About the role This role is responsible for leading Scanjet's Service organisation consisting of 20 employees, Field Service Engineers and Service Coordinators, across Europe and Asia. In this role you will report to the CEO, work closely with other managers within Aftersales and other parts of Scanjet as well as interact with Alfa Laval service & AS organisations. What you'll do: As ATLAS Muon LS3 Integration and Installation Manager you will play a key role in the preparation and execution of activities during Long Shutdown 3 (LS3). You will be responsible for ensuring effective coordination across all ATLAS Muon sub-projects. You will closely follow daily work at P1 for Muon upgrade and maintenance projects, monitor progress, and take action to keep Muon activities on schedule. The role requires close collaboration with various ATLAS Muon sub-projects, ATLAS Technical Coordination (TC), and other relevant CERN groups. You will serve as the primary interface between the Muon projects and ATLAS TC, ensuring coherent planning, efficient execution, and comprehensive reporting of all activities. During Long Shutdown 3 (LS3, 2026-2030), the ATLAS Muon detector will undergo significant upgrades, including the installation of new detector systems and extensive maintenance of existing detector components. As the ATLAS Muon LS3 Integration and Installation Manager, you will play a central role in planning, coordinating, and monitoring these activities. Your profile: - Proven experience in coordinating activities for large-scale detector systems or comparable complex scientific installations. - Demonstrated experience in planning and managing work program involving multiple teams and stakeholders. - Demonstrated experience coordinating complex technical projects, managing competing priorities, and resolving planning, scheduling, and resource constraints in a multidisciplinary environment. - Experience with safety systems and safety-related technical infrastructure. - Familiarity with installation, integration, commissioning, or maintenance activities in large scientific facilities is considered an asset. - PhD or equivalent relevant experience in the field of Physics or a related field. As a Project Manager, you will take on a key role in leading complex cross-functional transformation initiatives that shape the long-term direction of Operations and Axis. In this role, you will navigate a broad stakeholder landscape, introduce new ways of working, and lead key initiatives that drive Axis’ digital and organizational journey. About the role Based at Axis headquarters in Lund, you will join the Cross Functional Projects & Systems team within Operations Development. The team leads strategic transformation initiatives, manages the Operations project portfolio, and drives business system development across the organization. As a Project Manager, you will initially lead a key Supply Planning transformation program, helping shape future capabilities that support Axis' continued growth. Working closely with Operations, IT, and external partners, you will drive the initiative from strategy and design through implementation and business adoption.
