A bridge-builder, fostering crucial collaboration between Product, Tech, Commercial, and Marketing teams. A catalyst in tech sales, ensuring our products cut through the digital noise and establish an authentic signal in the market. This is a unique opportunity to take our existing Go-To-Market GTM processes and make them your own. To help support our growth into Asset Tracking, new domains and AI, you will play a critical role in commercialising new product updates and domains to ensure that ABAX stands out with an authentic and expert-led voice. What You’ll Work On As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our product lifecycle, ensuring our innovations reach and resonate with our target markets. Your responsibilities will include: Strategic GTM Leadership: Lead and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new products, features, and solution offerings, ensuring successful launches and market penetration together with the marketing team. Masterful Messaging & Positioning: Develop market-leading positioning and differentiated messaging that translates complex technical features into clear, compelling, and customer-centric value propositions across our product portfolio. Sales & Commercial Enablement: Create powerful sales enablement tools, impactful marketing content, and compelling collateral that equip our field sales and commercial teams for maximum effectiveness. Customer & Market Advocacy: Act as the voice of the market within ABAX, conducting in-depth primary and secondary research on customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities (including telematics, fleet management, and cloud providers) to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities. You'll understand and leverage competitor weaknesses. Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication, alignment, and evangelism across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams, bridging critical gaps to ensure shared understanding and success. Thought Leadership & Evangelism: Contribute to and execute expert-led thought leadership initiatives, evangelizing ABAX products to analysts, prospects, and customers through meetings, webinars, conferences, and trade shows. Performance Insight: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to track product adoption and usage growth, evaluating the impact of PMM efforts on market performance and identifying areas for optimization. What We're Looking For 5+ years of progressive Product Marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on G2M for SaaS / B2B / telematics or Fleet Management / Asset Tracking market, and direct collaboration with field sales & marketing teams. Proven experience in a B2B SaaS or tech environment; exposure to telematics, IoT, or asset tracking industries is a significant advantage. A strategic, analytical thinker with a pragmatic mindset and a strong customer-centric approach. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. A natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional team settings and can build strong relationships. You are well-organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at prioritizing tasks. Fluent in English and Swedish (additional languages, especially Nordic languages, are a plus but not a requirement). Based in Sweden, preferably in the Stockholm area. As Product Manager (PM) at BioLamina, you will drive development of products to market and manage as well as key in-market products. You will translate deep product and customer insight into positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution that helps the scientific community understand and adopt our products. You will sit at the intersection Research and Development and Commercial with an emphasis towards marketing. The PM will work to understand product strategy, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, and with the Marketing Manager and team to turn that understanding into compelling campaigns, content, and launch plans. Your ability to speak fluently to both the science behind our products and the needs of the customers who use them will be central to the role. The PM is expected to have technical and scientific depth and being able to effectively translate and communicate that to internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Develop and own positioning and messaging for BioLamina products, translating technical and scientific detail into clear value propositions for researchers, cell therapy developers, and other stakeholders. • Plan and drive go-to-market and launch activities for new products and product updates, coordinating between Product Management, Marketing, and Sales. • Gather and structure customer and market feedback, identifying product gaps and opportunities that inform both product strategy and marketing plans. • Monitor competitors, market trends, and new solutions, translating findings into positioning updates, battlecards, and sales enablement materials. • Partner with Marketing to create and help manage content for various marketing channels, including the company website, social media, email campaigns, and promotional and support materials that support both brand awareness and product-specific campaigns. • Track and report on the performance of product marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine positioning, campaigns, and launch plans. Qualifications & Requirements • Master's degree and/or PhD in Life Sciences, Cell Biology, or a related scientific field. • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or product management within biotech, life science, or another technical/scientific industry. • Proven track record of translating technical or scientific content into effective marketing materials and campaigns. • Experience supporting or driving product launches and go-to-market plans. • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a strong plus. • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Sales, BD and R&D. About You You are a strong communicator who is equally excited and comfortable digging into scientific detail and crafting a compelling customer-facing story. You are a creative, results-driven thinker who enjoys working at the intersection of several functions and consider yourself an excellent relationship builder with a knack for leading through influence. You bring real technical depth in cell biology or a related life science, enough to engage credibly with researchers independently and hold your own on the science without technical assistance to lean on.
