Rensa sökfilterAnalytics Engineer
Nordic Investin is recruiting an Analytics Engineer on behalf of one of our partner companies. You enjoy turning messy source data into definitions that people can trust in a dashboard, experiment or board meeting. The partner wants to strengthen the semantic layer between operational systems and business decisions. You will model data, define metrics and work closely with analysts and domain experts to make reporting consistent. The partner wants data and AI work that can be operated, explained and improved after launch. Provenance, quality, access and evaluation belong in the solution from the beginning. How you will work You will work with engineers, analysts and domain specialists who look at the same information from different angles. The partner expects assumptions, datasets and evaluation methods to be visible. Solutions should be designed for repeatable delivery, monitored use and responsible change after deployment. You will receive meaningful ownership while working with senior colleagues on the most consequential decisions. The partner expects you to deliver independently within a clear area, ask for context early and contribute ideas grounded in what you observe. There is room to deepen your specialism or broaden toward adjacent responsibilities. What you will do Develop transformation models using SQL and dbt. Create reusable metric definitions and dimensional models. Test freshness, completeness and business logic. Document lineage and make assumptions visible. Review dashboard queries and improve performance. Partner with stakeholders to resolve conflicting definitions. What you will bring Strong SQL and experience transforming analytical data. Knowledge of dimensional modelling and warehouse concepts. Experience with dbt or a comparable transformation workflow. Ability to translate business questions into precise data logic. Comfort with Git, testing and code review. Professional English and patient stakeholder communication. Experience that would add value Looker, Power BI, Tableau or another BI platform. Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks or Redshift. Experience in finance, product analytics or operations. A background that can succeed here You may be a data analyst who moved closer to engineering or a data engineer who enjoys the business meaning of the model. The partner values careful definitions as much as technical elegance. What makes the opportunity interesting You will improve the numbers people use to run the business. The role offers close contact with decision makers, modern analytics tooling and a clear route toward senior analytics engineering or data product ownership. The exact partner, employment model, compensation, start date and working arrangement will be explained openly during the process. Nordic Investin will make sure you understand the context, expectations and decision path before you are asked to commit significant time. The recruitment conversation During the process, Nordic Investin will focus on concrete decisions you have made: the context you received, the alternatives you considered, the result you observed and what you would change today. You do not need every optional technology if your core experience transfers and you can explain how you would close the gap. How to apply Apply with your CV or LinkedIn profile and a short note describing the most relevant system, product or transformation you have helped deliver. Nordic Investin welcomes candidates with different routes into technology and assesses applicants on relevant capability, judgement and potential.
Marketing Manager
About Fuels Capital Fuels Capital is a Nordic private credit firm providing structured, asset-backed financing to entrepreneurs and privately held companies across Northern and Western Europe. We focus on fundamentally sound businesses, unlocking liquidity from illiquid asset bases and ownership structures to enable acquisitions, growth, and shareholder liquidity, always with a strong emphasis on downside protection. Our strategy centres on senior secured and secured subordinated lending, typically backed by real estate, financial assets, or other hard collateral. We invest across two segments: (1) Growth, entrepreneurial capital for SMEs; and (2) Corporate, structured lending within the lower mid-market, with ticket sizes of EUR 5-25 million. Founded in 2025, Fuels is already profitable and on a strong growth trajectory. Joining us means being part of an ambitious, entrepreneurial team building a distinctive European credit platform. The Role We're looking for a Marketing Manager who builds authority, not just awareness. You'll work directly with leadership, set the strategy yourself and own a lot of the output, supported by a freelance bench but not waiting for one. The goal is to make Fuels Capital the name that entrepreneurs, investors and their advisors think of first when capital is tied up in the wrong place at the wrong time. What you'll own Earned media & PR Execute PR activities that generate earned media across European fintech, finance, and national business press. Orchestrate local PR agencies across all markets. Build and manage media relationships, pitch stories, coordinate interviews, and secure speaking opportunities and partnerships. Leadership personal brand Own the leadership team's personal brands by managing LinkedIn, thought leadership, podcasts, conferences, awards, and public appearances. Events & partnerships Plan and deliver customer events, executive dinners, webinars, conferences, and partner events -- from idea to execution. Content & proof Produce LinkedIn content, newsletters, press releases, customer stories, and case studies that strengthen the company's market position. Turn customer wins into compelling stories with measurable business outcomes and named references. Proprietary research Build and own an annual report or data product on the European asset-based financing landscape that earns press and positions Fuels as the credible voice in the category. Paid media & campaigns Lead the planning and coordination of paid media, digital advertising, and campaign execution in collaboration with the 0TO9 Marketing Team. Performance & reporting Measure and report on PR impact, event performance, content engagement, and pipeline contribution. Who you are You've done this before, not just the strategy, but the actual work. You've placed stories, written content that landed, built executive profiles, and run events that opened doors. You know how to work with agencies and freelancers without losing quality, and you connect what you do to pipeline, not just impressions. You're the kind of person who'd rather ship the thing than wait for perfect conditions. Must-haves Solid B2B marketing and communications background, from a high-growth company or agency. Hands-on experience in PR, content, events and founder branding, not just one of them. A strong writer who can turn complex topics into stories people actually read. Commercially minded and self-driven, with low ego and high standards. Nice to have Fluency in the world of entrepreneurs, investors and private credit. Experience running a proprietary research or data product. Multi-market European experience and additional languages. Why Fuels Capital? Shape the marketing function from the ground up, in a category with very little noise and a lot of real need. No layers, no bureaucracy, your calls actually matter. Work closely with a team that has genuine transaction experience and deep credibility in the market. Part of the 0TO9 ecosystem with the backing and reach to grow across Europe.
