Nu söker vi en erfaren Lösningsarkitekt inom Data & AI som vill vara med och forma både våra kunders och vår egen framtid. Din roll Du kommer att vara en nyckelperson i dialogen med våra kunder. I vissa uppdrag handlar det om att modernisera dataplattformar. I andra om att skapa rätt förutsättningar för AI-initiativ. Ofta handlar det om att hjälpa kunden att se helheten och omsätta affärsbehov till en långsiktig riktning. Du arbetar nära beslutsfattare, verksamhetsrepresentanter och tekniska team. Från första workshop till genomförd lösning. Exempel på vad du kommer att göra: Ta fram målbilder, roadmaps och arkitektur för data- och AI-initiativ. Hjälpa kunder att bygga moderna dataplattformar i Microsoft Azure och Microsoft Fabric. Vara rådgivare inom områden som Data Governance, informationsarkitektur och analytics. Identifiera nya möjligheter där data och AI kan skapa affärsnytta. Leda tekniska diskussioner och stötta utvecklingsteam i genomförandet. Bidra till affärsutveckling och stärka vår position som en ledande partner inom Data & AI. Delta i presale, workshops och kunddialoger där du hjälper kunder att hitta rätt väg framåt. Du kommer sällan att vara den som sitter längst ned i stacken och kodar hela dagarna. Däremot behöver du förstå tekniken på djupet för att kunna ta rätt beslut och guida både kunder och kollegor. Vem är du? Du har varit med ett tag. Kanske arbetar du idag som senior konsult, lösningsarkitekt, lead developer eller technical specialist inom Data & Analytics. Du känner att du vill använda din tekniska erfarenhet i ett bredare sammanhang där du får påverka mer än bara nästa leverans. Vi tror att du har erfarenhet av flera av följande områden: Microsoft Fabric Azure Data Platform Data Engineering och Data Warehousing Data Governance Analytics och beslutsstöd Power BI AI och moderna dataarkitekturer Det viktigaste är dock inte vilka produkter du arbetat med. Det viktiga är att du kan kombinera teknikförståelse med affärsförståelse. Du trivs i dialogen med kunder, vågar utmana invanda arbetssätt och kan förklara komplex teknik på ett sätt som skapar förtroende. Work tasks As a Marketing Technology Architectural Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading the technical foundations of marketing technology that turn customer experiences into measurable growth. You will lead the architecture and delivery of MarTech solutions (with a specific focus on Adobe or Salesforce) for clients across the Nordic region. You will own the end-to-end architectural process—from evaluating current-state maturity to designing target architectures and executing delivery roadmaps. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, translating complexity into clear business outcomes. Architecture & Strategy: Own the complete MarTech architecture (current-state assessment, target state design, and roadmap execution). Solution Design: Lead solution architecture for campaign orchestration, customer journeys/flows, segmentation, data models, and integrations. Delivery Leadership: Drive delivery quality through requirements gathering, planning, prioritization, risk management, and cross-team coordination. Technical Guidance: Provide advice on APIs, integrations, and data flows within the broader MarTech ecosystem. Mentoring: Guide and support specialists and engineers within the delivery team. We are looking for Has a strong background in marketing technology and experience leading architecture and delivery projects. You possess excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. Qualifications: Extensive experience within marketing technology (MarTech) or marketing operations (from an agency, consultancy, or in-house environment). Hands-on experience in technical architecture within either the Adobe or Salesforce ecosystem. Proven experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) to create a 360-degree customer view and build advanced segmentations. Strong understanding of commercial sales and marketing processes. Demonstrated track record in stakeholder management and delivery leadership. Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken. Desirable qualifications: Fluency in a Nordic language (a strong plus and may be required for specific client projects). Experience with advertising technology (AdTech) for activating and measuring digital campaigns. Experience implementing a composable CDP architecture. Knowledge of email deliverability, compliance, QA tools, and multi-channel campaign best practices. We act as a secure Platform-as-a-Service foundation, standardising solutions so that development teams can build on a stable, governed base, whether on-premises or in the cloud. What you'll do here as Kubernetes Specialist You'll shape how our Kubernetes platform is designed, run and improved, with networking as your particular area of expertise.
