Lead, shape and grow the business We’re looking for a Business & Operations Lead to join Censhine. Censhine is a technology company within the Centiro Group, building for complex, business-critical work. We develop connected systems shaped around how organizations operate, with AI deeply integrated into the technology and human judgement firmly in the lead. Our first major implementation has been developed in close partnership with audit, law and advisory firm Cedra. The impact you’ll make As Business & Operations Lead, you are responsible for driving the operational and commercial development of the business. You work closely with customers, leadership and internal teams to ensure we achieve our goals, deliver customer value and scale efficiently. Key responsibilities include: You build a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, challenges and long-term ambitions, translating these into clear direction and opportunities for growth. You maintain strong, trust-based relationships and proactively identify where we can create additional value, strengthen collaboration and support our customers’ strategic development. You have a sharp eye for opportunities, risks and needs, you help the organization evolve and grow. You create clarity around goals, responsibilities as well as outcomes in line with the company's ethos, culture and ways of working.
