Specialist Physician/Senior Consultant in Radiology for Northern Värmland
Your Workplace The Department of Imaging and Functional Diagnostics in Värmland is a dynamic and technically advanced unit that includes radiology, mammography and clinical physiology. Radiology departments are located in five towns across Värmland: Karlstad, Torsby, Arvika, Kristinehamn, and Säffle. As a radiologist in Värmland you will be part of a team consisting of 25 specialists/consultants and 15 resident doctors across the county. The operations are jointly organized with an overarching manager, scheduler, and coordinator, providing excellent conditions for collaboration and knowledge exchange. In Torsby, there is one consultant radiologist and two residents, but all staff collaborate closely regardless of their primary workplace. At Torsby Hospital, the department operates around the clock, handling both emergency and elective examinations. The imaging equipment in Torsby includes a CT scanner, MRI scanner, fluoroscopy unit, general X-ray lab, and ultrasound lab. There is close proximity between different departments and a strong sense of teamwork among radiology staff, clinical departments, and the emergency unit. Your Skills and Qualifications We are looking for someone with a Swedish medical license and specialist certification in radiology. Experience in conventional X-ray, CT, and ultrasound, as well as basic skills in ultrasound-guided interventions, is required. Experience in MRI is considered an advantage. Vi söker en specialistläkare eller ST-läkare i allmänmedicin med uppdrag som biträdande enhetschef. Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på 100 procent, varav 50 procent utgörs av uppdrag som biträdande enhetschef och 50 procent av kliniskt arbete som läkare. Hos oss får du möjlighet att påverka verksamhetens utveckling, bidra till goda förutsättningar för kollegor och samtidigt fortsätta arbeta nära patienterna. Vårdcentralen Verkstaden är en av Värmlands större vårdcentraler med cirka 18 100 listade patienter. Här arbetar omkring 50 medarbetare inom flera professioner med ett gemensamt fokus på god kvalitet, tillgänglighet och samarbete. Vi är en verksamhet som värdesätter utveckling, nytänkande och ett nära ledarskap. Som biträdande enhetschef blir du en viktig del av vår ledningsgrupp och arbetar nära enhetschef samt övriga nyckelpersoner i verksamheten. Dina arbetsuppgifter I rollen som biträdande enhetschef får du ett varierat och utvecklande uppdrag. Du ansvarar för planering och samordning av bemanning samt schemaläggning för jourcentral och beredskap, samtidigt som du arbetar för att utveckla hållbara arbetssätt kring läkarbemanning och verksamhetsplanering. Du fungerar som ett medicinskt stöd till sjuksköterskor i frågor som rör medicinska bedömningar, prioriteringar och tidsbokning. Uppdraget omfattar även ansvar för och utveckling av arbetet med väntelistor och vårdgarantiflöden samt vidareutveckling av administrativa arbetssätt för årskontroller och uppföljning av patienter med kroniska sjukdomar. Tillsammans med övriga ledningsgruppen deltar du aktivt i verksamhetsutveckling och förbättringsarbete för att stärka vårdcentralens kvalitet, tillgänglighet och effektivitet. Uppdraget omfattar inte personalansvar. Parallellt med chefsuppdraget arbetar du kliniskt som specialistläkare eller ST-läkare och bidrar med din medicinska kompetens i den dagliga verksamheten. Du får därmed möjlighet att kombinera patientnära arbete med strategiskt och operativt utvecklingsarbete. Dina kunskaper och kompetenser Vi söker dig som är specialist i allmänmedicin eller ST-läkare inom allmänmedicin. Erfarenhet av ledarskap, schemaplanering eller verksamhetsutveckling är meriterande, men vi välkomnar även dig som vill ta nästa steg i din professionella utveckling och har ambitionen att växa i ett ledaruppdrag. ST-läkare inom lungmedicin
Infektions- och lungkliniken Mälarsjukhuset, Eskilstuna Om oss Vi behöver bli fler specialister inom lungmedicin och söker därför dig som vill utvecklas inom ett spännande specialistområde. Hos oss får du möjlighet att påbörja din karriär som ST-läkare i lungmedicin och utvecklas tillsammans med erfarna kollegor i en verksamhet med hög kompetens och stort engagemang. Infektions- och lungkliniken är en länsklinik med drygt 100 medarbetare. Vi har verksamhet inom infektionssjukdomar, lungsjukdomar och specialiserad vuxenallergi. Alla medarbetare finns placerade på Mälarsjukhuset men länsuppdraget innebär att läkare på kliniken har hög tillgänglighet för konsultation till kollegor i hela länet. Kliniken ansvar för den specialiserade lung- och allergivården för alla vuxna tillhörande Region Sörmland. Vårdavdelningen har 18 vårdplatser där ca sex av dessa är avsatta till lungpatienter. Mottagningen är bemannad med undersköterskor och sjuksköterskor specialiserade inom allergologi, syrgas och i andningsvård med ventilator. Det finns även kontaktsjuksköterskor för lungcancerprocessen. Dina arbetsuppgifter Som specialistläkare hos oss arbetar du inom både öppen- och slutenvård. Arbete inom öppenvården innebär exempelvis att genomföra mottagningsbesök, delta i teamronder dels inom syrgas/ventilatorverksamheten och dels inom cancervården. Andra vanligt förekommande arbetsuppgifter är utförande av lungmedicinska ingrepp, såsom bronkoskopi, EBUS och thoraxdränage. Vidare innebär arbetet inom slutenvården fokus kopplat till inneliggande lungpatienter. Utöver detta finns pågående utvecklingsarbete inom det lungmedicinska området. I nuläget ingår ingen jourtjänstgöring eller beredskap i tjänsten. Din kompetens Vi söker dig som är har svensk läkarlegitimation. Goda kunskaper i det svenska språket, i både tal och skrift, är nödvändigt. Du är en person som är trygg och stabil och har en god kommunikationsförmåga.
