At Icomera, we build technology that keeps people connected while they’re on the move. Every day, our solutions deliver fast, reliable internet and digital services on trains, trams, buses, and coaches - supporting millions of passengers across the world. Quality is how Icomera earns customer trust, and this role helps make it consistent across our products, services and ways of working. As rail helps make transport more sustainable, this role ensures Icomera advances that ambition while reducing the environmental impact of its own products and operations. Are you an experienced quality and sustainability leader who wants to shape how a global technology company works? As our Head of Quality & Sustainability Management, you will have the opportunity to modernize our management systems, develop a capable international team and amplify digital tools, automation and responsible AI to make quality and process management more effective and valuable across the organization About the Role As Head of Quality & Sustainability Management, you will lead and develop Icomera’s Process, Quality & Environmental function. You will also coordinate our broader sustainability agenda, bringing together environmental activities, data, KPIs and reporting with sustainability work led by relevant specialists across the organization. This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role. You will lead an international team of three direct reports and collaborate closely with senior leadership and colleagues in Sustainability, Finance, HR and IT, as well as stakeholders across Equans. You will influence without relying solely on formal authority, turn complex requirements into practical ways of working and help colleagues understand the business value of structured quality and process management. A key part of your mission will be to support Icomera’s ongoing transformation from predominantly manual process management towards modern, data-driven and AI-enabled ways of working. You will explore and implement effective tools for document, deviation and process management while ensuring that automation and AI are used responsibly, transparently and in line with relevant quality, risk, information security and compliance requirements. Key responsibilities Lead, support and develop the Quality & Environment team, setting clear objectives and creating an inclusive environment that encourages collaboration, learning and ownership. Own and continuously improve Icomera’s Quality and Environmental management systems, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance, audits, management reviews, corrective actions and risk management. Define and implement quality, environmental and process-management strategies that support customer satisfaction, operational performance, compliance and sustainable business development. Establish clear KPIs, targets and action plans for quality, environmental and process performance, assign ownership, monitor progress and provide regular, data-driven reporting to senior management. Experience coordinating sustainability reporting, environmental data, KPIs or management reporting. Experience introducing digital process-management tools, automation or AI-enabled solutions. Swedish language skills. Who You Are You are a structured and forward-looking leader who combines strategic thinking with a willingness to engage in practical implementation. You understand that effective quality and environmental management depends on people, collaboration and clear communication as much as it depends on frameworks and standards. You communicate complex topics in an accessible way, build credibility with stakeholders at different levels and can create momentum even when priorities or responsibilities are not immediately clear. You are comfortable working across organisational boundaries, balancing different perspectives and making well-reasoned decisions in a changing environment. You create clarity without adding unnecessary bureaucracy. With curiosity about technology and modern ways of working, you can identify where data, digital tools, automation and responsible AI can simplify processes and generate measurable value. You also recognise the importance of governance, transparency and sound risk management when introducing new technology. As a people leader, you listen, coach and empower.
