Vill du göra ditt examensarbete tillsammans med Toyota Material Handling Europe? Vi söker studenter som vill ta sig an en verklig utmaning och utveckla idéer tillsammans med oss. Just nu söker vi studenter som planerar att göra sitt examensarbete under våren 2027. Vi har identifierat en aktuell utmaning inom HR. Nu vill vi höra hur du skulle vilja ta dig an den. Ämne: Datadriven HR OMFATTNING 1-2 personer, 15-30 HP per person Till detta examensarbete söker vi dig/er som läser någon av följande utbildningar eller motsvarande: Vi välkomnar studenter från flera olika utbildningsområden, exempelvis HR/personalvetenskap, data science, statistik, systemvetenskap, ekonomi, psykologi, beteendevetenskap, organisation och ledarskap eller andra närliggande områden. Det viktigaste är inte vilken utbildning du går, utan att du är nyfiken på hur data och analys kan bidra till att utveckla framtidens HR Vilka är Toyota Material Handling? Toyota Material Handling är världsledande inom materialhantering och vi gör stora investeringar för att möta framtidens behov. På vår site i Mjölby arbetar 3000 medarbetare med materialhantering från utvecklingskoncept till producerat fordon. Vår produktrange går från manuella handtruckar till självkörande fordon och innovativa energilösningar. Som ett första steg skickar du in en kort intresseanmälan där du presenterar din idé tillsammans med ditt CV. Vi gör därefter ett urval och bjuder in utvalda studenter till vårt Exjobbspitch-event den 15 oktober, där du får möjlighet att pitcha din idé direkt för våra medarbetare och potentiella handledare. A Snapshot of Your Day As our installed fleet continues to grow, the need for data-driven decision making becomes increasingly important. We are therefore expanding our Service R&D team with a Data Analyst for our installed fleet of medium gas turbines. You will help us transform operational data into better decisions. Working closely with engineering, overhaul, parts, and IT teams, you will identify patterns, predict fleet behaviour, and create insights that improve reliability and customer value. You will join an open and supportive team where knowledge sharing and collaboration are central to how we work. You will work closely with colleagues across both service and new development organizations, connecting operational data with practical engineering and business decisions. The role will give you an understanding of how operational behaviour, technical design, and lifecycle considerations interact to influence fleet performance and customer value. How You’ll Make an Impact Analyze operational and maintenance data from our installed fleet. Develop models and methods that support maintenance planning and lifecycle management. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that can improve fleet performance and availability. Build and maintain data structures and analytical tools that enable efficient decision-making. Create clear visualizations and reports that turn complex data into actionable insights. Contribute to the development of future service offerings and digital solutions. What You Bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, data analytics, data science, applied mathematics, or a related field. Experience working with large datasets and extracting meaningful business insights. Strong analytical and skills  An interest in industrial products, mechanical systems, and how they perform throughout their lifecycle. The ability to communicate analytical findings in a way that supports business and technical decisions. A curious and proactive mindset, with a desire to understand both the data and the operational reality behind it.
