Comfortable planning and organizing the tests as well as preparing a battery pack with thermocouples, heaters, voltage sensors, putting it on fire and doing post-mortem analysis. Development Engineer - Characterization Measurements IRnova
The position Production processes at IRnova include test measurements and characterization of the products - large imaging arrays and integrated modules. Characterization processes employ a great deal of interdisciplinary knowledge and skills, such as technical physics, automation and electronic equipment, applied and system programming and mechanical design. Tillsammans med erfarna kollegor får du arbeta med komplexa tekniska produkter och system. Beroende på din bakgrund, dina intressen och verksamhetens behov kan du utvecklas inom exempelvis system, mekanik, elektronik, mjukvara, konstruktion, analys, kvalitet eller säkerhet. Steg 1 - Utbildning genom Experis Academy Din anställning inleds med en intensivutbildning genom Experis Academy som förbereder dig för ditt kommande uppdrag. Experis Academy är en del av konsultbolaget Experis och kombinerar utbildning, kompetensutveckling och praktisk erfarenhet för att skapa en tydlig väg från studier till arbetsliv. Det här får du genom Experis Academy: Anställning och lön från dag ett - både under utbildning och specialisering. Kompetensutveckling - bygg vidare på din akademiska bakgrund. Coachning och handledning under din utveckling. 12 månaders specialisering hos vår samarbetspartner. Möjlighet att bygga erfarenhet, nätverk och framtida specialistkompetens. Steg 2 - Din utveckling som ingenjör Efter utbildningen påbörjar du din specialiseringsperiod hos vår samarbetspartner i Stockholm. Här får du använda dina kunskaper i verkliga projekt och utvecklas tillsammans med erfarna kollegor. Dina arbetsuppgifter kan exempelvis handla om tekniska analyser, konstruktion, systemarbete, kvalitetssäkring, dokumentation, verifiering, problemlösning eller utveckling av avancerade tekniska produkter och system. Du får även möjlighet att samarbeta mellan olika discipliner, exempelvis mekanik, elektronik, mjukvara, konstruktion och produktion. På så sätt får du en bred förståelse för verksamheten samtidigt som du hittar det område där just dina styrkor kommer bäst till sin rätt. Vem kan ansöka? Vi söker dig som är nyexaminerad eller befinner dig i början av din ingenjörskarriär. För oss väger din motivation, nyfikenhet och vilja att lära tyngre än hur mycket arbetslivserfarenhet du har. Du gillar teknik och problemlösning, arbetar strukturerat och analytiskt och trivs med att samarbeta med andra. Vi tror att du: Har en högre teknisk utbildning, exempelvis inom maskinteknik, elektroteknik, mekatronik, datateknik, teknisk fysik, mjukvara eller motsvarande. Är nyexaminerad eller tidigt i din karriär. Har ett analytiskt och strukturerat arbetssätt. Är nyfiken på hur produkter, system och tekniska lösningar fungerar. Vill utvecklas och på sikt bygga en specialistkompetens. Erfarenhet från examensarbete, universitetsprojekt, praktik eller sommarjobb är meriterande, men du behöver inte ha flera års arbetslivserfarenhet. Vi söker potential, inte färdiga specialister.
