sweden. Location Northern Sweden and Stockholm. The role requires significant on-site presence during the assignment.
Divisional Program Lead to a High-Tech Company
Would you like to work in an international environment where you act as the link between a global Group and its subsidiaries? As a Divisional Program Lead, you will coordinate key initiatives, follow up on reporting, and contribute to developing ways of working across areas such as Quality, Sustainability, Compliance, and Risk Management. This is a role for someone who enjoys being the link between different parts of an organization, building relationships, and creating structure. About the role As a Divisional Program Lead, you will have a central and cross-functional role, acting as an important link between the parent company and its acquired subsidiaries around the world. You will work closely with the subsidiaries' management teams and operations to ensure that they understand and meet the Group's requirements, while contributing to greater structure, development, and value creation across both the subsidiaries and the Group. The role involves a broad network of stakeholders and a wide variety of topics. You will work with several companies of different sizes, levels of maturity, and needs. In some situations, your role will be to support an established company within existing processes; in others, you will help build structures and ways of working from the ground up. You will play an important part in ensuring that our acquired companies succeed as part of the Group, while maintaining their individual identities and business focus. Lead workshops and discussions with, for example, business managers, production managers, and finance functions to identify risks, costs, opportunities, and actions. Follow up on identified risks and ensure that clear actions, owners, and timelines are established. Contribute to the integration of newly acquired companies and adapt support and ways of working to the different needs and levels of maturity of each company. Act as a link between the subsidiaries and the Group's central functions, ensuring that the right questions are addressed by the right people. Continuously develop and improve structures, processes, and tools for reporting and follow-up. Support the subsidiaries in understanding how they should work with areas such as governance, compliance, risk management, and Group-wide ways of working as part of the Group. We are looking for This role is suited to someone with strong communication and relationship-building skills, who is self-driven and thrives in a role with many international stakeholders. You are comfortable working with people at different levels of an organization and are skilled at building trust, even when you need to challenge, follow up, or set expectations. You also have a strong ability to create structure – both for yourself and for others – and enjoy taking ownership in situations where not everything is clearly defined. In addition, you have: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in, for example, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, Engineering, or a related field. Several years (at least 3-5) of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing company. Experience working in a role with international stakeholders. It is a plus if you have: Knowledge of Swedish. An interest in AI and how new technological tools can be used to streamline and improve ways of working.
