The Opportunity As the Data Platform Architect within our BST GI Analytics & Data Platform organization, you will be the chief architect behind the future of Hitachi Energy’s Grid Integration (GI) data landscape. In this strategic role, you will design, scale, and govern the unified data platform that fuels our advanced analytics, business intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives. The opportunity As a Digital Design Capability Architect/Lead, you will play a key role in establishing and evolving Hitachi Energy's Digital Design Capability across engineering domains including CAD, Electronic Design, BIM, and related engineering tools. Good understanding of product development processes, engineering data management, configuration management, and digital transformation initiatives. Experience with engineering integrations and digital thread concepts connecting design, engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise systems. Knowledge of PLM solutions such as Teamcenter or similar product lifecycle management platforms is highly desirable. Great analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.
