Arbetsuppgifter Produkter och kunder kommer att skilja sig åt och du kommer att bygga nya spännande lösningar. Du kommer arbeta med kablagekonstruktion i produktutvecklingsprojekt inom fordons- och försvars-branschen men även möjlighet till uppdrag i andra branscher. Konstruktionen utgörs av både installation ihop med produktägarskap, ofta i en CAD miljö, samt på system-nivå där du ansvarar för system-arkitektur från topologi till elschema. Du ansvarar för att analysera och bryta ner tekniska problem för att hitta de bästa lösningarna tillsammans med ditt team. Du tar ansvar i projekt genom att dela din kunskap, samtidigt som du självständigt tar ansvar för ditt eget arbete. Du arbetar med kontinuerlig integration och leverans som centrala delar i din roll. Du ansvarar för att välja komponenter och genomföra granskningar och dokumentation inför arkivering. Kvalifikationer Vi söker kablagekonstruktörer som har erfarenhet från fordons- eller försvarsindustrin och trivs med att brottas med knepiga tekniska utmaningar. Du tycker om att tillsammans med teamet bryta ner dessa utmaningar för att nå den bästa lösningen. Du är en person som tycker om att dela med dig av dina kunskaper samtidigt som du självständigt kan driva ditt eget arbete framåt. Utöver dina personliga egenskaper behöver du ha följande: En eftergymnasial utbildning mot teknik: Maskinteknik, Produktutveckling, Mekatronik, YH utbildning (kompletterat med några års erfarenhet inom området). Minst ett par års erfarenhet inom kablagekonstruktion från fordons- eller försvarsindustrin, antingen inom 3D-installation eller som systemarkitekt. Erfarenheter från båda områdena i kombination är högt meriterande. Mycket goda kunskaper av CAD-modellering inom kablagekonstruktion genom verktygen Creo eller Catia. Mycket goda kunskaper inom el-arkitektur och erfarenhet av Saber Harness, Capital Logic, Visio eller liknande. God kännedom om att jobba i projekt. God kommunikativ förmåga. Du kommunicerar flytande på svenska och engelska. Meriterande God erfarenhet av verktygen Teamcenter, PDMLink, Windchill, Enovia, KOLA, KDP, OAS, Aras, eller liknande är meriterande. Kunskaper inom miljöstiftning (RoHS, REACH, WEEE). I samband med rekryteringsprocessen kan säkerhetsprövning komma att genomföras. Build the hardware, own the platform At Frost Unmanned, you will be the engineer who turns our fixed-wing UAV from a design into a rugged, field-ready product. You will own the mechanical side of the platform: the structure, the component layout, the integration, and how it performs and holds up in real operations. You will have real influence over design decisions from day one. Frost Unmanned develops sovereign unmanned systems for defense and government customers: high-speed fixed-wing strike UAVs and unmanned surface vessels for maritime and coastal operations. We are a small team in Stora Höga, Stenungsund, moving from development into serial delivery. What you will do Lead CAD design of airframe structures, mechanical assemblies, and component layouts Set the aerodynamic and structural requirements for the platform, and work with our external simulation partners to verify their results Turn simulation data into design decisions on strength, weight, performance, and manufacturability Select, source, and integrate components and subsystems such as propulsion, fuel systems, and payloads.
