Teamet ansvarar för utvecklingen och driften av DHL Freights nätverk av paketskåp i Sverige och arbetar med hela kedjan – från etablering och utplacering till uppföljning, drift och vidareutveckling av nätverket. Arbetsuppgifter Som Parcel Locker Network Developer arbetar du operativt med att identifiera och etablera nya placeringar för DHL:s paketskåp runt om i Sverige. Rollen kombinerar uppsökande kontakt med administrativ koordinering kopplat till etablering. Arbetet innebär prospektering och kontaktarbete där du, med hjälp av e-handelsdata och kartarbete, analyserar geografiska områden, tar fram relevanta samarbetspartners och driver dialoger med exempelvis fastighetsägare, butiker och bostadsrättsföreningar. I takt med att nätverket växer finns möjlighet att successivt ta ett större ansvar inom koordinering och driftrelaterade frågor, samt bidra till utveckling av arbetssätt och processer i det dagliga arbetet. Om tjänsten St1 Refinery AB söker nu en Supply Logistiker på deltid som vill bli en del av teamet och bidra med analys och administration kopplat till företagets marina verksamhet. Rollen passar dig som studerar till ingenjör inom exempelvis linom exempelvis logistik, sjöfart, kemi eller industriell ekonomi och vill få relevant erfarenhet från en verksamhet där logistik, produktion och siffror möts. Du arbetar tre timmar varje vardagsmorgon, måndag till fredag, med arbetstid som ska vara förlagd före kl. 11.00. Utgångspunkten är att du arbetar på plats på ST1 kontor samtliga dagar, men vid enstaka särskilda tillfällen finns möjlighet till flexibilitet. I rollen kommer du framför allt att arbeta med analys och uppföljning av siffror kopplade till den marina delen av verksamheten. Du kommer bland annat att analysera volymer, göra avstämningar och säkerställa att information och underlag stämmer, samtidigt som du får inblick i hur produktflöden och affärsprocesser fungerar inom raffinaderi- och energibranschen. Det är en roll för dig som gillar att förstå vad siffrorna faktiskt säger, upptäcka avvikelser och hitta lösningar när något inte stämmer. Du erbjuds Hands on relevant erfarenhet för din utbildning Tydliga förväntningar kring arbetspass Arbetsuppgifter Analysera och följa upp siffror och volymer kopplade till den marina verksamheten. Göra avstämningar och identifiera eventuella avvikelser i data och underlag. Arbeta med rapportering och administration kopplat till produktflöden. Hantera och kontrollera underlag för fakturering och kostnadsuppföljning. Säkerställa att information i affärssystem är korrekt och uppdaterad. Ha kontakt med interna och externa parter kring frågor kopplade till volymer, leveranser, fakturor och underlag. Bidra till att utveckla och effektivisera arbetssätt och processer. Vi söker dig som Studerar till ingenjör inom logistik, sjöfart, kemiteknik eller industriell ekonomi eller liknande. Har ett starkt intresse för analys, siffror och problemlösning. Har mycket goda kunskaper i Excel och är bekväm med att arbeta i olika system. Är noggrann och strukturerad och tycker om att hitta avvikelser och förstå bakomliggande orsaker. Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. Har möjlighet att arbeta tre timmar varjevardag, måndag–fredag, före kl. 11.00. Meriterande Erfarenhet av logistik, supply chain, produktion eller liknande. Erfarenhet av arbete med större datamängder eller avancerad Excel-användning.
