The program will be hosted by the House of Governance and Public Policy. The Head of Ecosystem is a new role bringing you to the team at an early stage, when you can be instrumental in shaping the program’s external relationships, partnerships, network, and visibility from the outset. As the program launches to operation, your focus will be on engaging with diverse external stakeholders. You will enjoy significant scope for initiative, responsibility, and professional growth, and you will help steer the evolution of your role as the MPP program develops.   The role  The Head of Ecosystem for the MSc in Public Policy (MPP) program will drive and develop the involvement of external stakeholders in the program. You will report to the Director of the House of Governance and Public Policy (GaPP) which hosts the program. You will work closely with the MPP Program Director and Program Manager and with SSE External Relations units such as the Career Management & Alumni Relations and Corporate Relations & Development teams.   Your primary focus will be on fostering relationships with external partners such as government agencies, NGOs, companies, fellows, and alumni to secure their engagement and support in both curricular and extra-curricular program activities. You will set goals, manage your own processes, and contribute directly to the positive development and global impact of the program.  Your tasks include, but are not limited to:  Supporting the coordination of the launch and the ongoing development of the MPP program in close collaboration with the Program Manager and Program Director, contributing ideas and initiatives that strengthen student and stakeholder experiences.  Strategic relationship management for the benefit of the MPP program: Identifying and engaging new external partners in close collaboration with External Relations unit. Driving and securing the involvement of external partners and alumni in the program (e.g. for guest lectures, teaching support, internships, student project work and assessors for the admissions process). Structuring and maintaining external partner and alumni contacts in the CRM system to ensure transparency and follow-up. Curating and participating in events with external partners. Supporting MPP placement activities and working cross-functionally with the Career Management & Alumni Relations team, as well as Corporate Relations & Development, to identify student needs and align external engagement accordingly. Developing and executing plans for MPP alumni engagement related to placements and career opportunities. The opportunity In this position you will work in the Product Management organization, you will be supporting the product owners in the work define the feature structure, product structure and setup that translate to the full business cycle of HVDC projects. You will be central and work in a very cross-functional environment with explaining and translating the in-house domain knowledge of the colleagues into the portfolios of PLM structures that will enable a good engineer to order business building on the proper product governance with full life cycle view. You will be part of a highly skilled and diversified team, working globally and in close cooperation with many functions of the business, including Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Service and R&D. How you´ll make an impact Collaborate with Product Owners to define and implement feature sets and product structures in Teamcenter PLM, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategies. Support modular portfolio development using classification, variant management, and BOM to enable reuse, automation, and efficient change management, freeing up engineering time for innovation and customer-focused work. Analyze PLM-related business needs and workflows with stakeholders, identifying gaps and opportunities to accelerate adoption across the HVDC business. Co-develop strategies with cross-functional teams to optimize PLM usage and provide input to improve system structure and functionality. Serve as a PLM subject matter expert, supporting training and onboarding to ensure effective system usage and knowledge transfer. Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders on implementation progress, proactively escalating issues to ensure timely resolution. You have worked with High Voltage Equipment or have experience with performing studies for rating of high voltage equipment.
