We are looking for a Product Deployment Engineer – Search to join the Google App team. The ideal candidate has experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist and will work closely with the team on search-related products and performance. This is a consultancy assignment starting as soon as possible, with an initial duration of up to 12 months. As a Product Deployment Engineer, you manage external clients and/or consult internal teams to exercise your comprehensive knowledge of translating commercial business models/needs into technical solutions. You own and manage relationships with technical and non-technical manager+ level internal and external users/clients/partners/stakeholders and deliver excellent customer care to achieve project goals. You manage project outcomes and are a key contributor, creating custom solutions, repeatable solution development, customer requirement gathering and mapping, and solution strategy, scoping, and development. You possess core technical skills and comprehensive knowledge of troubleshooting, systems design, integration, and our technologies and processes, using it to act as an industry specialist in your technical domain. Responsibilities include: Provide feedback on product requirement documents (PRDs) and design documents; may author or actively drive PRDs, particularly around the developer experience. Review product requirement documents (PRDs) to record product specifications, and validate PRDs to ensure customer/partner and internal needs are met. Scale existing or create repeatable solutions (e.g., best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and ensure effective documentation of repeatable solutions. Drive solution code development in collaboration with internal or external developers/users/partners/clients/stakeholders (as needed). Test products/solutions for customers/partners before release through different phases (e.g., internal testing, user acceptance testing). Contribute to resolving bugs and refining product/solutions through feedback collection and iteration. Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders in customer and/or partner organizations to deliver or manage quality technical solutions and services. Define long-term technical solution strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams and influence the direction and priority of technical product features and/or the solution. Define and identify problems at the system level or from a broader perspective and design a workable solution. Moderate understanding of how factors or components in a system interrelate. Contribute to defining the appropriate components at scale, application programming interfaces (APIs), and data for a given system to meet specific requirements of the user and the ability to validate the system correctness and functionality. Leverage, customize, or develop solutions based on defined customer/partner business objectives and technical requirements. Drive discussions with internal teams and users/clients/partners/stakeholders to define solution constraints and scope. Help identify the value of solutions through design sessions with the customer/partner. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in their respective process lifecycle to provide technical guidance or identify possible existing or new technical solution offerings to help shape outcomes. Contribute to indirectly engaging customers and internal teams as part of the process lifecycle. Troubleshoot complex technical issues throughout solution delivery and deployment by generating and analyzing relevant data, proposing fixes, and validating solutions. Skills Required As a Product Deployment Engineer (Search), you will serve as a strategic technical authority driving customer adoption, performance, and speed to market for Google’s largest advertisers across diverse industry verticals. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, navigating complex ad tech architectures to design, deploy, and scale advanced Google Search and AI-driven advertising solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and deep technical execution. Working closely with cross-functional sales and product teams, you will deploy cutting-edge Search features—including AI Max for Search, Smart Bidding, advanced data integrations, and feed solutions—ensuring our partners achieve sustainable business growth. Företaget har byggt upp en mycket stabil datagrund med hög datakvalitet i verktyg som Power BI. Strukturen på siffrorna finns redan på plats, vilket gör att du direkt kan fokusera din tid på det värdeskapande och kommersiella analysarbetet gentemot affären. I rollen som Commercial Analyst fungerar du som bryggan mellan kommersiella data och ledningens beslutsfattande. Du kommer inte enbart att följa upp tidigare utfall, utan räkna om marknads- och kampanjplaner till finansiellt värde, göra marginalberäkningar samt ta fram rullande estimat och prognoser. Du ingår i ett flexibelt team med högt i tak och samarbetar nära ledningsgruppen, sortiment, marknad och övriga kommersiella intressenter över hela den nordiska marknaden (Sverige, Norge och Finland). Delta aktivt i rullande estimat och forecast-arbete gentemot ledningsgruppen. Ta fram business cases, ROI-kalkyleringar och marginalberäkningar vid avvikelser mot budget. Vidareutveckla och implementera AI-drivna arbetssätt och automatiseringar (t.ex. via ChatGPT). Bygga prototyper samt strukturera data, kunskap och processer för att minska manuellt rutinarbete. Förse verksamheten med strategiska beslutsunderlag och kommersiella rekommendationer. Vi söker dig som Har 2–5 års erfarenhet från en analytisk roll inom exempelvis kommersiell analys, controlling (t.ex. business controller eller commercial controller), BI eller management consulting. Har stark analytisk förmåga och god erfarenhet av att göra kvalificerade antaganden samt räkna på ROI och marginaler. Besitter god affärsförståelse och ett stort intresse för AI, automatisering och nya tekniska arbetssätt.
