Senior Hardware Designer BMS (m/w/d)

Huskvarna·Hårdvarukonstruktör

Join one of the world’s oldest start-ups — and help power what comes next At Husqvarna Group, innovation has been part of the story since 1689. Today, we are reinventing how people care for forests, parks, gardens and construction environments — with robotics, battery systems, smart technologies and sustainable product platforms at the center of that journey. Our Battery Competence Center is where electrification becomes real product technology, and we are now strengthening the hardware team with a Senior Hardware Designer who knows BMS development in depth. About the role This is a senior, hands-on engineering role. You will take battery subsystem requirements and turn them into robust BMS hardware solutions together with system engineers, cell specialists, software engineers and manufacturing experts Your responsibilities Derive hardware requirements from battery subsystem requirements and translate them into practical design choices. Define BMS hardware architecture and functional blocks based on system architecture, requirements, standards and certification needs. Create schematics and PCB designs in OrCAD, including symbols, footprints and production-ready documentation. Define the BMS interfaces to the battery system and contribute to the optimal EE layout of the battery design. Select electronic and electrical components with the right balance of performance, safety, availability and manufacturability. Prepare manufacturing deliverables for PCBA production and support test, troubleshooting, verification and validation. Define AFE parameters, operating modes and BMS functions in close collaboration with cell experts, system engineers and software engineers. Specify the hardware–software interface together with the software team and ensure clear, structured technical documentation. The technical landscape You will work close to the product and close to the details. The role suits someone who enjoys circuit-level problem solving, knows the trade-offs in BMS hardware, and can move naturally between architecture, schematic design, PCBA realization, verification and cross-functional decision-making. Location Huskvarna or Jonsered in Sweden or Karlstein am Main in Germany. How we work We believe the best ideas happen when we’re connected. We spend most of our time together in the office, creating space for collaboration, creativity, and fast decision-making. This helps us maintain a strong culture, supports learning and development, and ensures everyone has access to the people and resources they need to thrive. What we believe you bring BSc or MSc in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in electronics/hardware development. Documented experience in hardware design for Battery Management Systems — this is essential. Strong experience in circuit and PCBA design and the confidence to work independently in complex designs. Hands-on experience with AFEs, MCUs and BMS-related hardware architectures. At least 3 years of OrCAD experience for schematic and PCB design. Fluent English, both spoken and written. Why join Husqvarna Group? If you are a senior BMS hardware engineer who wants ownership, technical depth and the chance to influence products at scale, we would be happy to hear from you. You will join a global innovation leader with a strong engineering culture, exciting electrification challenges, international collaboration and real opportunities to influence products used by millions of customers worldwide. UX Writer and Content Designer

Stockholm·Webbredaktör

Nordic Investin has been engaged by a partner company to find an UX Writer and Content Designer. You can remove more friction with ten precise words than a team can add with another screen. The partner is improving a digital service where users must understand choices, complete important tasks and recover when something goes wrong. You will design language as part of the experience, from navigation and guidance to errors, notifications and help content. Design is embedded in product and service decisions rather than added after scope is fixed. The team expects evidence, accessibility and implementation constraints to be considered from the beginning and revisited after release. How you will work You will join a multidisciplinary team and move between discovery, design, delivery and learning after launch. The partner expects assumptions to be made visible, prototypes to answer real questions and design decisions to remain understandable when they reach engineering and operations. As a specialist, you will own a defined professional area and be trusted to move work forward independently. You are expected to recognise when a question requires wider expertise, explain recommendations clearly and improve the methods or tools used by colleagues around you. What you will do Create clear interface copy across complete user journeys. Develop content patterns, terminology and voice principles. Test language with users and improve it using evidence. Collaborate with design, product, legal and operational experts. Simplify complex rules without changing their meaning. Establish governance for content quality and localisation. What you will bring Professional UX writing, content design or digital editorial experience. Exceptional English writing and editing ability. Experience designing content within interfaces. Understanding of accessibility and plain language. Ability to manage legal and domain constraints. Confidence explaining content decisions to multidisciplinary teams. Experience that would add value Swedish content design or localisation. Regulated products or public services. Content systems and structured content. A background that can succeed here Your background may be journalism, technical writing, communications, product design or dedicated content design. The strongest candidates can show not only polished wording, but how language changed comprehension, completion or user confidence. What makes the opportunity interesting The role gives content a seat in product development rather than a late proofreading step. You will shape how the service speaks, how users make decisions and how teams maintain clarity as the product grows. The exact partner, employment model, compensation, start date and working arrangement will be explained openly during the process. Nordic Investin will make sure you understand the context, expectations and decision path before you are asked to commit significant time. The recruitment conversation During the process, Nordic Investin will focus on concrete decisions you have made: the context you received, the alternatives you considered, the result you observed and what you would change today. You do not need every optional credential if your core experience transfers and you can explain how you would close the gap. How to apply Apply with your CV or LinkedIn profile and a short note describing the most relevant organisation, service, project or financial process you have helped improve. Nordic Investin welcomes candidates with different routes into the profession and assesses applicants on relevant capability, judgement and potential.

Product Designer till PRIMUS-SILVA i Bromma

Stockholm·Industridesigner
