Thesis project: Simulation of hydraulic hose rupture valves

Mjölby·Mjukvaruutvecklare

Are you interested in hydraulic simulations at Toyota Material Handling Europe?Your assignment will be to model safety components on forklift trucks in order to minimize testing. In your Master Thesis at Toyota, you will work on: Build a simulation model of a hose rupture valve in an appropriate simulation program. Build a simulation model of a mast in the appropriate simulation program, where the load and mast height can be varied. Validate the model using lab measurements. Background: All today's trucks have a hose rupture valve to prevent the load from falling uncontrollably in the event of a hose rupture. This is a component that must work in all trucks due to safety. Today, these are dimensioned with simple calculations and verification tests. Several iterations of the calculation and testing are performed to ensure good function. The goal with the thesis is to get a good simulation model that can help with dimensioning of new hose rupture valves and finding the worst case for verification tests. The tolerance of the valve should also be taken into account in the simulation. You will diagnose organisational friction, facilitate difficult design choices and help leaders translate a desired operating model into behaviours, governance and capability. The people function is expected to combine a strong employee experience with reliable judgement, usable processes and respect for sensitive information. While 🦕 other companies are releasing convoluted systems with broken features and frustrating interfaces, we are investing our hearts and souls into making sure that Zynca is taking care of everything for you, through smart automations and a world-class user experience that 🌟 simplifies every aspect of your work. In Q3 2026 Zynca will significantly scale up customer acquisition. To prepare for this, we're looking for the next person to take ownership of a core part of the company. 🚀 Customer Success Manager As our first dedicated Customer Success Manager, you will own the full customer relationship after the sale: onboarding, support, adoption, feedback, renewals and making sure customers get real value from Zynca. This is not a support-only role. It is a company-building role for someone who wants to define how Zynca takes care of customers as we scale. 🎯 The right fit We believe that the right fit for this role has worked close to customers before, probably in SaaS, digital products, recruitment, staffing, HR tech or another service-heavy environment where relationships, speed and trust matter. You understand how to onboard customers, solve problems, explain product value and turn daily customer conversations into useful input for product and sales. You are structured enough to own the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, but hands-on enough to jump into support, write materials and presentations, host meetings, follow up on issues, write clear customer communication and make sure nothing falls between the cracks. You like being close to the customer, and you care about whether the product actually makes their work easier. 💡 About the role What you'll be doing: Own the customer experience after a contract is signed Onboard new customers and make sure they get started properly Act as the first point of contact for customer questions and support Follow up on usage, adoption and customer satisfaction Help customers get more value from Zynca over time Own renewals and reduce the risk of churn Collect customer feedback and turn it into clear input for product, sales and leadership Build the routines, processes and communication needed before we scale customer acquisition 🥳 Company culture You will join a senior, hands-on company where people are expected to think, challenge, take responsibility and move things forward without waiting for permission. We work closely across product, sales and customer work. Feedback is direct, decisions are made quickly, and everyone is expected to care about the full customer experience, not just their own area. Because this is our first dedicated Customer Success role, you will have a real opportunity to shape how Zynca works. 🎉 Interested? Does this sound like the right role for you? If so, don't hesitate to apply! We'd love to hear from you! Öppen för alla Vi fokuserar på din kompetens, inte dina övriga förutsättningar. Software Developer to Qurant – Join our growing health tech team

Stockholm·Systemutvecklare/Programmerare

About us Qurant is on a mission to make employee health more proactive, measurable and sustainable. Through our health platform and close collaboration with HR and leadership teams, we help organisations spot early signs of ill health and build healthier workplaces. You will work across our product: a Laravel-based web portal used by Swedish employers to manage employee absence and health, as well as a new mobile app currently in development. We are a small team, which means no rigid “web person” or “mobile person” roles. We collaborate, learn from each other and pitch in where the product needs us. As we work with sensitive personal data, quality, security and good engineering practices matter a lot to us. What you’ll do Develop and maintain features across our web portal and mobile app Work hands-on with PHP, Laravel, relational databases and integrations Improve application and database performance, including queries and indexing Navigate technical debt, legacy patterns and ongoing improvements with pragmatism Collaborate on code reviews, technical decisions and product development Work with Docker, CI/CD and cloud deployments Learn new technologies and contribute wherever the team needs you We think you’ll thrive here if you have 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production software Strong experience with a server-rendered web framework, such as Laravel, Symfony, Rails, Django or ASP.NET Core A genuine interest in working with PHP and Laravel day to day Solid relational database skills, including query optimisation and performance troubleshooting Experience working in existing codebases—not just greenfield projects Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD and a major cloud platform such as Azure, AWS or GCP A collaborative mindset and the confidence to pick up unfamiliar technologies Professional fluency in English; Swedish is a strong advantage Nice to have Experience with any of the following is a bonus: Flutter, React Native or native mobile development GDPR or sensitive personal data in healthcare, finance or another regulated setting Multi-tenant SaaS products AI coding assistants and agentic workflows Livewire, Alpine.js, Blade, Vue, React, TypeScript, Terraform, Kubernetes or PostgreSQL For the technically curious (and the proud tech nerds), here’s our stack: Laravel / PHP, Livewire 3, Alpine.js, Blade, Bootstrap 5 / SCSS, MySQL / MariaDB, Redis, Docker, GitHub Actions and Azure Container Apps with Bicep. Our mobile app is built in Flutter. We also work with OAuth, webhooks, SFTP-based file flows and integrations such as Försäkringskassan. Some parts of the frontend still use jQuery—because real-life codebases are rarely built in a day. What we offer A meaningful role in a growing health-tech company A collaborative team with plenty of room to influence both product and technology The chance to work across web, mobile, cloud and integrations Central Stockholm offices on Drottninggatan, with hybrid work options How to apply Want to help us build healthier workplaces across Sweden?
