Solution Engineer - Integration Platform
Do you want to shape how development teams across Sandvik build and operate integrations at scale? Join us in creating the platform capabilities, automation and templates that enable secure self-service delivery across the organization. Some of the things you'll do: Build reusable capabilities that reduce manual work and enable independence. Influence the developer experience across APIs, integrations and event-driven solutions. Collaborate closely with architects, product specialists, and development teams. Your mission In this position, you focus on building the tools, templates, and automation that enable development teams to create and operate integrations independently. Experience with end-to-end integration delivery is great to have, although this work centers on reusable platform capabilities rather than individual integrations. Working from vendor-agnostic principles, you turn standards and architectural direction into practical platform capabilities that perform reliably in production. You’re part of the PA Engineering Platforms Integration team and report to the Competence Manager. Job responsibilities: Build and maintain our self-service integration builder using reusable platform components, templates and shared services for APIs, integrations and event-driven solutions built on top of Azure Integration Services. Develop CI/CD pipelines, automation services and utilities that support platform delivery and operations. Embed security, logging, reliability, quality and compliance controls into pipelines and templates. Translate architecture and technical standards into consistent, production-ready implementation patterns. Onboard and support development teams using the platform, improving its capabilities based on their feedback. Troubleshoot live integrations and take ownership of platform components in production. Location This position is based at the World Trade Center in Stockholm or Mossvägen in Sandviken. Your profile You’re an experienced engineer with a strong software development foundation and exposure to platform engineering, DevOps and enterprise integration environments. Translating architectural direction and technical standards into reusable solutions comes naturally to you, and you enjoy creating capabilities that other development teams can adopt with confidence. Your background also includes: Hands-on production experience with Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management (APIM), and Service Bus or Event Grid. Strong programming skills in C# or Python, combined with the ability to write and troubleshoot Bash and/or PowerShell scripts. Experience with integration patterns, including APIs, messaging, event-driven architecture, and API gateways or enterprise integration platforms. Hands-on experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep or similar), and cloud-native environments. Experience working with distributed systems and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Additionally, experience with front-end technologies such as React or Angular, as well as relational and NoSQL databases, is considered an advantage. With a developer-first mindset, you balance high technical standards with pragmatic decisions that move work forward. You communicate complex topics clearly, collaborate constructively, and take ownership of what you build, while continuously improving the experience for teams using the platform. Our culture At Sandvik, we’re tech driven, innovative and entrepreneurial. Engineering Manager (Production Engineering)
Join Telavox as an Engineering Manager We're looking for an Engineering Manager who wants to establish a new function in an environment of rapid growth, someone who can earn trust across engineering teams they don't manage and knows when to add structure and when to stay out of the way. You'll combine hands-on technical credibility with the judgment to know how much rigor a given moment actually needs. If you enjoy building structure for things teams already are working with on their own, working across team boundaries, and helping engineers get better at owning what they ship, this is your opportunity to shape how Telavox runs production. About the job Production Engineering (PE) builds lasting structure around how Telavox runs production: reliability standards, on-call setup, and change/release management. These aren't new topics for us; what's new is the dedicated ownership we're building around them, starting with you. Your role will be to open the ground here, prioritising whichever area you can move fastest on first. You'll work across teams you don't manage day-to-day, building the standards and processes that let engineering teams run production more reliably and change it more safely. Telavox supports operators across the Nordics and globally, and as we bring on more of them, keeping things reliable while we change them safely becomes strategically critical to how we scale. We expect this function to grow into a team over time. Your day-to-day work will include: Mapping today's practices (on-call, incident follow-up, release/change process) and turning what you find into a concrete starter kit or standards Owning the reliability foundation: error-budget accounting, paging, and runbook platforms Shepherding change and release practice, including our operator-facing change interface Working closely with engineering teams and their managers to drive adoption without direct authority over their roadmaps Identifying where AI-assisted tooling can meaningfully reduce toil (e.g., incident/RCA tooling) About you You're comfortable being one of the first names on a small, high-trust function, building credibility through hands-on delivery rather than a large team underneath you from day one. You may come from an SRE, incident management, or production engineering background, or from a release/change management and process background with strong technical grounding. Key skills and experience we're looking for: Experience with production reliability practices (SLIs/SLOs, incident management, on-call) and/or change & release management in a live, customer-facing platform Comfortable driving standards and adoption across teams you don't formally manage Confident operating with ambiguity: the structure around this work is still taking shape Solid technical grounding, enough to be credible in incident command or architecture-adjacent conversations Strong communicator, able to work with engineering teams, EMs, and external operator counterparts alike Experience from a SaaS or B2B environment, ideally having felt firsthand where formal change-board processes cause pain or friction Join us at Telavox 💚 Since Telavox's journey started in 2002, we have strengthened our position as the leading forward-thinking communication platform for businesses. As a digital mobile operator, we develop and own our all-in-one communication platform, which integrates telephony, PBX, messaging, meetings, and contact centers, giving businesses a smarter way to connect. Today, we’re a thriving company with 1.9 billion SEK in revenue and 500+ Telavoxers across nine countries. We embrace AI and automation to push the boundaries of business communication. We offer flexible work options and adaptable hours, giving you the freedom to balance life and career while staying connected to our vibrant Telavox culture. Read more about our new HQ in Malmö 🏠! How to apply! At Telavox, we don't focus on fitting in; we focus on making room for everyone. We’re always on the lookout for great talent, so applications are reviewed continuously.
