VX Fiber is looking for Senior Full Stack Developers to build our SaaS platform for fibre network operations. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit at the end of a requirements pipeline and turn tickets into code. We are looking for developers who want to understand the problem, shape the solution, and use both traditional engineering and agentic coding tools to take ideas all the way into production. What you will do Own problems from unclear requirement to production. Help define the use case, work out what should be built, propose the technical approach, implement it, verify that it works, and follow it in production. Our product teams are split between OSS and BSS+, with the work regularly crossing service and team boundaries. The problems are specific, but the rules and dependencies around them can get complicated. An edge-site outage may require us to work out which ISPs are affected from network topology, while accounting for subscribers on redundant paths. An ISP expanding into a new city may sell subscriptions before the handover exists, then need those subscriptions to activate automatically once the network is ready. You will: Clarify requirements with Product and Design, working directly with engineers and domain experts. Design services and data models. Propose architectural changes for Staff Engineers and Architects to review. Build mainly backend software, while being comfortable enough in the frontend to own a feature across the stack. Design tests around failure modes. Cover retries, bad data and unavailable dependencies. Treat operability and developer experience as part of feature development. Use logs, metrics and traces to understand production behaviour, and work with the Platform team to improve deployment, local development and feedback loops. Work hands-on with agents and harnesses, including context orchestration and agentic pipelines. Improve the team through reviews, mentoring and technical discussion. Our backend is mostly Go, with Protobuf and gRPC between services. GraphQL sits between those services and a React/TypeScript frontend. Postgres is our direction of travel, with some Mongo legacy. Temporal handles workflows. Our application platform uses Nomad, Consul and Vault on AWS, deployed in Europe and South Africa. Experience with any of the above are not a requirement. What we look for We care about whether you perform at a senior level. Years of experience and formal degrees are not criteria. A senior developer here should be able to take an unclear problem, create enough structure to move forward, and deliver software that works in production. Experience we value: Strong backend engineering experience in any language. Shipped and operated SaaS products as part of a product team. Broad systems design skills and good data design judgement. Be able to make architectural proposals and discuss trade-offs. Practical experience with testing and failure modes, plus observability in production. Hands-on experience with modern agentic development, including harnesses and context orchestration. Telecom experience weighs heavily. Experience with OSS/BSS or network automation is valuable, as is fibre or wholesale telecom knowledge. It is not a hard requirement. Good taste matters. Know when complexity is justified, when an abstraction helps, and when it gets in the way. You are familiar with DDD, KISS, 12 factor apps and similar frameworks/patterns, and can reason about their merits and drawbacks. Care about APIs, data models and maintainability, and know when the best decision is to build nothing. People who do well here take ownership, make good calls with incomplete information, and make other engineers better. What we offer At VX Fiber, you get the opportunity to work on technology that supports the future of digital infrastructure. Our vision is to enable digital freedom for individuals, businesses, and communities, and our platform is designed to be flexible, stable, scalable, and built for transformation. We offer: Meaningful work — contribute to digital infrastructure used across markets. Real technical problems — work with systems that need to scale, integrate, and operate reliably. Modern technologies — build with a stack that includes Go, gRPC, Temporal, GraphQL, LLMs, and cloud-native tooling. Ownership and autonomy — take responsibility for your work and help shape how things are done. Growth — learn from experienced colleagues and grow into larger technical responsibilities. International context — work with colleagues, customers, and networks across several countries. Collaboration — we build, learn, and improve together. Our values are simple: work smart, take ownership, win together, and make impact. About the employment Type: Permanent, full-time role Location: Umeå, on-site Language: Fluent English, spoken and written required. Swedish is spoken in the office. Why VX Fiber? VX Fiber is a Swedish technology company with over 20 years of global experience in fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) and open access networks. Our goal is to create digital freedom for individuals, businesses, and communities by offering reliable, scalable, and sustainable network solutions. Our business combines software, infrastructure, operations, and connectivity, which means our developers work close to real-world systems and customer problems. Our platform supports areas such as OSS/BSS, provisioning, service activation, network inventory, ISP onboarding, marketplace flows, subscriber services, monitoring, and automation. We connect network owners, service providers, and end-users through an open access model that accelerates time to market, reduces cost, and automates complexity. With proven flexibility and fast onboarding, our technology supports sustainable, future-ready networks. VX Fiber — Made to transform. Scalable by design.
Senior AI Engineer
We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer Join us in transforming the digital signage landscape. PLAYipp, the leading Nordic digital signage company, is seeking a senior engineer to own features end-to-end — from PRD to Production — which increasingly include building AI capabilities directly into our product. At PLAYipp, we don't write code by hand — everything is built by directing AI coding tools (we use Claude Code), and you're fully accountable for what ships, however it was written. You'll be working in a Team, alongside Product and fellow Engineers — each of you carrying a bigger slice of the work than in a traditional setup, but never working alone. About PLAYipp At PLAYipp, we deliver comprehensive, user-friendly digital signage solutions that empower businesses to communicate effectively and innovate. Our platform enables organizations of all sizes to manage and showcase content seamlessly across various screens, enhancing communication and customer engagement. We're also at the forefront of how software gets built, constantly pushing for new ways to work more efficiently with AI without ever compromising on code quality. If you like being at that edge, this is the place. Key role description You own features end-to-end: front end, back end, testing, and the architecture decisions along the way. You're never on your own with this — your team, our chief architect, and our Head of AI are there to support you whenever you need it. Beyond product features, you'll also help build AI into how the whole organization works — tools that let AI handle work that used to require an engineer. What we expect from you Building, Testing & Maintaining the Product Take requirements from PRD to finished, deployed feature. Write and maintain tests as part of building — quality is your responsibility. Ownership — you ship it, you're responsible for it in production. Think about scalability and architecture, together with our Chief Architect, as a natural part of building, not an afterthought. Building AI Into the Product Build AI-powered capabilities into the PLAYipp product itself. Work with LLM APIs and related tooling to get these features to production, not just prototypes. Internal AI Enablement Occasionally build internal tooling that helps the wider organization become more self-sufficient with AI — e.g. giving non-engineers direct, self-serve access to data that used to require an engineer. Bring in new AI tools and workflows as they prove useful, and keep pushing for more efficient ways to work with AI without compromising quality. Team Collaboration & attitude Share knowledge — on architecture, testing, deployment, and AI tooling — through documentation and workshops. Help team members grow their technical skills, including AI-assisted development. Lead by example in communication, drive and creativity. Foster a collaborative, learning-oriented team culture. Required CompetenciesTechnical Skills 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with demonstrated progression in technical complexity and responsibility. Practical experience building AI/LLM-powered features in a production product. Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js — enough to review, judge, and be fully accountable for AI-generated code. Even though AI writes it, you own every line and are the one who fixes it when it breaks. Deep understanding of modern web application architecture, including RESTful APIs. Proficient with relational databases (MySQL or similar), including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling. You shouldn't have been coding manually for some time; Claude Code experience specifically isn't required, but AI-directed development should already be how you work. Comfortable with ownership, not just writing code and passing it along. Nimble and adaptable — comfortable moving between product feature work and internal tooling/enablement work as priorities shift. Location & Schedule Hybrid but primarily based, 3 days/week minimum, at PLAYipp HQ in central Gävle. Core collaboration hours for team synchronization. Why Join PLAYipp? Work with a talented and enthusiastic team in an innovative and growing company. Shape how AI gets built into a market-leading product, not just talk about it. Be part of a small, tight-knit team where you carry real ownership — without working alone. Enjoy a dynamic and collaborative work environment that values creativity and initiative. Opportunity to make a significant impact on the digital signage industry. Competitive salary and benefits package. If you're ready to build the future of digital signage with AI at the core of how you work, apply today. Locations: PLAYipp HQ Gävle Remote status: Hybrid

Full-Stack Developer
About us Glimra is building drought insurance for farmers — starting in Sweden, with the aim of going global. The models decide whether a farmer gets paid after a drought, and the platform takes a farmer from quote to signed policy to payout. We are looking for one of our first engineers. What you’d work on You’d start on the web application — TypeScript all the way: Next.js on the front end, NestJS on the back end, running on Kubernetes with Helm and Terraform underneath. You’d own features from design to production: the purchase flow, identity and payment integrations, and the services behind them. It doesn’t stop at the application. Behind the product there are data pipelines, a modelling platform and satellite imagery, and the work widens as the product grows — the role evolves with it. It’s greenfield. We’re building the platform right now, so whoever joins gets to shape it. What we’re looking for Strong across the stack — you’ve built and run real applications. Our stack is TypeScript, but that’s not a hard requirement: we care about engineering judgment more than ecosystem depth, and the modelling side already runs on Python. Comfortable owning something end to end in an early-stage company: design, build, test, deploy, operate. You write tests first and treat infrastructure as part of the job, not someone else’s problem. You can explain a technical decision to someone who doesn’t code. Payments, identity (BankID) or regulated-industry experience is an advantage, not a requirement. How we work We write tests first, we agree the architecture up front, and we record decisions so they don’t get re-argued in the next review. Those decisions feed the skills our AI agents follow; reviews run the same way — agents analyze first, a human decides. And how we work is itself up for revision: we adapt the process as we learn. We want team players, not rock stars. Direct feedback both ways, a lot of ownership handed over, and people sharing what they’re doing as they go instead of going quiet and coming back when it’s done. Terms Location: Remote / Stockholm 6-12 project employment to start, and we want it to continue Starting: asap How to apply Send your CV to isak@glimra.iuo by September 14th, along with a few lines about something you’ve built end-to-end and what you would do differently today. In your application, please also indicate: Your work permit status in Sweden When you would be available to start

Do you enjoy building products that people rely on every day, and having the freedom to decide how the solution should be built? At Jobylon, you'll join a team where engineers are trusted to own features from idea to production. You'll spend most of your time building, with few meetings competing for your attention, and you'll see the impact of your work in a product used by thousands of recruiters and hiring managers worldwide. You'll have room to shape solutions, improve existing workflows, and contribute to the direction of the product. Some of the challenges involve scaling for new markets and growing customer demands. Others are much smaller but equally important: removing friction, simplifying complex processes, and making everyday work easier for the people using the platform. About the job You'll work on a product that many of our customers spend hours in every day. The improvements you make won't disappear into a backlog or an internal system that nobody sees. They'll become part of the daily workflow of recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across Europe. You'll take ownership of features from specification through deployment, working closely with product and engineering to understand the problem before deciding on the solution. Rather than being handed isolated tasks, you'll be trusted to drive meaningful parts of the product forward. The team works in focused 8-week cycles, with dedicated time both for building and for improving. That means you'll have space to address technical debt, refine existing functionality, and explore better ways of working, not just move from one deadline to the next. You'll primarily work with Python and Django, alongside modern frontend technologies, but the focus is less on the tools themselves and more on building a product that solves real customer problems. We're also actively exploring how AI can help us build better products and work more effectively, and you'll have plenty of freedom to experiment with modern tools and ways of working. Cloud Engineer
We’re looking for a Cloud Engineer who enjoys working in the space where developers and infrastructure meet. Here, you’ll spend your time automating the mundane, architecting the complex, and scaling the future of our Azure AI and OpenAI offerings. This role is for you if you find more joy in writing a PowerShell script to solve a recurring app error than in managing a cluster’s networking. This is a code-centric role where infrastructure is treated as a software product. Everything you build is versioned, reviewed, tested, and continuously improved. Our goal is to reduce repetitive work and create the “Golden Paths” that let developers and AI teams deploy quickly, securely, and reliably. About the role: As a Cloud Engineer, you’ll help build and grow our Azure-based platform. You’ll own the design, automation, and delivery of modular cloud infrastructure, ensuring it’s resilient, scalable, and easy for teams to use. Your work will reduce friction, remove unnecessary steps, and make it simple for developers and data teams to focus on building features instead of worrying about infrastructure. What you’ll do: Build the "Golden Path" Pipelines: You won't just "run" pipelines; you will architect them. You’ll design and maintain CI/CD templates (YAML-based) that standardize how our applications are built, tested, and deployed. Your goal is to make the path from code-complete to production-ready as invisible and frictionless as possible for our developers. Automated Application Remediation: We don't believe in manual maintenance. You will use PowerShell and Azure DevOps to build automated pipelines for things like patching the container OS, reporting on deviations and self healing infrastructure Infrastructure as Versioned Code: You’ll design and implement modular Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Bicep), following the Azure Well-Architected Framework for reliability, performance, and cost. We are looking for you who have: Expert-level PowerShell skills: We operate in an environment where automation is built on PowerShell first. (Bash & Python are secondary) Proven experience with Azure Bicep: You should be comfortable treating infrastructure as a software product, versioning, testing and modularizing Bicep code. Developer-centric approach: You don't need to be a fullstack developer, but you need to understand application logic enough to automate patching, troubleshoot database connections, and optimize application performance within the cloud. Fluency in English (written and spoken). You’ll be comfortable owning tasks end to end and making technical decisions independently within the areas listed above. Ideally, you have some years of hands-on experience with Azure, containers, and CI/CD pipelines, but we care more about what you can do and that you enjoy the field, rather than the exact number of years. It's positive if you have: Active Azure certifications such as AZ-400 (DevOps Engineer), AZ-305 (Solutions Architect), AZ-204 (Developer Associate) Experience from regulated or security-conscious environments is a plus In addition to this, it is important to us that you recognize yourself in our values: we are wholehearted, we collaborate and we take the lead.
