Nu söker vi en nyfiken och utvecklingsorienterad Category Manager till vår Assortment Department. Som Category Manager ansvarar du för att utveckla affären inom ditt kategoriområde och skapa ett attraktivt och konkurrenskraftigt sortimentserbjudande för våra kunder. Du har ett övergripande ansvar för att utveckla kategorin i linje med uppsatta mål och KPI:er inom försäljning, lönsamhet, sortimentsurval och lager. Du tar fram och säkerställer både kort- och långsiktiga planer som driver och utvecklar erbjudandet och sortimentet enligt Julas mål och strategier. På så sätt bidrar du till Julas ostoppbara resa – alltid med kunden i fokus. I rollen får du möjlighet att bygga ett lönsamt sortiment bestående av både egna och externa varumärken, i enlighet med Julas sortiments- och prisstrategi. Detta sker i nära och effektivt samarbete med andra avdelningar och nyckelpersoner inom organisationen. Vi tror på att nå våra mål genom tvärfunktionellt arbete och en kontinuerlig dialog mellan olika delar av verksamheten. Som Category Manager ingår du i Assortment Department och rapporterar till Category Area Manager.   Detta finns i ditt CV Du har flerårig erfarenhet inom sortiment och inköpsarbete, gärna från en liknande roll i ett internationellt bolag. Du har tidigare arbetat med försäljnings- och sortimentsplanering, och erfarenhet av sortimentsutveckling. Erfarenhet från DIY och retail, liksom kunskaper inom verktyg och maskiner är starkt meriterande. Projektledning, förhandling, sourcing ses som meriterande Vidare har du mycket goda kunskaper i engelska, både i tal och skrift, samt god vana av att arbeta i Office-programmen. Du har även erfarenhet av att arbeta i affärs- och uppföljningssystem. Högskoleutbildning inom ekonomi och/eller marknadsföring är meriterande.   Vem är du? Because of this, an applicant who speaks both Spanish and Portuguese would be a huge bonus. Speaking both languages could give you the opportunity to support customers and contribute to developing business across the wider Iberian market. Portuguese is not required for the role, and we would absolutely encourage Spanish-speaking applicants to apply even if they don't speak Portuguese. Who are you? Job Description WHAT YOU’LL DO As Senior Product Manager for Search & AI Discovery, you will shape how customers find, explore and connect with our digital commerce experience — across traditional search and the next generation of AI-powered discovery. You will lead a cross-functional team focused on building strong technical foundations for discoverability while preparing the business for emerging search experiences, shopping agents and agentic commerce. Together, you will work at the intersection of technical SEO, digital commerce and emerging AI-led discovery, partnering across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Content, Analytics and Commercial teams. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for search discoverability, ensuring our digital platforms are built to be visible, scalable and high-performing across markets. This includes core technical SEO capabilities such as metadata, canonicals, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, structured data, hreflang, URL structures, pagination, faceted navigation and Core Web Vitals. Beyond today’s search landscape, you will help define how we show up in AI-powered search, generative discovery and shopping-agent experiences. You will monitor developments from key platforms and partners, translate external change into clear recommendations, and turn emerging opportunities into experiments, product priorities and business impact. As the digital lead for agentic commerce, you will drive alignment, clarity and adoption across teams. You will make complex SEO and AI-search topics understandable for different audiences, from engineers and specialists to business stakeholders and senior leaders, while balancing long-term direction with practical delivery, experimentation and continuous improvement.
