Nordic Investin has been engaged by a partner company to find a Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform Developer. You want to build enterprise AI and automation that survives contact with real processes, permissions and data. The partner is introducing intelligent agents and low code solutions across internal workflows. You will design Copilot Studio agents, Power Apps and Power Automate flows that integrate safely with Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems. The platform is treated as a service used by engineers and business teams. Success will be measured through safer change, lower operational friction and clearer ownership rather than the number of tools introduced. How you will work The work combines planned platform development with investigation of real production behaviour. You will collaborate with application teams, security and operations, using their feedback to decide what should become a shared service, an automated control or clear documentation. Ownership continues after the first release. You will receive meaningful ownership while working with senior colleagues on the most consequential decisions. The partner expects you to deliver independently within a clear area, ask for context early and contribute ideas grounded in what you observe. There is room to deepen your specialism or broaden toward adjacent responsibilities. What you will do Develop and operate Copilot Studio agents for business processes. Build Power Apps and Power Automate solutions. Model data and permissions in Dataverse. Integrate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, APIs and Azure services. Apply environment, lifecycle and governance standards. Work with users to test behaviour and improve adoption. What you will bring Hands on Power Platform solution delivery. Experience with Copilot Studio or conversational agent development. Good understanding of Dataverse security and solution management. Ability to build connectors and API integrations. Awareness of data protection, identity and enterprise governance. Professional English; Swedish is valuable for user facing work. Experience that would add value Azure Functions or custom connector development. Microsoft 365 administration or SharePoint development. Experience moving prototypes into governed production use. A background that can succeed here You may come from software development, business applications, automation or technical consulting. The right person combines process curiosity with enough engineering depth to recognise when low code needs a coded extension. What makes the opportunity interesting You will work close to users and see solutions adopted quickly. The partner offers a growing platform, visible use cases and the opportunity to set patterns before the organisation scales its agent portfolio. The exact partner, employment model, compensation, start date and working arrangement will be explained openly during the process. Nordic Investin will make sure you understand the context, expectations and decision path before you are asked to commit significant time. The recruitment conversation During the process, Nordic Investin will focus on concrete decisions you have made: the context you received, the alternatives you considered, the result you observed and what you would change today. You do not need every optional technology if your core experience transfers and you can explain how you would close the gap. How to apply Apply with your CV or LinkedIn profile and a short note describing the most relevant system, product or transformation you have helped deliver. Nordic Investin welcomes candidates with different routes into technology and assesses applicants on relevant capability, judgement and potential.

Senior Software Engineer
This is a hands-on senior engineering role at the heart of how Voyado Elevate understands products. As a subsystem team inspired by Team Topologies, you, Andreas and Maxim own our Classifier - the service that enriches every product feed with LLMs and maps it into our Knowledge Graph, powering search, recommendations, and navigation. You sit at the intersection of our search, recommendation, and ontology teams, and the team owns the technical roadmap. Right now that means scaling our LLM-based classification pipeline further into production while keeping a sharp eye on cost as data volumes grow. Customers are increasingly getting access to the classification data behind their search and recommendation results, so quality and explainability matter as much as speed. Next up: extending enrichment from text into images, one of our biggest technical bets in the roadmap. Day to day is a mix of two things: hands-on Java and LLM work to keep a demanding, cost-sensitive production system healthy, and architecture and roadmap discussions that shape where it goes next. We push to work agentically wherever it makes sense - using AI tools to move faster, not just to tick a box. Some of the things you'd be up to: Development, writing code in Java! ☕️ Centralize deep technical expertise within machine learning, knowledge graph structures, NLP, and LLM models Prompt Engineering Taking part in setting our technical roadmap Contribute to design discussions and architectural decisions, and make sure the service is built using best practices Create semantically enriched product classification, leveraging AI for automation, and deliver actionable product knowledge to stakeholders Drive innovation and continuous improvement through prototyping and evaluating new technologies And when the time comes when you need a break, why don't you spend some time in the gym, tinker in our puzzle corner or challenge our Åre office in Call of Duty on our PlayStation 5? 🎮 So, who are you? You're a senior developer who's more energized by solving hard problems at scale than by following a spec to the letter. You think about how a system performs and what it costs, not just whether it works in a demo, and you're comfortable owning a production service end to end: the trade-offs between precision and recall, speed and cost, automation and control. You can hold your own in architecture discussions with search, recommendation, and ontology stakeholders, and you're just as happy writing the code yourself as designing it. Besides those personal skills, we believe you have the following: A Master's degree in Computer Science, or a comparable industry career Experience working in cloud environments Experience with machine learning, knowledge graph structures, NLP, and LLM models And most importantly, passion for what you do If you are interested in algorithmic problem-solving, that's meritorious. Some of the technologies you’ll get to work with Java LLMs AWS Github Actions Co-pilot So, what's in it for you? 🍬 Voyado Elevate wouldn’t be the powerful platform it is without the people behind it. We care about you, and some examples of what we can offer you are: A lovely worksite in Lund, we just opened our Voyado house on Gasverksgatan. Flexible working hours and a hybrid work approach. We're on-site at least three days a week Work-life balance – We don't have a long work-hours culture; we value results over hours worked As we strive for our employees to share Voyado’s passions and goals, you should demand no less from us. With regular one-on-ones, we make sure your needs and career have a great future at Voyado Joining an engaged team and colleagues with a knowledge-sharing and friendly culture Some of our benefits: A health hour each week, use it for walks, running, or working out – whatever you need to energize Our own gym at the office 30 days of vacation so that you can spend time with family and friends 5000 SEK in wellness allowance Encouragement to further develop personally and professionally with certifications, meetups, etc. Beneficial bike lease, including e-bikes Your choice of phone and gadget package Be yourself 🏳️🌈 At Voyado, we believe in gender equality. We are proud sponsors of Womengineer as well as Tjejer Kodar! Read more about Tjejer Kodar & Voyado here Equality is not only about gender but also about making everyone feel welcome and heard in a multicultural and diverse environment, We at Voyado strive to make everyone feel like they can bring their true self to work every day.
