Treasury Specialist

Stockholm·Finansanalytiker

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Treasury Specialist on behalf of one of our partner companies. You understand how daily liquidity decisions connect with funding, risk and the confidence that the wider business places in finance. The partner is strengthening cash management and treasury operations across several entities. You will improve liquidity visibility, banking processes and financial risk control while supporting funding, forecasting and treasury system development. The finance environment values accuracy, traceability and practical improvement. Work should withstand review, make ownership clear and reduce the recurring manual effort or uncertainty that weakens later reporting and decisions. How you will work You will collaborate across entity finance, shared services and business teams while owning defined parts of the financial cycle. The partner expects issues to be investigated to root cause, conclusions to be documented and improvements to remain workable at the next close. As a specialist, you will own a defined professional area and be trusted to move work forward independently. You are expected to recognise when a question requires wider expertise, explain recommendations clearly and improve the methods or tools used by colleagues around you. What you will do Manage daily liquidity and short term cash positioning. Coordinate cash forecasting with business and finance teams. Administer banking structures, mandates and payment controls. Support foreign exchange and interest risk management. Prepare treasury reporting and covenant information. Improve treasury systems, policies and process documentation. What you will bring Experience in corporate treasury, banking or financial operations. Strong cash flow and financial instrument understanding. Advanced analytical and spreadsheet capability. High control awareness and attention to detail. Confidence coordinating banks and internal stakeholders. Professional English and clear documentation skills. Experience that would add value Treasury management systems. International cash pools and intercompany funding. ISDA, hedging or debt capital exposure. A background that can succeed here You may come from a corporate treasury team, transaction banking, audit or finance operations with substantial liquidity responsibility. The partner values accuracy, but also curiosity about why forecasts move and how financial risk can be managed more intelligently. What makes the opportunity interesting You will have direct visibility into the organisation’s financial pulse. The role offers broad treasury exposure, meaningful improvement work and a platform for deeper responsibility in funding and financial risk. The exact partner, employment model, compensation, start date and working arrangement will be explained openly during the process. Nordic Investin will make sure you understand the context, expectations and decision path before you are asked to commit significant time. The recruitment conversation During the process, Nordic Investin will focus on concrete decisions you have made: the context you received, the alternatives you considered, the result you observed and what you would change today. You do not need every optional credential if your core experience transfers and you can explain how you would close the gap. How to apply Apply with your CV or LinkedIn profile and a short note describing the most relevant organisation, service, project or financial process you have helped improve. Nordic Investin welcomes candidates with different routes into the profession and assesses applicants on relevant capability, judgement and potential.

Instabee Group ABAnsök senast 20 feb.

Group FP&A Manager

Stockholm·Finansanalytiker

Shape how Instabee plans, prioritises and grows. Instabee has come a long way in a short time. We've built one of Europe's leading delivery companies through strong growth, acquisitions and continuous innovation. But we're still early in our journey, and the next chapter will require even better planning, sharper execution and smarter decision-making. That's where you come in. We're looking for an ambitious, analytical and hands-on person to shape the next chapter of FP&A at Instabee. You'll work closely with our Director of Group FP&A & Treasury, the CFO and the Group Management Team and take ownership of some of Instabee's most important planning, performance management and strategic finance priorities. Success in this role isn't measured by the analyses you produce, but by the decisions you help make. What you'll do You will: Drive strategic planning, including our long-term plan, OKRs and initiatives. Partner with the CFO on analyses, Board material, presentations and other high-impact projects. Set direction and raise standards for how the Group approaches planning, forecasting, performance management and business steering. Develop our FP&A capabilities, processes and tools - leveraging AI to fundamentally rethink how FP&A operates and creates value. Build the models, analyses and management reporting that turn financial information into better decisions. This isn't a role where everything is already in place. Some days you'll work on long-term strategy. Other days you'll improve forecasting, prepare management material or solve a business problem. We think the best finance leaders enjoy both. Who you are You likely have experience from a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain or similar), or another highly analytical environment, with a track record of independently owning complex problems and influencing senior stakeholders. You probably thrive if you: Have a genuine interest in finance, strategy and value creation. Enjoy solving difficult problems and creating structure from ambiguity. Like building and improving things - not just recommending them. Take ownership and are comfortable rolling up your sleeves. Communicate clearly and work well with senior stakeholders. Previous FP&A experience isn't required. Analytical ability, curiosity and drive matter more. Why join? You'll help shape both a company and a Finance function during an exciting stage of our journey. You'll work directly with senior leadership, take ownership and help shape how Instabee plans, prioritises and creates value. For the right person, this role offers an excellent opportunity to broaden their impact across Finance and grow into broader finance leadership. What you’ll get We can promise you that you will be challenged, develop your skills and have the opportunity to work with truly amazing and competent colleagues. If you like changes and want to set new processes and ways of working - this is the place for you! Of course, we have all the necessary and standard benefits in place, but in addition to this, we can also offer: 🌇 Sky-High Office: Modern and newly renovated with a 360-degree view around Stockholm. 🐶 Puppy Friendly: Bring your dog to work - we've got a whole floor for our furry friends! 🏓 Fun & Games: Ping pong, Shuffleboard, Foosball, and even a Karaoke Room for your leisure time. 👶 Parental Pay for Six Months: Step away from work and provide the best care and love to your little one. 🎂 A Day Off on Your Birthday: We love to celebrate, so enjoy your birthday to the fullest with a day off each year! ⏰ Hybrid setup and flexible working hours Get to know us In 2022, Instabee was founded after combining Budbee and Instabox - two leading last-mile delivery companies with three consumer-facing brands: Budbee, Instabox, and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European e-commerce enabler. Always with the consumer at heart. We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. As we continue to expand, the complexity of Instabee grows in parallel. With that in mind, we’re now looking for you to help us on the journey ahead. This recruitment process consists of background checks via Svensk Bakgrundsanalys as a review of previous public criminal records. The result is public information that is handled confidentially. This is mandatory for all recruitment processes at Instabee in Sweden.

Finance & BizOps, Marketing

STOCKHOLM·Finansanalytiker

TL;DR: Be the strategic finance partner to the Marketing Org. You will own the financial architecture behind every marketing dollar. You’ll build the models, measurement systems, and operating rhythms that ensure every investment compounds into growth. This is an ownership seat with direct executive visibility, not a reporting function. Location preference (in order): London, UK New York City / Boston Stockholm San Francisco Why Lovable? Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Lovable-built applications and websites are visited hundreds of millions of times a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast. And we’re just getting started. We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. What We’re Looking For Growth marketing strategist: You treat marketing spend as a portfolio of investments, not a cost center. You can decompose a blended CAC, trace attribution across channels, build cohort-level payback models, and tell a CMO exactly where the next marginal dollar should go and where to cut. You have an informed opinion on how brand spend, paid acquisition, and organic loops interact, and you back it with data. Technical and data-driven: Strong analytical skills, with expert Excel modeling skills as table stakes. Comfortable with data (SQL, HEX, BI tools, or equivalent). You use AI tools and agents to automate work and move faster. Preference for technical degrees or deep technical exposure. Service-first partner: You bring a proactive, "can-do" attitude to every interaction and own the operationally tedious work required for clean handoffs between teams. High-slope learner: You learn faster than anyone around you, take ownership immediately, and thrive in low-structure environments. You go from 0→1 and then 1→10. Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience. Strong candidates have a foundation in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or management consulting, combined with operational experience at a high-growth startup, AI company, or scaled technology company. You learn fast, take ownership, and operate well in environments where the playbook doesn't exist yet. Bachelor's degree required. What You’ll Do Drive marketing efficiency & planning: Own the financial operating plan for Marketing - budget allocation, campaign ROI analysis, and investment tradeoffs to fuel B2C growth while maintaining unit economics discipline. Build and own channel-level unit economics: Develop and own the CAC, LTV, and payback models that drive investment decisions at the channel and cohort level. Tie spend to acquisition, retention, and revenue so that marketing leadership and finance are operating from one shared source of truth. Pressure-test assumptions continuously — what's working, what's not, and where the next dollar should go. Connect marketing performance to company outcomes: Work across the organization to ensure marketing investment ties to measurable business results. Analyze market trends, competitive spend, and channel dynamics to inform forward-looking strategy and ensure capital is deployed where it compounds. Support experimentation, reporting, and forecasting: Partner with Marketing to size tests, set success metrics, and forecast impact on growth and unit economics. Create clear, repeatable reporting to track performance, targets, variance, and learnings that translate into action. Accelerate with AI: Use AI agents and automation to collapse the time between question and answer. You're expected to continuously push what's possible, replacing manual processes with scalable infrastructure that moves at Lovable's speed. About your application Please submit your application in English. It’s our company language, so you’ll be speaking lots of it if you join. We treat all candidates equally - if you’re interested, please apply through our careers portal.
