I feel like we are the change the company wants to see.” Your role as a Trainee - Fuel Engineer The Fuel Engineering team provides technical expertise within nuclear fuel, control rods and safeguards. The team leads and supports projects related to the reactor core and fuel, including core modifications, fuel repairs, procurement of control rods and nuclear fuel, fuel and control rod licensing activities, safeguards and planning of fuel transport. The work combines technical support, project coordination and long-term development of fuel-related activities at Forsmark Nuclear Power Plant. As a trainee, you will support both ongoing operational activities and development initiatives. Job Scope Why does the role exist? High level purpose of function. As a Quality Systems Engineer, you will report to the Quality Systems Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish and enhance our quality management system. Cell Validation Engineer
Job Scope Why does the role exist? High level purpose of function. This role is a part of Quality Control team responsible for establishing a cell validation function to develop and execute validation plan, to identify optimized Test & Validation methodologies, enabling for a digitalized production Test & Validation function. Ensuring the sustainable scaling of the function through standardization, best practice adoption from Test & Validation Västerås and develop learning from partner testing institutes. This role may require occasional international / domestic travel. Key Responsibilities Overall areas of responsibilities and activities Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) Play a key role within the Quality Technology team to fully digitalize cell validation. Analyse and share test results to internal stakeholders and customers. Collaborate with Västerås departments and engineering to develop Test & Validation strategies which deliver both optimization and enable production scaling. Contribute to the creation and implementation of policies, guidelines, and procedures to aid and improve business and operational performance, including HSE. Continuously innovating and developing the Test & Validation production hub. The main interface to the project and launch teams, responsible for capacity planning, reporting and escalations. Work closely with the central and local Test & Validation teams to plan and optimize workflow, whilst meeting contractual obligations to the customers. Support in driving the digitalization of the T&V operating model, including data driven scheduling, KPI reporting and results traceability. Support projects including establishing new testing facilities, managing and documenting test specifications, and coordinating cross functionally to ensure successful execution. Qualifications and experience Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject. 5+ years of experience working in a high throughput manufacturing environment. 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Engineer, or similar. Specific skills and Knowledge Expert user of SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.) preferred but not required. Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Ability to identify business objectives and set clear, measurable goals for the team to achieve the vision. Excellent English skills, both written and oral, are essential. Job Scope High level purpose of function. A Quality Technician leads product and process quality compliance in production line. This role is responsible for confirming key quality attributes of intermediate products and processes as well as identifying and responding to non-conformity issues in production. HVDC System Design Engineer for backbone

In this role you are responsible for the electrical design and functionality of HVDC converter stations, focusing on the high-voltage system, including main circuit design, insulation coordination and harmonic design. This advertisement is for the backbone office within HVDC System Design department, where your main task is to support the project execution offices by improving base design and ways of working. This role is based in Ludvika or Västerås, Sweden. How you’ll make an impact Ensure the base design and engineering solutions used in the HVDC converter stations are modularized, robust, productified and useful for the current HVDC market. Ensure ways of working (study processes, base reports & models, design principles and design rules etc.) are up to date, simple to use, robust and useful for the project execution departments. Actively contribute in internal transformation projects and initiatives. Effectively participate in problem-solving discussions where you can present your work, discuss challenges and propose a path forward on a higher level. Write clear technical reports describing your complex work in a professional manner. Take responsibility for your work activities, deliver with quality and on time.
