Vårdcentralen Brösarp är en välfungerande, fullbemannad och stabil enhet med drygt 30 medarbetare där du som medarbetare får chansen att arbeta i ett öppet, tillåtande och prestigelöst arbetsklimat. Vi arbetar tvärprofessionellt och vi har respekt för varandras kompetens och förståelse för individuella behov och erfarenheter. Vår högsta prioritet är att erbjuda våra 6 750 listade patienter en bred, högkvalitativ och professionell vård genom trygghet och hög tillgänglighet. Vi befinner oss i hjärtat av Österlen med dess fantastiska omgivningar och goda pendlingsmöjligheter till Ystad, Simrishamn och Kristianstad. På enheten arbetar sex allmänspecialister, två ST-läkare, 1-2 AT-läkare, tio DSK/sjuksköterskor, undersköterskor och medicinska sekreterare. För ett par år sedan öppnade vi upp en paramedicinsk enhet med fysioterapi, samtalsterapi, arbetsterapi och dietistverksamhet. Om ett par år är planen att en helt nybyggd vårdcentral skall stå klar där vi jobbar alla under samma tak. Teamarbete, kvalitet, god arbetsmiljö och kompetensutveckling är viktiga faktorer på enheten. Vi strävar alltid efter att utvecklas och arbetar kontinuerligt med att förbättra vår verksamhet, där du som medarbetare har goda möjligheter att påverka. Vårdcentralen har läkarmottagning, distriktssköterskemottagning och äldrevårdsmottagning. Mottagningar inom diabetes, hjärtsvikt, astma/KOL, hypertonimottagning, minnesmottagning samt barnhälsovård (BVC) finns på enheten. Vi ansvarar även för två äldreboenden och har ett nära och välfungerande samarbete med den kommunala hemsjukvården. Till vårdcentralen hör även en filial i Kivik som vi bemannar med läkare, sjuksköterska och undersköterska vissa dagar i veckan. Vi samarbetar med kvälls- och helgsmottagningen i Ystad. 1 plats(er). ARBETSUPPGIFTER En av våra fantastiska allmänspecialister kommer att vara föräldraledig och därför söker vi nu en ny kollega, specialistläkare i allmänmedicin eller legitimerad läkare, som kan täcka upp under dennes frånvaro eller längre och bidra till vårt fantastiska team. För dig med specialistkompetens i allmänmedicin finns även möjlighet att arbeta vissa procent med BVC och SÄBO. Som läkare hos oss erbjuds du ett stimulerande arbete som täcker hela det allmänmedicinska området. I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår sedvanligt mottagningsarbete med planerade och akuta besök.
