Arbetsuppgifter Som CFO i 3Button Group har du ett helhetsansvar för koncernens ekonomi- och finansfunktion och en central roll i att utveckla koncernens struktur i takt med tillväxten. Rollen är placerad på holdingnivå och innebär ett nära samarbete med VD, styrelse och koncernledning, där du fungerar som strategiskt bollplank och ansvarar för att skapa finansiell transparens, styrning och beslutsunderlag för hela gruppen. En mycket viktig del av uppdraget är att ta fullt ägarskap för koncernens M&A‑arbete. Du leder de finansiella delarna i förvärvsprocesserna – från analys, värdering och due diligence till finansiering och integration.
