Full-Stack Developer

LIDINGÖ·Fullstack-utvecklare

About us Glimra is building drought insurance for farmers — starting in Sweden, with the aim of going global. The models decide whether a farmer gets paid after a drought, and the platform takes a farmer from quote to signed policy to payout. We are looking for one of our first engineers. What you’d work on You’d start on the web application — TypeScript all the way: Next.js on the front end, NestJS on the back end, running on Kubernetes with Helm and Terraform underneath. You’d own features from design to production: the purchase flow, identity and payment integrations, and the services behind them. It doesn’t stop at the application. Behind the product there are data pipelines, a modelling platform and satellite imagery, and the work widens as the product grows — the role evolves with it. It’s greenfield. We’re building the platform right now, so whoever joins gets to shape it. What we’re looking for Strong across the stack — you’ve built and run real applications. Our stack is TypeScript, but that’s not a hard requirement: we care about engineering judgment more than ecosystem depth, and the modelling side already runs on Python. Comfortable owning something end to end in an early-stage company: design, build, test, deploy, operate. You write tests first and treat infrastructure as part of the job, not someone else’s problem. You can explain a technical decision to someone who doesn’t code. Payments, identity (BankID) or regulated-industry experience is an advantage, not a requirement. How we work We write tests first, we agree the architecture up front, and we record decisions so they don’t get re-argued in the next review. Those decisions feed the skills our AI agents follow; reviews run the same way — agents analyze first, a human decides. And how we work is itself up for revision: we adapt the process as we learn. We want team players, not rock stars. Direct feedback both ways, a lot of ownership handed over, and people sharing what they’re doing as they go instead of going quiet and coming back when it’s done. Terms Location: Remote / Stockholm 6-12 project employment to start, and we want it to continue Starting: asap How to apply Send your CV to isak@glimra.iuo by September 14th, along with a few lines about something you’ve built end-to-end and what you would do differently today. In your application, please also indicate: Your work permit status in Sweden When you would be available to start

With bold growth plans and strong momentum across multiple markets, we’re now looking for a React Native Developer for the next phase of growth. About the Role You will own the mobile product experience end-to-end, making real decisions about how a shared codebase should be structured, not just building features inside one. You’ll be working cross-functionally across mobile, web, and design, and your mission is to build robust features that power our rapid global expansion. Key responsibilities Build and maintain high-performance, cross-platform (iOS, Android, web) features in our unified codebase for cross-market deployment. One Last Thing This is a full-time, permanent position based in our headquarters in Stockholm. We believe our culture thrives when we work together, which is why we have an office-first approach. We review applications on a rolling basis and while the start date is flexible, the right candidate can join us immediately. Full-stack developer Poland Remote

Sverige·Fullstack-utvecklare

Do you enjoy building products that people rely on every day, and having the freedom to decide how the solution should be built? At Jobylon, you'll join a team where engineers are trusted to own features from idea to production. You'll spend most of your time building, with few meetings competing for your attention, and you'll see the impact of your work in a product used by thousands of recruiters and hiring managers worldwide. You'll have room to shape solutions, improve existing workflows, and contribute to the direction of the product. Some of the challenges involve scaling for new markets and growing customer demands. Others are much smaller but equally important: removing friction, simplifying complex processes, and making everyday work easier for the people using the platform. About the job You'll work on a product that many of our customers spend hours in every day. The improvements you make won't disappear into a backlog or an internal system that nobody sees. They'll become part of the daily workflow of recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across Europe. You'll take ownership of features from specification through deployment, working closely with product and engineering to understand the problem before deciding on the solution. Rather than being handed isolated tasks, you'll be trusted to drive meaningful parts of the product forward. The team works in focused 8-week cycles, with dedicated time both for building and for improving. That means you'll have space to address technical debt, refine existing functionality, and explore better ways of working, not just move from one deadline to the next. You'll primarily work with Python and Django, alongside modern frontend technologies, but the focus is less on the tools themselves and more on building a product that solves real customer problems. We're also actively exploring how AI can help us build better products and work more effectively, and you'll have plenty of freedom to experiment with modern tools and ways of working. About you You have several years of experience as a full-stack developer, primarily working with web-based products. You feel comfortable taking ownership of features throughout the entire development lifecycle, from understanding requirements to seeing your work live in production. You have professional experience with Django, meaning you have been hands-on in building scalable Django based products in a professional setting. You've worked in product-focused environments where engineers are expected to contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and help shape solutions, not just implement them. You speak and write English fluently, as it's our working language. You are currently located in Poland and is open to working remotely. Jobylon develops and offers a modern hiring software (SaaS) to companies who want to create and share beautiful job ads and manage their applicants with ease. The recruitment industry has stayed unchanged for too long whilst the need for a simple and efficient tool has increased. Jobylon was founded in 2011 and since then we've launched a number of exciting projects and ventures within the HR tech space. We've always had the same goal - to use technology and innovation to change and simplify what is today a traditional space. During this time we've also been awarded as one of Sweden's hottest entrepreneurs and nominated for the Red Herring award - we've done this with a small but dedicated team! Today, we work with nearly 1000 employers from more than 80 countries worldwide , including amazing organisations such as 7-Eleven, Schibsted, Scandic Hotels, Vaimo, Bonnier and many more!

Senior Front-end Developer

STOCKHOLM·Frontend-utvecklare

Zynca is building an ecosystem of recruiting and matching products, aiming to become the world's #1 choice for candidates and recruiters who are hungry for an 🔥 extraordinary product experience. While 🦕 other companies are releasing convoluted systems with broken features and frustrating interfaces, we are investing our hearts and souls into making sure that Zynca is taking care of everything for you, through smart automations and a world-class user experience that 🌟 simplifies every aspect of your work. In Q3 2026 Zynca will significantly scale up customer acquisition. To prepare for this, we're looking for the next person to take ownership of a core part of the company. 🚀 Senior Front-end Developer As our dedicated Senior Front-end Developer, you will own the frontend side of product flows, interface quality, component architecture, performance, accessibility and the details that make the product feel effortless to use. Rather than being a ticket-taking role, it's a strategic product-building role for someone who wants to shape how Zynca looks, feels and works as we scale. 🎯 The right fit We believe that the right fit for this role has owned frontend work in product-heavy environments before, probably in SaaS, marketplaces, platforms, HR tech, recruitment tech or another digital product where user flows, interface quality and performance matter. You understand how to turn product ideas and design decisions into fast, polished and maintainable user interfaces. You are strong in React, Next.js and TypeScript, comfortable working with APIs, design systems, accessibility, responsive layouts and the small frontend details that make a product feel clear and easy to use. You are senior enough to take responsibility for frontend architecture and technical decisions, but hands-on enough to build components, fix edge cases, improve flows, review details, ship features and make sure the experience holds together in production. You like working close to product and design, and you care about whether the product actually makes the user’s work easier. 💡 About the role What you'll be doing: Own the frontend area across Zynca’s product ecosystem Build and improve user flows, interfaces and reusable components Work closely with product, business and backend to ship features from concept to production Integrate frontend applications with APIs and GraphQL Improve performance, accessibility, responsiveness and overall interface quality Maintain and evolve our design system and component architecture Identify weak spots in the product experience and improve them before users have to complain Tech stack: React 19 - Latest React with server components, hooks, concurrent features Next.js 15 - App Router, server/client components, middleware, Turbopack TypeScript 5 - Strong typing, generics, utility types GraphQL - Apollo Client, queries/mutations, caching strategies, codegen Tailwind CSS 4 - Utility-first styling, tailwind-merge, tailwind-variants React Hook Form + Zod - Form handling with schema validation Design System - Mix of shadcn/radix and custom UI library 🥳 Company culture You will join a senior, hands-on company where people are expected to think, challenge, take responsibility and move things forward without waiting for permission. We work closely across product, sales and customer work. Feedback is direct, decisions are made quickly, and everyone is expected to care about the full customer experience, not just their own area. 🎉 Interested? Does this sound like the right role for you? If so, don't hesitate to apply! We'd love to hear from you! Öppen för alla Vi fokuserar på din kompetens, inte dina övriga förutsättningar. Vi är öppna för att anpassa rollen eller arbetsplatsen efter dina behov.

Backend Developer

Stockholm·Game programmer

Do you thrive in collaborative teams and want your work to shape what players experience every day? As a Backend Developer at Snowprint, you’ll build the backend systems, infrastructure, and tools that power our games. You’ll work closely with your fellow developers, designers, and other disciplines to create stable, scalable solutions, always with the player experience in mind. At Snowprint Studios, we believe that kindness, collaboration, curiosity, and self-leadership are what make great games possible. We work in small, cross-disciplinary teams where people are trusted to take ownership, share ideas openly, and continuously improve how we build games together. What you’ll be doing You'll bring new game features to life while also supporting the systems, tooling, and infrastructure behind them. The role combines feature development with live operations, giving you the opportunity to work on both player-facing functionality and the technical foundations that keep the game running. You'll take ownership of the technical areas you work on, from planning and implementation to testing and live operations. A normal week might include feature development, playtests, troubleshooting production issues, discussing technical approaches with the team, and improving systems to support future needs as the game evolves. You’ll collaborate closely with your colleagues to shape technical solutions that work well for both the game and the people building it. Is this you? You’re an experienced backend developer who is fluent in Kotlin and/or Java. You’ve worked with live backend services before (ideally gaming), and you’re comfortable operating cloud infrastructure (We use AWS). You know how to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments and enjoy the mix of bug-fixing, fine-tuning, and forward-planning that comes with live operations. You communicate clearly, ask questions, and enjoy working through problems with your colleagues. You’re self-directed but collaborative, happy to own your part of a feature while staying connected to the bigger picture. You care about the player experience, and you bring that mindset into technical discussions. Where you’ll work Our Stockholm studio is located in Södermalm, and we work in a hybrid setup. We work from the office on Tuesdays and Fridays to support collaboration and social interaction, while other days offer flexibility depending on where you work best. We provide the setup and tools you need to work comfortably both at home and in the studio.
