Hos oss får du ett utmanande och betydelsefullt arbete där du tillsammans med kunniga och engagerade kollegor bidrar till kontinuitet, operativ incident- och krishantering, beredskap, samt vidareutveckling av samhällsviktig infrastruktur med en mycket stor möjlighet till kompetensutveckling.   DET HÄR GÖR DU HOS OSS Som risk- och kontinuitetsansvarig på RIX har du en central roll i att Riksbanken ska kunna upprätthålla sin samhällsviktiga verksamhet i alla lägen. Arbetet inom betalningsområdet handlar övergripande om kontinuitetsarbete, operativ incident- och krishantering, samt att analysera risker och sårbarheter för att identifiera och genomföra åtgärder som krävs för att stärka motståndskraften. Eftersom RIX är ett system med avgörande betydelse för den svenska betalningsinfrastrukturen är systemets tillgänglighet mycket viktig. Du ansvarar för att tillsammans med dina kollegor leda och driva verksamhetens arbete inom kontinuitetsområdet, det innebär att du:    Leder och koordinerar det arbete som krävs för en stabil incidentorganisation Planerar och leder interna och externa scenarioövningar Utbildar och deltar i olika forum internt såväl som externt där kommunikationen i huvudsak sker på engelska Bidrar till arbetet med Riksbankens beredskap Utvecklar kontinuitetsplan utifrån verksamhetens behov Deltar i olika utredningar och projekt inom banken där du bidrar med din kompetens   Utmaningar framåt är att tillsammans med kollegorna säkerställa att RIX-systemet och verksamheten anpassas efter verksamhetens och omvärldens krav. Den kommande övergången till Eurosystemets T2- och T2S-plattformar innebär en unik möjlighet att vara med och forma framtidens betalningsinfrastruktur. Förändringen kommer att bidra till nya arbetsuppgifter, utvecklade arbetssätt och ett utökat samarbete med både nationella och internationella aktörer. I tjänsten ingår också schemalagd incidentberedskap. Att delta i incidentorganisationen innefattar beredskap 24/7 enligt rullande schema.   DITT TEAM Avdelningen för betalningar har uppdraget att tillhandahålla ett betalningssystem för avveckling av betalningar i Sverige, att försörja landet med sedlar och mynt samt arbete med betalningsanalys och innovation. RIX verksamhet är fördelad över tre enheter, enheten för RIX Operations, enheten för RIX Förvaltning och enheten för RIX Affärsutveckling, samtliga ingår i avdelningen för betalningar. Du kommer att arbeta på enheten för RIX Operations. Här kan du läsa mer om Riksbankens organisation.    MER OM DIG Vi söker dig som har för tjänsten relevant universitetsutbildning, t.ex. inom ekonomi, systemvetenskap, statsvetenskap med inriktning på krisberedskap eller närliggande områden, alternativt arbetslivserfarenhet som bedöms likvärdig. Du har erfarenhet inom t.ex. kontinuitetsarbete eller arbete i verksamhet som innefattar operativ incidenthantering eller krishantering och krisberedskap. Det är meriterande om du har arbetslivserfarenhet inom området betalningar och god förståelse för hur betalningssystemet i Sverige är uppbyggt. Det är också meriterande om du har erfarenhet inom beredskap, arbete på myndighet samt kunskaper om RIX-systemet eller andra samhällskritiska system.   Det är för rollen särskilt viktigt att du har erfarenhet av att leda och samverka med andra med goda resultat. Du har förmågan att kunna ta till dig komplexa frågor på ett naturligt och enkelt sätt och anpassar din kommunikation beroende på mottagare.   Du är en stabil och mogen person med gott omdöme som drivs med att leverera med hög kvalitet. Du arbetar strukturerat och är skicklig på att presentera och kommunicera ditt budskap. Du är initiativtagande, flexibel och kan lätt anpassa dig till nya omständigheter och ser möjligheter i förändringar. Du är bra på att självständigt driva dina uppgifter framåt, både enskilt och tillsammans med andra. Vidare har du en problemlösande analysförmåga och är bra på att samarbeta och stimuleras av samverkan med andra. Du har god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift på både svenska och engelska. What is needed in this role: • A degree in a quantitative field e.g. computer science, data science, data engineering, statistics, mathematics, or economics. • Experience in data assembling and analysis of large datasets. • Experience in SQL, querying and manipulating large databases. • Experience in rule-based and machine learning models (both supervised and unsupervised learning), including relevant programming skills in Python. • Experience from working with Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Decision trees, Random Forest, and Isolation Forest. • Experience from working in Microsoft Azure. • Familiarity with the retail banking industry, products and services offered, its compliance and operational risks, and preferably model risk management for AML/CTF/FS models. • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to a non-technical audience, and to clearly articulate and defend validation findings, methodologies in discussions with stakeholders and senior management. • Excellent collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork and good team spirit. • Strong self-leadership, including the ability to drive and complete tasks independently and deliver to tight timelines. • Proactive, engaged, and motivated to continuously learn and deepen your expertise in model risk management and model validation. • Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English. • Ready to enjoy working in an international environment with colleagues based in multiple locations.
