Asta Agency ABAnsök senast 17 mars

Commercial & Business Developer to company in Southern Sweden

Malmö·Key account manager/KAM

About the Company You will be provided with more information regarding the company during the recruitment process. Asta Agency is partnering with the company in this recruitment process. The recruitment is managed by Asta Agency, and you will be employed by Asta Agency – with the ambition to be directly recruited by the company over time. About the Role This is a hands-on commercial role where you will own the quality of the order book – the price, the contracts beneath it and the health of the accounts that carry it. You will step into a function that is being rebuilt from the ground up, and your first priority is not volume but margin: verifying the contract base, leading repricing of work that is not priced to cost, stabilising and reactivating the existing account base, and opening the market to new customers once price is defensible. You will establish commercial structure where there has not been one: a single source for price, pipeline, coverage and account status, with a named owner on every account and clear decision rights on price. You will own the opportunity gate – no proposal leaves without confirmed technical feasibility, capacity, quality and validated margin. You will work directly with the Managing Director on pricing and portfolio, and you will be the companys dedicated commercial capability. Alongside the commercial ownership, you will maintain a proportionate delivery and project discipline – sufficient to confirm that what is sold can actually be delivered within confirmed capacity, without creating a standalone programme office. Qualifications and Personal Qualities You are a structured and driven sales professional who knows how to manage a client relationship end to end – not just in attitude, but in method. You know your game plan, you understand how clients think and push back, and you are comfortable navigating complex B2B environments where the sales cycle is long and the stakes are high. You bring both the commercial instinct and the discipline to build something that lasts. You also bring: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within pharma, CDMO, life sciences or contract manufacturing Strong key account management skills – you can protect, reactivate and grow an existing customer base Experience working with contract structures, pricing mechanisms and margin analysis Ability to lead or support repricing negotiations, building the evidence base that makes those conversations winnable Experience setting up or running a commercial cadence – pipeline reviews, account coverage, pricing governance Ability to qualify opportunities and manage a proposal and bid process, including feasibility alignment across functions Comfort working in a smaller organisation with limited support structures, where you set the pace yourself Meriting experience: Background in technology transfer, product introduction or project management within a CDMO or pharma manufacturing environment Experience building or restructuring a commercial function from scratch Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to pharmaceutical contract manufacturing Experience working with or alongside a business controller on costing models and margin validation Leadership or coaching experience within a commercial team Additional Information Start: According to agreement Location: Malmö, with travels occasionally Scope: Full-time, initially as a consultant via Asta Agency with the ambition of direct recruitment over time Salary: According to agreement We review applications on an ongoing basis and will continuously provide updates throughout the recruitment process. Account Manager Nordics

STOCKHOLM·Account manager/AM

About Proxify Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Stockholm, Proxify helps 2,500+ companies globally scale their tech teams with top-tier talent in Software, Data and AI. When internal demand for tech skills arises, we deliver carefully vetted, tailored developers within 48 hours, removing traditional hiring delays so clients can move fast. Increasingly, we also deliver fixed-scope AI and agentic workflow projects, helping clients put AI to work inside their businesses. Recognised by the Financial Times as the 3rd fastest-growing company in Sweden (2025), and a member of the Deloitte Fast 50 Sweden (2024), we're trusted by startups, scale-ups and global brands like Securitas, Electrolux and Lufthansa. Role overview As an Account Manager for the Nordics, you will own a portfolio of established clients from day one and be responsible for growing it. Your job is to make sure every client gets real value from Proxify's engineers, and to find and win the next team, department and budget owner inside each account. This is an expansion role, not a maintenance one. You will be measured on two things: how much the engineering teams we place with your clients grow, and how well we retain them. You will work alongside a Client Manager and an Account Executive in a small team where each person owns their function end to end, so you will have a real say in how we manage clients. What you will do Map each account to find new stakeholders such as emerging teams, department heads and budget owners. Build multi-threaded relationships so partnerships never depend on a single contact. Use existing champions to reach adjacent teams and open new opportunities. Uncover hiring and delivery needs in departments we do not yet serve, and convert them into expansion. Engage regularly with CTOs, Heads of Engineering and other senior technical stakeholders on their tech resourcing, AI and delivery plans. Lead commercial discussions on pricing, scope and delivery models, and negotiate agreements that expand accounts. Run a structured account cadence: QBRs, monthly check-ins, on-site visits and account plans, and keep stakeholder maps current in the CRM. Work closely with Client Engineering and delivery teams to match developers to client needs and ensure quality and fit. Monitor account health, flag risks early and act on them. Must-have 3 to 5 years managing and growing mid-market B2B accounts in technology services, software, staffing or consulting, with a proven track record of expanding accounts and retaining clients in the Nordics. Experience selling to CTOs, Heads of Engineering or similar technical buyers, backed by credible technical fluency from hands-on roles or close collaboration with engineering teams. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills; comfortable discussing pricing, project scope and delivery models with senior stakeholders. Proactive by default. You challenge how things are done and bring your own ideas for how clients should be managed. Professional fluency in Swedish and English, and willingness to meet clients in person: regular visits in Stockholm, travel within the Nordics, and occasional trips to client headquarters elsewhere. Experience with CRM platforms, forecasting and account planning. Nice-to-have Actively use AI tools in your own work and can speak credibly about AI with technical clients. Prior experience in outbound sales or new business development. Experience in staffing, developer sourcing or talent solutions. An existing network of technology, digital or business leaders across the Nordics. Comfortable collaborating with a distributed international team. Why you will love this opportunity 📈 Inherit an established Nordic portfolio and be measured on growing it, with a commission model that rewards expansion. 🤖 Sell more than staffing: help clients adopt AI and agentic workflows at the moment the market is moving. 🧭 Shape how a small, senior Nordics team manages clients rather than following a playbook someone else wrote. ❤️ Be part of a high-performing yet humble, supportive and tech-savvy team. ✈️ Work in a truly international company of 39 nationalities, with occasional in-person meetups. How to apply Please send your CV and a short note (in English) covering: Your experience growing B2B client accounts, ideally in the Nordics. Your technical background and how you work with developer and engineering teams. Why Proxify's mission appeals to you and what excites you about this role.

SwedQ ABAnsök senast 21 feb.

Business Area Lead, AWS

Stockholm·Systemsäljare

SwedQ is a consultancy that has lately proven to have a model that works for people who want to build something rather than just deliver hours. Year after year we have served clients across a wide range of industries (still intentionally excluding gambling and weaponry), and we have grown steadily in revenue, in team size and in the weight of what we deliver. Now we are building AWS into a business area of its own. Both as a reseller and as the team that delivers the projects that follow. We are looking for the person who is going to run it. You get two things on day one. The first is a client base where we already deliver consultants but where the cloud consumption sits somewhere else entirely. The second is a blank page. What the role actually is You own the P&L. Revenue, margin, pricing, budget, the lot. You decide what we sell, at what margin, and how we deliver it. The first job is the money that is already close. We have clients who trust us and who buy their cloud elsewhere. Going and getting that is where you start. After that comes new mid market clients in the Nordics, companies in the 200 to 2000 employee range where we can actually make a difference instead of being supplier number fourteen. You will own the relationship towards AWS and towards our distributors, and push our partner status forward. You will sit with the client's architect as often as you sit with their CTO, and you need to hold your own in both conversations without bringing someone along to translate. And you will work closely with our consultants, because we do not sell things we cannot deliver. When the business area grows, you hire into it. You report to the CEO. Who we think you are You have five years or more in technical sales, business development or partner business within cloud, IT consulting or distribution. You understand the economics of cloud resale, meaning margin structure, commitments, cost optimisation, and not only how to close a project. You come from a technical background, or you have worked close enough to the technology that you can reason about architecture and migration paths on your own. You either hold AWS certifications or you take them within six months, and we pay for them. You want ownership of a result rather than a quota. If a target handed to you by someone else is what motivates you, this is probably the wrong company. Swedish and English, both working level. Experience with Swedish framework agreements and public procurement is a plus, as is having built a business from nothing before. What is in it for you? The question goes back to you: what do you want (with common sense or not)? We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the company in a literal sense. That means taking on the commercial challenges as well as getting a portion of the company in the future. SwedQ culture SwedQ began with siblings who brought in people they knew. Those people recommended friends, and from there the company grew further through open head hunting. Over time we have built a diverse team with different backgrounds, experiences and insights. We made sure to amplify that by embracing independence and accountability while driving value creating work. We are 25 people, not 1300. Nobody hands you a territory inside somebody else's plan. Sounds like you? Apply, or just get in touch and ask.
