Sales Manager Food Ingredients

VÄXJÖ·Försäljningschef

Build the business. Open new markets. Turn opportunities into sales. Are you a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building customer relationships and turning ideas into business? Livoo is growing, and we are now looking for a Sales Manager Food Ingredients to take a key role in accelerating the commercial growth of our Ingredients business - in Sweden and internationally. About Livoo What is Livoo all about? Livoo is an innovative food technology and ingredients company focused on creating new value from existing food resources. We combine technology, sustainability and circularity to transform food industry side streams into high-quality, functional ingredients with real commercial value. Our ingredient portfolio includes OATup®, a circular oat-based ingredient with a strong nutritional and functional profile and applications across several food categories. We are now entering an exciting phase of commercial growth - and we are looking for someone who wants to help build that journey with us. About the Role What will you actually be doing? The answer is simple: You will create sales. This is a hands-on commercial role with a strong focus on new customer acquisition and business development. You will identify potential customers, open new conversations, create sales opportunities and develop those opportunities into recurring commercial business. You will own the sales process from beginning to end: Prospecting ? First Contact ? Customer Dialogue ? Samples ? Trials ? Pricing ? Negotiation ? Closing ? Recurring Orders You will work closely with Livoo's management, technical and production teams, but you will have clear ownership of your customers, your sales pipeline and your commercial results. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to make a visible impact in a growing company - rather than simply manage an existing customer portfolio. What will you be responsible for? Winning New Customers Identify, approach and acquire new customers within the food and ingredients industry. Building the Pipeline Create and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities in Sweden and across international markets. Driving the Sales Process Take ownership of opportunities from the initial conversation through product presentations, samples, customer trials, commercial negotiations and closing. Building Customer Relationships Develop strong, long-term relationships with food manufacturers and other relevant customers. Growing Existing Accounts Identify opportunities to increase volumes, introduce additional products and develop new applications together with existing customers. Expanding Markets Explore new customers, applications, market segments and geographical opportunities for Livoo's ingredient portfolio. Working Across the Business Collaborate closely with technical and production teams to support customer trials and turn successful evaluations into commercial orders. Delivering Growth Take responsibility for agreed sales targets and contribute directly to the growth of Livoo's Ingredients business. Who are we looking for? Do you recognise yourself? You are commercially driven and genuinely enjoy selling. You are comfortable picking up the phone, approaching new customers, opening doors and creating opportunities where none existed before. You understand that successful B2B sales are often built over time. You have the persistence to follow up, manage longer sales cycles and keep opportunities moving forward. Most importantly, you know how to turn customer interest into customer commitment - and ultimately into orders. You are curious about food, ingredients and new applications, but your strongest motivation is building relationships and generating business. You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where there is room to think, act and make things happen. And you like the idea that your own efforts can have a direct and measurable impact on the company's growth. What experience do you bring? Sales Experience Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably within food ingredients, food manufacturing, nutrition, food technology or a related industry. Commercial Drive A proven ability and strong willingness to identify prospects, approach new customers and develop new business. Industry Knowledge Experience within food ingredients, functional ingredients, plant-based foods, nutrition or food technology is highly valuable. Technical Understanding A good understanding of food products and production processes is an advantage. It will help you engage effectively with purchasing, R&D and product development teams. Network An existing network within the food and ingredients industry is an advantage, but not a requirement. Languages Fluency in English is required. Swedish and additional European languages are advantageous. Driving Licence A category B driving licence is required. Why join Livoo? An opportunity to build, not just maintain You will join a growing international food ingredients business at an exciting stage of its development. In your role you will have significant freedom to identify customers, develop markets and shape commercial opportunities. International Exposure Work with food manufacturers, product developers and industry partners across Sweden and European markets. Innovation with Purpose Represent innovative ingredients that create greater value from existing food resources and contribute to a more circular food industry. Your contribution will be visible - and your success will make a direct difference to Livoo's growth. Business Development & Sales Manager to Xenergic

LUND·Försäljningschef

What if one of the key challenges in tomorrow’s most advanced chips could be solved by technology developed in Lund? Xenergic is growing its international business and is now looking for a Business Development & Sales Manager to turn technical opportunities into strategic partnerships and long-term business. YOU WILL Xenergic is a Lund-based semiconductor company developing high-speed, On-chip memory IP IP for advanced chip technologies. With a strong technical foundation in place, we are now increasing our commercial focus and building relationships with leading semiconductor companies worldwide. You will play a central role in building Xenergic’s international business and turning technical opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships. Working closely with the CEO, CTO and Engineering Manager, you will combine customer development and sales with a strong understanding of technology, products and where the market is heading. This is not a traditional sales role. Xenergic operates in complex semiconductor markets with long business cycles, where understanding the customer’s architecture, technical challenges, product roadmap and decision process is essential. You will work with both engineering teams and commercial decision-makers and take personal ownership of moving opportunities from early dialogue and technical qualification through evaluation and negotiation to commercial agreement and design win. The role is hands-on. You will actively identify and approach potential customers, develop relationships and follow opportunities over time. You will also bring customer and market insights back into Xenergic, helping the management team understand where the strongest commercial opportunities are and how customer needs should influence value proposition and product priorities. An important part of the role will also be to develop Xenergic’s international reach through selected local sales representatives and partners in key semiconductor markets. Your main responsibilities: Identify and develop strategic customers and new business opportunities in key semiconductor markets. Own and drive customer opportunities from prospecting and technical qualification through evaluation and commercial negotiation to signed licence agreement and design win. Build long-term relationships with engineering teams, technical decision-makers and commercial stakeholders. Understand customer architecture, use cases and memory requirements and translate these into relevant market and product input for Xenergic. Build Xenergic’s international commercial coverage through selected sales representatives and partners, with particular focus on Silicon Valley, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan and Europe. Contribute customer and market insights to Xenergic’s commercial direction, value proposition and product priorities together with the CEO, CTO and Engineering Manager. The role reports to the CEO and is part of the management team, with overall responsibility for Business Development & Sales. Extensive international travel is an important part of the role, with approximately 100 travel days per year expected, primarily to customers, partners and key semiconductor markets in North America, Asia and Europe. YOU ARE Your career has given you a strong understanding of the semiconductor industry and brought you close to both technology and business. Perhaps you started on the technical side and gradually moved towards Product Management, Business Development, Strategic Sales or another customer-facing commercial role. What matters is that you can move comfortably between technical discussions and commercial opportunities. You have a technical university degree, preferably in electronics, electrical engineering, engineering physics, computer engineering or a related field, together with relevant experience from semiconductor IP, SoC, processors or accelerators, EDA, foundry or related advanced chip technologies. You have a proven commercial track record in complex B2B technology environments and have personally driven opportunities from early technical dialogue and qualification through negotiation to signed agreement or design win. You are technically credible enough to engage with chip architects, SoC designers and engineering managers, while keeping a clear commercial focus. You are curious, hands-on and comfortable opening new doors, developing relationships and taking responsibility for moving opportunities forward. You enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment and do not need a large sales or pre-sales organisation around you to create momentum. Experience combining Product Management with Business Development or Sales is particularly relevant. Experience from On-chip Memory IP, semiconductor IP licensing, NRE and royalty-based business models, the foundry ecosystem or international sales representatives is considered an advantage. You are comfortable representing a smaller technology company internationally and building relationships with significantly larger organisations. Fluency in English is required, as is the willingness and ability to travel extensively internationally. At Xenergic, you will join at a stage where technology, market opportunity and commercial growth come together. Short decision paths and close collaboration with the management team give you the opportunity to directly influence which customers, markets and partnerships Xenergic pursues as the company grows internationally. WANT TO KNOW MORE? In this recruitment, Xenergic is collaborating with Nexer Recruit. For questions about the role or the recruitment process, contact Johanna Värmfors at johanna.varmfors@nexergroup.com or +46 730 821 230, or Artan Bitiqi at artan.bitiqi@nexergroup.com or +46 723 61 28 44. Its technology addresses important challenges in modern chip design, where performance, power consumption and silicon area are becoming increasingly important. Xenergic’s solutions are relevant for applications ranging from IoT and mobile devices to networking, high-performance computing and AI.
