Vill du driva projekt – från idé till färdig lösning? Axelent växer och söker nu en erfaren projektledare som vill bli en viktig del av vårt team inom Produktavdelningen. I rollen kommer du få driva både produktutvecklingsprojekt och andra verksamhetsprojekt som spänner över flera delar av organisationen. Det här är en roll för dig som gillar att skapa struktur, få människor och funktioner att dra åt samma håll och se till att projekt faktiskt tar sig hela vägen i mål. Om rollen Som Projektledare på Axelent leder och samordnar du projekt från idé till leverans. Du arbetar med både produktutvecklingsprojekt och strategiska verksamhetsprojekt, oavsett var i organisationen de initieras. Du samarbetar brett med bland annat Produkt, R&D, inköp, kvalitet, produktion, IT och försäljning och rapporterar till Chief Product Officer. Du skapar struktur och framdrift genom att hålla ihop projektplaner, följa upp aktiviteter och deadlines, identifiera risker och säkerställa tydlig kommunikation och rätt beslutsunderlag. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Leda produktutvecklings- och verksamhetsprojekt från start till leverans. Utveckla och följa upp projektplaner med berörda funktioner och intressenter. Säkerställa tydliga krav, mål och beslutsunderlag, t.ex. Project Specification och Product Vision Board. Förbereda underlag för styrgrupps-, lednings- och styrelsemöten. Samordna och fördela projektuppgifter mellan avdelningar och funktioner. Följa upp tidplan, budget, kvalitet och måluppfyllelse. Kommunicera projektstatus och synliggöra risker, avvikelser och beslutbehov. Driva förbättringar av projektprocesser, rutiner och dokumentation. Vara en sammanhållande kommunikationslänk mellan Produktavdelningen och övriga verksamheten. Vem är du? Vi söker dig som har dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda och driva projekt och som är trygg i rollen som projektledare. Du har erfarenhet av att ta ansvar för projektens helhet och är van vid att hålla ihop flera olika perspektiv, funktioner och intressenter. Du behöver inte ha en bakgrund från vår bransch. För oss är din erfarenhet och förmåga att driva projekt viktigare än att du har arbetat inom industri eller produktutveckling tidigare. Vi ser gärna att du har: Gedigen erfarenhet av projektledning och kan självständigt ta ansvar för projektens genomförande. Erfarenhet av tvärfunktionellt arbete och av att samordna olika funktioner mot gemensamma mål. God vana av att arbeta strukturerat med projektplaner, uppföljning och dokumentation. Förmåga att leda och skapa framdrift även utan formellt chefsansvar. Förmåga att se helheten, förstå samband och lyfta blicken när det behövs. Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. B-körkort, då enstaka resor i tjänsten förekommer. Relevant högskoleutbildning inom exempelvis teknik eller ekonomi är meriterande, men inget krav. Detsamma gäller formell projektledarcertifiering – för oss väger praktisk erfarenhet tungt. Som person Du är strukturerad, driven och trivs med att skapa ordning och framdrift även i komplexa projekt. Du är proaktiv, ser tidigt risker och vågar lyfta problem och föreslå lösningar. Du har lätt för att samarbeta och skapa förtroende mellan olika funktioner. Du kan leda och prioritera utan formellt chefsmandat och kombinerar tydlighet och framdrift med ett prestigelöst och inkluderande arbetssätt. Would you like to lead two clearly defined parallel projects in an organisation where energy trading, regulatory requirements, business processes and IT intersect? Modity is looking for a Senior Project Manager who can bring together different perspectives, create structure in complex matters and translate business needs into concrete plans and decisions. About the role Modity is preparing for two business-critical initiatives. The first relates to REMIT and regulatory compliance, while the second involves a feasibility study and the potential procurement of a new ETRM system. Projektledare stridssystem på fartyg
Vill du leda tekniskt komplexa projekt som bidrar till ett starkare svenskt försvar? Som projektledare får du en central roll i att utveckla och anskaffa marina ledningssystem för marinens fartyg. Tillsammans med engagerade specialister driver du projekt från behov och upphandling till leverans och införande. Rollen innebär stort ansvar, många kontaktytor och möjlighet att göra verklig skillnad. Arbetsuppgifter Som projektledare på vår sektion leder du projekt och delprojekt inom marina stridssystem på fartyg. Projekten kan exempelvis omfatta både nyanskaffning och modernisering av stridsledningssystem, sensorer, kommunikations- och navigationssystem samt telekrigssystem. Projektgruppernas storlek kommer vara mellan 5-15 deltagare alla med sin unika kompetens. Du ansvarar för att planera, leda och följa upp projektens arbete mot fastställda mål, tidplaner och ekonomiska ramar. Du har även aktuell och relevant erfarenhet av arbete som projektledare med underlydande projektmedlemmar och du har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift. Har du aktuell och relevant erfarenhet av att projektleda specialister kommer det att hjälpa dig att lyckas i rollen. Vi ser även positivt på att du har erfarenhet inom det tekniska arbetsområdet.
