As a professional home cleaner with HomeWork, you clean the homes of regular clients on a weekly, biweekly, or four-weekly basis. You normally have two clients a day, sometimes three, but never more. The clients stay the same over time, so they become your clients, who know you and trust you. We're looking for employees who are motivated and genuinely skilled in home cleaning: who know their materials and methods, work meticulously and efficiently, stay organized, and have an eye for detail. Strong communication, service-mindedness, and a sense of responsibility are also important. If you have previous professional cleaning experience it’s an advantage, but not a requirement. Since we only recruit people who want home cleaning to be their profession, we ask that you work at least 25% of full-time, that is, 10 hours per week. Receptionist Som Receptionist ser du till att skapa ett fint första möte och en genuin och härlig vistelse hos oss för varje gäst. I denna roll arbetar du med ankomster och förberedelser inför kommande och avresande gäster, nyckelhantering, hjälp vid bokningar samt försäljning av hela fjällets utbud. Du bemöter frågor och funderingar från gästerna såväl på plats som över telefon och meil. Servis Som Servis hos oss har du en känsla för service, gästkontakt och ett intresse för mat och dryck. Du trivs med att arbeta självständigt, samtidigt som du gärna bidrar med positiv energi och hjälper dina kollegor när det behövs. Du är noggrann, ansvarstagande och trygg i att arbeta i ett högt tempo – alltid med gästen i fokus. Frukostvärdinna Som morgonpigg och serviceinriktad Frukostvärdinna ansvarar du för att skapa en god och trevlig start på dagen för våra gäster. I rollen säkerställer du att frukosten håller hög kvalitet av både varma och kalla rätter. Du ser till att buffén är inbjudande, påfylld och i ordning, samtidigt som du möter gästerna med ett trevligt och professionellt bemötande. Hotellstäd Som Hotellstädare arbetar du för att hotellet är i så fint skick som möjligt och att våra gäster får en trivsam vistelse. Du ansvarar för att städa hotellets rum och gemensamma ytor såsom relaxavdelning, lounge och restaurang. Du ansvarar även för att rapportera eventuella skador eller kvarglömda saker samt se till att våra städutrymmen är påfyllda och i ordning.
