Vår verksamhet Verksamhetsområde Tillstånd har som uppgift att verka för säkra och ändamålsenliga läkemedel genom tillståndsgivning, rådgivning och information. Verksamhetsområdet består av cirka 370 medarbetare och har en stab med 12 personer som leds av en enhetschef. Stabens uppgift är att bistå direktören med operativt stöd för verksamhetens styrning, koordinering och uppföljning. Du kommer till en grupp som har ett brett arbetsfält som omfattar både projekt- och förändringsledning, verksamhetsutveckling samt IT-utveckling. Arbetet genomförs i samarbete med personer med olika kompetenser i olika delar av organisationen. Dessutom innebär uppgifterna i vissa fall samarbete med andra nationella myndigheter och inom EU. Dina arbetsuppgifter I din roll kommer du att ha ett centralt ansvar för verksamhetsplanering, analys och uppföljning. Arbetet sker i hög grad i tvärfunktionella arbetsgrupper och innefattar bland annat: strukturering, kvalitetssäkring och analys av verksamhetsdata utveckling och uppföljning av nyckeltal (KPI:er) för att mäta verksamhetens resultat, effektivitet och utveckling framtagande av statistik och beslutsunderlag till direktör och verksamhetsområdets ledning identifiering av trender, mönster och avvikelser för att synliggöra utvecklingsbehov utveckling av metoder och arbetssätt för en stärkt datadriven uppföljning aktivt deltagande i myndighetens arbete med årsredovisning och verksamhetsplanering samverkan med verksamhetscontrollers och andra relevanta funktioner för att skapa en enhetlig bild av verksamhetens resultat och utveckling medverkan i föredragningar, utbildningsinsatser och hantering av regeringsuppdrag vid behov Din bakgrund Vi söker dig som har en högskoleexamen inom ett relevant område såsom naturvetenskap eller ekonomi. Du har dokumenterad erfarenhet av intern planering, analys och uppföljning av verksamheter inom Life Science. Du är van vid att driva och koordinera komplexa uppdrag från start till mål och har en god förmåga att snabbt sätta dig in i nya frågor och arbetsområden. Det är meriterande om du har kunskap om den regulatoriska läkemedelsutvecklingsprocessen i Sverige och Europa, erfarenhet av arbete inom myndighetsutövning och erfarenhet av att ge strategiskt stöd till ledningsgrupper. The role can be located in either Uppsala or Stockholm. About the job You will be joining our BI team in creating and maintaining data pipelines and relevant business intelligence applications. The latter are presently created in Qlik Sense and Looker. Work is also underway to evolve our tech stack by implementing dbt and a new data platform. You will play a vital role in this journey, taking a major part in shaping how our BI team evolves its ways of working. Your role will require both a deep understanding of the business needs and the skill set to acquire, handle and analyse the relevant data. You will have a close direct connection and collaboration with other groups and departments acting as stakeholders for the applications you develop. Our BI team is split across the offices in Uppsala, Stockholm, Göteborg, Mumbai and Athens, and caters to the whole organisation. In total we are nineteen developers and our processes and technical setup are mature, but constantly adapting to the business and the technical landscape. The data you will be using is mostly structured in databases maintained by the IT-department and we use several different database technologies. Less structured data will also occur frequently. More formally, you have: a university degree in a quantitative field (economics, statistics, engineering or similar) either or both: extensive professional experience of development in some Business Intelligence tools (e.g., QlikView, Qlik Sense, Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and/or experience with analytics engineering, writing pipelines for analytical data in a data warehouse technology. Qualifications / Personal Characteristics Must Have Proven track record of rolling out internal tools/platforms (access, onboarding waves, support). Daily power user of LLMs with experience building prompts, projects, Gems, skills, or workflows. Experience designing and delivering non-technical training and clear documentation. Solid technical understanding of LLMs, agents, tool use, and retrieval mechanisms. Ability to define adoption metrics and present structured business cases to senior leadership, Legal, and Tech partners.
