The role sits between Product Development and Production, ensuring high-quality, timely, and well-planned footwear production from start to finish. You'll manage tier one and two supplier relations and development in close collaboration with our local sourcing teams, facilitating seamless industrialization, prioritizing supplier coordination, and ensuring material excellence throughout every stage of the footwear lifecycle. We're looking for a Product Developer in Footwear to cover a parental leave for approximately one year. The role is responsible for leading the development of footwear products from concept to final confirmation sample approval, including both new constructions and updates to existing styles through new materials and colorways. Som operativ inköpare på Vesani ansvarar du för att driva inköpsprocessen hela vägen från orderläggning till att varan är levererad till vårt lager. Rollen kräver ett starkt ägarskap, högt tempo och förmåga att ligga steget före. Det räcker inte att lägga en order och sedan invänta leverans. Du förväntas aktivt driva orderflödet framåt, ha noggrann kontroll över produktionen och säkerställa att dokumentation och logistik är på plats i rätt tid. Målet är att inget som rimligen hade kunnat förutses ska få stoppa eller försena produktionen eller leveransen. Vår ambition är att Vesani alltid ska vara högt prioriterat hos våra leverantörer. Det kräver en inköpare som följer upp konsekvent, ställer krav, vågar ifrågasätta och inte släpper en fråga förrän den är löst. Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden Äga inköpsordern från orderläggning till leverans på lager. Följa produktionen aktivt och driva orderflödet mot överenskomna deadlines. Koordinera QC och säkerställa att avvikelser åtgärdas före leverans. Ansvara för löpande administrativa uppgifter kopplade till inköpsprocessen i vårt ERP-system. Skapa, uppdatera och kvalitetssäkra artikeldata såsom artikelnummer, benämning, leverantörsinformation, inköpspris, mått, vikt, CBM, streckkod/EAN, HS-kod, ursprungsland och övrig relevant masterdata. Koordinera upphämtning och transport med leverantörer och speditörer samt följa leveransen hela vägen till lager. Dokumentera överenskomna förändringar och säkerställa att de faktiskt implementeras i produktionen och i våra interna system. Arbetssätt och förväntningar Vi söker en person som har ett tydligt end-to-end-ägarskap. När en inköpsorder är lagd är den inte klar förrän rätt vara, i rätt kvalitet, med rätt dokumentation, har kommit fram till vårt lager. Personen behöver vara strukturerad men samtidigt handlingskraftig. När något inte stämmer ska den naturliga reaktionen vara att ta reda på varför, hitta en lösning och driva frågan till avslut, inte att vänta på att någon annan ska ta den vidare. Rollen kräver också att man vågar vara krävande mot leverantörer på ett professionellt sätt. Ett svar som “we will check” är inte ett avslut. Vi behöver veta vem som gör vad och när det är klart. Teknisk förståelse Du behöver inte vara ingenjör eller produktutvecklare. Däremot förväntas du ha ett genuint intresse för produkterna och vilja förstå hur de fungerar, monteras och används. Du ska vara nyfiken och uppmärksam i det dagliga orderflödet. Om något verkar avvika, saknas eller inte känns logiskt ska du reagera, ställa frågor och lyfta det vidare. Målet är inte att du själv ska lösa tekniska produktfrågor, utan att du har tillräcklig produktförståelse för att upptäcka sådant som behöver fångas upp innan produkten lämnar fabriken. Personprofil Vi söker framför allt en person som är driven, noggrann, uthållig och ansvarstagande. Du behöver kunna hantera många parallella processer utan att tappa detaljer, kommunicera tydligt med internationella leverantörer och känna dig bekväm med att ställa krav. Engelska är vårt arbetsspråk i kommunikationen med leverantörer, både skriftligt och muntligt. Du behöver därför vara trygg i att formulera dig tydligt på engelska och våga ta kontakt direkt. Om du inte får svar på mejl eller meddelanden förväntas du ringa leverantören och driva frågan vidare en viktig fråga får inte bli liggande för att någon inte svarar. Du behöver också vara lösningsorienterad och kommersiell. När ett problem uppstår ska fokus ligga på hur vi löser det, vem som ansvarar och när det ska vara klart samt hur vi säkerställer att samma problem inte uppstår igen. Vad som kännetecknar att rollen lyckas En väl fungerande inköpsprocess innebär färre överraskningar, färre förseningar och färre problem som upptäcks först när varorna redan är producerade eller på väg till Sverige. Grundprincipen för rollen är enkel: Inget som vi rimligen hade kunnat förutse ska få stoppa produktionen, transporten eller varans väg till Vesanis lager. Vi söker inte någon som administrerar våra inköp. Vi söker någon som äger orderflödet från order till leverans.
